Hiram and Willey did a killer job on our window upgrade project. We replaced five old single-pane windows and a crusty old sliding glass patio door from 1959 with brand new Alside UV-filtering triple-panes. We have construction going on next door, and before the upgrade, the sounds drove me nuts throughout the day, even with the windows closed. Now, I can't hear a damn thing from outside when I close my office window. Our heat pump is no longer on overdrive to keep the house cool and sunshine no longer bakes my furniture.

Willey and his colleague went the extra mile to ensure that the existing wood trim around the kitchen window was nicely fitted, and even replaced the old half-rotten trim around the exterior patio windows which we've since stained and varnished to match the house's vibe. No cracks in the jambs, head, or sill, just quality workmanship all around. I was expecting to clean up extensively after they finished the installation, but they took care of all of that. Cordial, professional, and timely installation process.

During the estimate phase, Hiram was kind and professional yet straightforward. All of my questions (and there were many) were met with a clear and in-depth responses that exhibited a solid understanding of the trade. No annoying upselling attempts, no sleazy salesmanship tactics, no bs. It did take some time for the windows to be made, but hey, you can't rush perfection.

Post-installation, Hiram provided very clear and in-depth instructions on how to get the maximum rebates from Rocky Mountain Power and Enbridge Gas (which we've already received) as well as federal tax credits, which negated the difference in price between double panes and the triple panes we settled on.

As if it weren't obvious, I highly recommend Alpine Exteriors and will reach out to them again when it's time to replace our basement and bathroom windows as well as handle other exterior projects. Don't settle for mediocrity, it's a bad long-term investment.

Hyrum is excellent to work with. His overhead is very low because he operates a lean business, but he delivers the same quality and type of windows you'd pay more for with a large window business. We are very pleased with the quality of the windows, the installation process, and Hyrum's responsiveness throughout.

12 years later! I just had to share how helpful Hyrum was when making a claim on a window that had broken. I had them installed clear back in 2013 so I was kind of skeptical when calling in as to whether or not I'd get help since it had been so long. He called me back pretty quickly after I had left a message. He was able to look up my order(I also had my original paperwork which was helpful) and we found out which brand of windows they were and made sure that the manufacturer was still in business. After doing that, he even went as far as getting on their website and finding where to make a claim and explained the process to me and what I needed to do. He sent me the link to the website to make the claim and everything.
Overall, I was very impressed with how willing he was to help out with a job that was done 12 years ago! I would highly recommend their work and use them again in the future!

We’d needed windows for years, but kept putting it off. Another company came to our door doing a song and dance, and making promises and discounts if we’d “advertise” for them by allowing a sign in our yard. We signed with them, but I had a bad feeling, and cancelled, instead, doing a long search and reading reviews. I contacted a few people, and at the end of the day, decided Alpine Exteriors offered us the best value, service, and quality windows, American made and the best materials.

Right from the start, I noticed the owner, Hiram Molloy, answered his own phone. That’s a big deal to me. I dislike sending dozens of emails back and forth, where you’re not sure to get your point across. His knowledge on the subject of everything related to our project was incredible. He could answer every question, and I got the feeling if he couldn’t, he’d let me know and research it himself.
The whole process was simple, and when I decided I wanted to change the kitchen window to a garden window, he knew exactly what I wanted, and how to do it right. His installer was terrific, and we haven’t had a single issue with any of our replaced windows.
There were rebates available which he gave us the directions to recover (I still need to do that…) and will save us even more, He even helped with our financing using our credit card.

Alpine Exteriors is a great company. We replaced 23 windows in our home. The communication was excellent beginning with Hiram and ending with Brandon. The product seems amazing. We qualified for the energy efficient rebates, and Hiram provided all the information we needed to complete the rebate. We had had several bids that were unaffordable, we feel we ended up with a superior product for an extremely fair price. We would definitely recommend this company to our friends and family.

We have a 50 year old home that needed new siding, roof, and windows. I went to the Better Business Bureau to find recommended and highly rated companies and called to schedule estimates. The first company that came out was a NIGHTMARE. They were late, and right off the bat, they were high pressure, saying they were going to do whatever they could to have us sign the contract with them that night. We told them we weren't signing anything today and to save themselves the time and effort since we would not entertain the idea of making a decision on our first estimate. They said they would still do the estimate, and after they prepared the numbers, they presented us with a quote that was astronomical. We thanked them and asked them to leave - but they wouldn't! We spent another 2 hours with them calling their "supervisor" and getting deal after deal after deal to try to make us sign the contract. Their estimate was only for siding and roof (no windows) and by the time we finally got them to leave, they had dropped their estimate by $30,000!! I would NEVER recommend calling that company for any work. What a hassle - we dreaded the additional estimates we needed to get.

