I just want everyone to know that I will bring my business to Advance automotive in Shelton Washington he does good work.

I used to shop here as a teen for car stereo equipment and 30 years still same great service, they took my 91’ Chevy short box farm truck and made it come back from the dead. It hasn’t ever ran this well! Idles perfectly, it really has us thinking about fixing the old girl up a bit. Great communication with Advanced, the guys up front are sure to keep you informed on prices as they found things wrong and offered lots of different solutions. We will continue to make this our shop of choice here in Mason county for another 30 years! Thanks guys

took a driveshaft in for u joint repair, they broke the ear off the yolk then hand me back my broken parts in a box and tell me I gotta go find someone to repair it. not a sorry or our bad or anything. stuck up won’t be going back there for anything in the future

This shop will forever have my business! My alternator went out in my truck and after I replaced it the truck wouldn’t stay running. I had it towed to them, they looked at it the same day and fixed it. It ended up being a vacuum line that came loose. When I went to pick up my truck I expected them to at least charge me for diagnostic and maybe an hour of labor but they said it was all good and I didn’t need to pay. That is customer service, that is taking care of customers!

Took in my daughter's jeep and they gave us very fair prices for the work that needs done. Definitely recommend.

Advanced Automotive has been great to us. Most of the time they can get our cars in the same day and they are very efficient. They have been nothing short of exceptional!

On a road trip 1100 miles from home when my battery decided to act up. Stopped by not expecting they’d be able to help- but not only did they have my battery in stock, they agreed to replace it right then. One of the techs even delayed going on lunch so I could get back on the road. 5 start customer service! Thank you!!

Brought my BMW in for leak repair. I had just got the 2004 BMW 3 series had it checked for leaks and I wanted him to check for anything else is what I told him. He fixed the coolant system and said could not find any oil leaks. Got the car back and it wasn't smoking bit still had a flutter in the RPM. Took it to my friend she put it on the diagnostic machine and then gave me a list of things wrong, miss fire is the one that stood out. So Imtook of to my other friend he did changed the spark plugs and the car ran.normal.again.
First time I checked the oil after he said they did an oil change. There was no oil, took to Cut rate auto and had the guys help me. And he told me it was an oil leak. So the pro missed it and I almost blew my engine for trusting his word.
This guy takes advantage of women, he got violent with me when I brought in the diagnostic sheet, and explained it wasn't the tire you charged me $400 for vwas a miss fire. He through me.out of the store, told me was going to call the cops, I was trying to work it out, cause I don't know what to do, still asking "What do I do I still have a leak. He chest bumped me.twice as In was still in SHOCK, he now has me bent back word screaming in my face,I said you are going to hit me? TOTAL SHOCK and then he pushed me son hard I fell back and hurt my neck and shoulder I am a fifty year old woman with high blood pressure and a heart condition wondering why would someone react that way? I didn't even raise my voice, In was in total shock that he was coming at me.to hit.me.

I needed a roof rack put on my Ford Transit that even Ford wasn't eager to do and indicated that it would be extremely expensive and maybe not even possible. Dane at Advanced Automotive Services Inc took on the job without hesitation, even though it required removing the inner upholstery. The work was done in a most timely fashion and at a reasonable price. I couldn't be more pleased. This is a tremendous company to work with and Dane is the best.

They did the clutch replacement on my car for the amount they quoted and in the time they said. They are also willing to install the parts you bring in.

The shop was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and engaging. There is Handicap parking but no automatic doors for wheelchairs. Staff quoted me a reasonable price to look at my vehicle to figure out why it would not start. They called me back when they said they would. Vehicle was fixed with a very minor repair, no up sale. I would recommend this auto shop.

I took my chevy in took get the transmission looked at, and they had me pay money, just to tell me that they didnt know what was wrong with it, bought a chrystler sebring from the company, havent had the car for not even a year and it has problems now

I took my 2010 versa in to get the air conditioning checked, I received a call that they had put a little Freon in and let it run for a while could not find any leaks, they suggested that I let them vacuum the system out to get rid of any air or water left in the lines then they would refill and double check. Got the second call that they had completed and let it run for a while (for the second time) and still could not find any leaks and I could pick up car and the bill was $183. Now I know enough about cars to know that a 2010 should not already be having problems, and it not be a leak, but they reassured me that their sniffer could detect a leak of 1/4 lb over a 2 year period. well within 24 hrs it had all leaked out wouldn't that mean its a pretty bad leak? So I called and took it back, guess what their estimate to fix the leak that now they found was over $1100 to fix. I work hard for my money and to throw $183 away for nothing is not easy, I get that to fix it costs but for them to talk me into doing extra service and then not stand behind their work smh. A good business would probably split the difference, but not these guys .

They put a trailer hitch on for me on a days notice, found extra parts that they needed in hours, and they did it all for a price that was lower than anywhere else. Not to mentionon the hitch looks much better than hitches from thay other Trailer company out there, and has no logos!

The guys at Advance Auto are excellent at what they do.Quality work and service is their goal.Not to mention the education you receive when the work is done.

I went there for repair work when the previous Repair Shop (Brown's Garage Inc) walked around and looked at my truck as if it was the "Mother Ship" and reverse engineering on it, would have to take place first. The looks of confusion on their faces told me that they were not equipped to do that. W/out exaggerating, literally 5 minutes after turning loose their electrical expert on my truck, I was driving away, and my problem solved. And NO, reverse engineering was not necessary! Go figure...it really is, who you know, and NOT what you know!

We had driven from North Carolina to Washington with our 2001 Ford F350 pulling a 30' travel trailer. The trucks air conditioning started to act up and not work very well and sometimes not much at all.
The technician (Alan) diagnosed the problem and replaced the AC clutch. It has been a month and many miles later, the air conditioner worked better than ever.
Advanced service was fast, friendly and correct. I recommend this shop highly.

I took my car here last winter to get a system put in it (new deck, amp, sub, speakers...) and it was awesome! BUT it had issues right off the bat and after about a year it started to act up and out of the blue the speakers and sub fried (i dont "rock out" with it loud, ever). I took it back and the guy told me it was my fault and he wouldn't replace it or even offer a discounted price or write up an estimate to replace it. I asked around and i found out he hadn't put fuses on anything! So instead of the fuses blowing, saving my system, my whole system is done. I spent over $1,200 for this. The speakers were grounding out a few weeks after I got it, then it all went out. So, if you like you're money going to a good business i'd suggest you DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS.

They also recently did a tune up on my car.... But i think they forgot to actually do work to it other than change the oil but still charged me full price for stuff they didn't do :)
