Luis and his team are a blessing. Luis is quick with communication always keeping you in the loop. I got three quotes before Sundance Roofing. Luis came quickly and gave a quote for a new roof. He told me it would take two days and it only took 1 day! He truly has the best prices with no hidden fees, the best crew; punctual, friendly and cleaned all the debris. I really felt like family came to my rescue. They have gained a customer for life!

I've worked with Luis @ Sundance Roofing over a year ago for a concern with a leak in my roof. I initially got an estimate from another company which was outrageously overpriced and highly exaggerated. I got another opinion from Sundance and Luis came out and explained to me the issue and fixed it for a great price. We are extremely satisfied with Sundance Roofing! They are very quick with communication, very professional and provides outstanding service. We had them repair our TPO roof after experiencing a leak. They went above and beyond by not only repairing the area where the leak was but by also patching up any other area on the roof that had some damage.

I've been using Sundance Roofing since 2018. Luis and his crew provide excellent work at an excellent price. And if a problem should arise, Sundance is quick to come back to get it fixed. No hassle. His warranty is real. I wouldn't use any other roofer in Abq.

We had them replace a tar roof on our 100 year old adobe apartment building with a new TPO roof. I checked around and their pricing was reasonable plus they put the last roof on that lasted 27 years! They took care of the permits and got to work right away. They did a great job being careful not to damage our old building and made some repairs to the roof deck and structure. They didn't make any mess, didn't bother the tenants and the finished product was a great roof with a guarantee. Luis followed through with all he said they would do and stayed in communication with me throught the project. We intend to use them on all are roofing projects.

We've worked with these guys for years for our house plus the rental. They're courteous, do excellent work and are reasonably priced. They clean up the site after they're done. They get permits when needed and I don't have to ask about that. Now they do maintenance work every few years and I'm quite satisfied that the roof is up to snuff after all these years since the original. Definitely worth checking out!

He did the work in less time than promised. His crew protected the underlying property, and cleaned up afterwards so it was literally impossible to tell his crew had been there - except of course for the beautiful new roof.

He cooperated, without displaying frustration, as we worked through some minor issues with my bank authorizing his payment.

I needed roofing repairs and shingle patches per a housing inspection. Luis and his crew came the next day to inspect and quote a very fair price. The inspector knew exactly what he was doing and what we needed and our quote was more than fair. It took a few days to get workers out to repair but it wasn't an emergency so that was more than acceptable. I'd use their company again, no question.

I actually did use the company again when these New Mexico winds blew off some older shingles. The estimate and repair both happened within a few days of calling. This company is top grade: fast, excellent, professional work.

Back in 2016 I got a repair from Sundance and they told me I was almost going to be due for a reroof, I was glad they gave me that heads up cause I have no clue about roofs so this week I finally got my reroof and I am so happy from the staff and the work done. Sundance Roofing has been our go-to answer for all roofing and leak issues for nearly 20 years. Sundance made whole the mistakes of previous roofers, replaced severe hail-damaged roofing, and stopped persistent problems caused by faulty original construction. They have without exception responded to calls for help with new issues -- and with a large flat roof on a very windy and exposed site, such calls have been frequent. Unusually responsive and reliable, courteous, technically top of the line. It is difficult to believe some of the adverse customer reports are valid. We enthusiastically recommend Sundance and have done so to others for years.

Great doing the installation and easy to work with. But, I was advised by Kenny that preventative maintenance (tighten screws and reapply silicone) was covered by my warranty when I got the roof 2 years ago. I even notated my calendar to remember to call. I just called and was advised it's not covered. Misinformation on such a an expensive investment is not good.

Called the company to have somebody come and have a look at my roof.
After I called twice an estimator called back. I wanted somebody to have a look sooner than later. Never got an appointment and everytime the estimator told me call me in the morning and we will see what the schedule look like. The last time the estimator hung upon on me after making a flimsy excuse that it rained last night. Very unpfessional!!

Sundance roofing did the most horrible roofing job that any roofing company could do. They were supposed to come back and glue down the shingles that were flapping in the wind , some flew off the roof . Kenny said there was nothing they could do and I would just have to call my insurance agency and tell them it was wind damage. The insurance adjuster came out and said there was nothing they could do because it was just a shoddy job of putting on a new roof. So I had to pay a man to get up there and nail down the shingles and glue some of them down. I would not let Kenny put a roof on my doghouse.

We had Sundance install our new roof and we could not be more pleased! Kenny gave us a quote and was more than happy to answer any questions or address any concerns. Came out when they said they would, finished the job on schedule, and the roof came out great!

Kenny came out to do a free estimate and was absolutely excellent. He was honest about my skylight problem, going as far as to make suggestions for repairing the simple problem myself. I needed to have my roof replaced and called Sundance Roofing. I'm am glad I did, they came to my home and gave me a written estimate. They explained the different options available for my roof and helped me decide. The roofing crew came out and they were like ants, they all new what to do and were not messing around. I had 4 different quotes from other companies and of course they all try to sell you stuff you don't want or need at a very expensive price ( I know a little bit about construction so they werent going to fool me).
