Adventure RV Repairs

To be honest, i hate making service calls. I always feel im at someone else's mercy and have no idea how much it will cost. I spoke to Aaron, who explained the billing process in a way that i knew what to expect and got me scheduled asap. The technician keenan showed up and fixed my furnace in record time! For that alone i will be forever grateful!! Long story short, i have never been impressed when ive had to make a service call, until i came across these gentlemen! So i just wanted to say thank you and you are greatly appreciated!

I contacted Adventure RV about several questions/issues and spoke directly with the owner Keenan. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful over the phone, and attempted to diagnose and fix some of my issues.

I ended up needing to bring the trailer into the shop, and unfortunately a few miscommunications happened with other staff members which weren't the best. However, once Keenan became aware of them, he went above and beyond to make things right and got our trailer all patched up and in excellent condition.

Keenan's customer service and attention to detail was very encouraging, and I really appreciated the way he stood behind his company and service and made every effort to make things right. I plan to use him again for any future RV repairs or modifications.

Their guys stopped by to help us get our slide back in on our RV and gave us some good tips on what the issues could be. They were personable and we appreciated the quick assistance.

Had Keenan repair my camper after it was side swiped. Keenan quoted me a price over the phone and set up my appointment. He came an hour before our scheduled time and charged us way less than originally quoted. Keenan was extremely honest and was fixed our camper in a very timely manner. Adventure Rv Repairs very helpful the have worked on my trailer a few times and have always pulled through in assisting with all my needs.

First of all he answered our call!! Yay! We had an electrical issue that was repaired in minutes. He also answered a few questions regarding "how to's" with our RV. He knows his stuff! Highly recommend!!

This guy was good the first two times we used him but since we had him come out Aug 7th to fix a few things because he told us we need to use the warranty we have because it is one of the best ones you can have. He came out that day or the day after and talked to my husband took notes and that's the last we have seen him. He has continued to leave us with the hope that he will come out with saying I'll be out next week sometime and when he says that he actually means I'll call you next week. However he doesnt even follow up with those calls. I followed up with a text on 8/15 and a call on 8/22 and 9/6 and then on 9/14 or 9/15. Every time we were given the same answer as before I'll come out next week sometime and then never shows or calls. He is constantly changing his story from that he has gotten approval to I still have to get approval from the warranty and that takes time which I totally understand. But he has come out before in 48 hours of a call WITH APPROVAL FROM THE WARRANTY to fix a leak on our sink with a brand new faucet. But now that I need our tip out cables tightened and a broken window replaced before winter comes he says he still doesn't have approval after over a month and a half going on two. I'm not sure what happened with this guy he was great at the beginning, now he is totally unreliable and one story after the next. He lied about what he told my husband when he came to our home to get the list of items we wanted fixed including a broken window and one of our tip out cables need to be tightened and when he talked to my dad on the 14th or 15th of Sept. When I just called him to see what's the deal because it's been ANOTHER WEEK and he said he told my dad he would call him back this week not come out to our house but what he doesn't realize he was on speaker phone and my dad my mom and my husband all heard the conversation of him telling us he would be out here at the beginning of the week and here we are Friday and I had to call him to see what's going on and he gives me more excuses. He did say this week he had COVID which I don't even know how I could believe it but if he did I absolutely appreciate him staying away THIS TIME but he has to have some type of responsibility to call his clients back and inform them what's going on. I have had to constantly check in with him and constantly got the run around. He couldn't even go back at his notes that he took when he was here with my husband because he thinks we want a leak fixed and that is not the issue at all. He needs to get organized at the very least. We will be using someone more reliable. This guy is full of excuses and stories. I wouldn't recommend his services at all unless you want to be drug around in circles and waste time and to get no results.

One of the best Rv tec’s I’ve ever seen I own a Rv dealership and have searched countless times for a reliable and knowledgeable Rv tec and I finally found one had a customer come out and look at a 5th wheel we had and of course as soon as we tried to turn on the furnace it wouldn’t kick on I told the customer that they have my word it would be fix before they came out to pick it up I called adventure, RV and sure enough he came out new exactly what the problem was and the furnace was up and running in no time I’ve had a customer call me in the past because there converter was not properly working Called adventure Rv they came out to my customer house and fixed it that day these guys have been a lifesaver for my business and could not recommend him anymore to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable Rv Tec 10 out of 10

Keenan & his crew at Adventure RV Repairs are terrific to work with. They completed the job quickly and got my power back up & running the same afternoon. Fast, courteous, efficient, and reasonably priced. I will be calling them for all my RV repair needs!
** Update: I have called on Adventure RV Repair a couple of times since my original post and have been extremely happy with the service I have received each & every time! Keenan is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, & terrific to work with. I highly recommend calling them for all you RV issues.

I had water all over on the the floor of my RV and had no idea what to do ( I'm a rookie RV person ) he answered right away and said he could come out that day and did so within 2 hours. He found the water problem and fixed it up and explained to me what happened. Keenan does top notch work, everything is cleaned up when he's done and he has great prices. I am happy I have him to call, I feel like I can trust him to help me and not take advantage of my RV ignorance you can not go wrong when choosing Keenan as your go too RV Repair Man!
