Communications during the project were excellent, the reason for the low rating is specifically about their commitment that the roofing team would be their own staff, experienced , legally licensed/ insured and legally in the US as workers. When the team worked on my home I discovered that those I spoke with were not experienced, they had only been working on roofs less than two months and only learned what they were doing from recent roofing projects. Plus all I spoke with had only been in the US for 2 months. At the end of each day a van picked all of them up. When I challenged Sundance their “out” was the team they hired was from another company, it was not their staff. I feel they were deceptive in their representation of those that did the work.
Sundance roofing replaced the shingles on our roof at a fair price and to my amazement completed it in one day. Very professional.i would highly recommend them

Out of all the roofing companies I could have chosen, I am so glad I went with Sundance.
From the get-go, Sundance quickly responded to any questions I threw their way. This continued throughout the process, not just after I approved the work. The price was affordable, and the bids were detailed and easy to understand. They set themselves apart from other roofers by cleaning up everything and even swept the ground with a magnet to eliminate all the nails! I was kept apprised of their progress throughout the process, receiving before, during, and finish aerial photos. They provided professional, great-looking results. In fact, after seeing our roof and hearing about our experience, our neighbors called Sundance as well.
I would recommend them to anyone.