When Hiram, from Alpine Exteriors came and provided an estimate - we were relieved to see they gave us the estimate, didn''t apply pressure to sign any contract, and answered all of our questions. BY THE WAY!! Hiram's estimate for concrete siding, painting, roof, and windows (14 triple pane energy efficient windows) came in LOWER than the first company's estimate for just the roof and siding! We are so glad we went with Alpine Exteriors! Because we went into the project late fall, his crew just finished the painting a couple weeks ago and everything looks fantastic. Hiram kept us in the loop with each section of the project. When we had concerns that the roofing crew had left some mess, he had that taken care of right away. Alpine Exteriors did a fantastic job and I am really just grateful they were one of the companies we called for an estimate. Got 4 quotes Alpine was the best deal for energy star certified windows. Installation was smooth. Everything went well. Two windows came scratched and they arranged for them to be replaced in a timely manner.

We are really happy with the windows and how the installation went. The process with Hiram was smooth and he was very professional. We were disappointed in how long it took the windows to arrive (about 3 months later than originally discussed), which pushed back other jobs in our house. But all in all we're really enjoying the triple pane windows, especially on the west facing side of the house that gets a lot of sun. We went with the triple pane for that reason, and to get a rebate. The rebate came back lower than expected, and I'm not sure that the triple pane is worth the money spent. I have new double pane windows on another house and I can't tell the difference.

Absolutely loved working with Hiram. We took our time to find a company that was informative, not pushy, and offering high quality windows at an excellent price. We found all of that with Alpine Exteriors. I was also very pleased with the installers. They worked effectively and left our home clean. After the install we noticed a few minor specs on the glass from the manufacturer. Getting the sashes replaced was no problem and we are very happy with the results.

I can definitely recommend Alpine Exteriors. After quoting 4-5 different places I was tired of sitting through two hours sales pitches. Working with Hiram was immediately different. There was no sales pressure. (No 50% off if you buy today or be the first in your neighborhood deals). We simply looked at the windows and talked about options and timing.

As for the windows Hiram was able to get us a good window at a great cost. We were looking for double pane double hung windows and ended up going with triple pane because the price was there. Additional it wasn't much more expensive than single hung windows from another company.

Install was quick and well communicated. They brought two teams and got our 23 windows done in one day.

They have also been very responsive - we had one window that came with a small defect at install and they ordered a replacement immediately and Hiram even called to follow up to check on the progress. Overall a great experience.

We needed to replace siding, soffit, fascia, gutters and windows. They did a great job and it looks like a new house! It was nerve wracking choosing everything so it was good to have helpful advice. His crew of installers were good at what they did. There were only a few things that could have gone better. The clean up on the lawn stayed there a little too long and there was some mix ups with one of the windows, but it all got worked out in the end. I would definitely use this company again.

Quality product and better prices than other companies with similar quality. There was a long wait for windows to arrive due to COVID and supply issues but we were informed it would be that way when ordering. Hiram was very helpful in making sure the installation went smoothly and a few damaged/missing screens from the window manufacturer got replaced. Also windows come with lifetime warranty and can get rocky mountain power credit.

My windows are awesome! The owner is very responsive and extremely helpful. Windows were installed in the time frame I was promised and I can already tell a difference.

Did a nice job installing a new flashing on my breakfast area bay window roof but did not caulk it at the shingles as I requested. It leaked again with the next wind driven rain so I called and texted several times, once with photos of the problem but never got a response. I had another roofer come out to caulk the flashing
at the shingles at additional cost.

We used Alpine Exteriors to get our home's addition resided. Hiram came out to do a consultation within a few days of us reaching out. Once he was here, he didn't balk at the condition or the quirks of our older home. He was very helpful with laying out our options and showed us the different samples of material that were available. We ended up going with the insulated premium vinyl siding and aluminum soffit/fascia. Luckily, the materials were delivered before the anticipated date and the job was completed in 7 business days. I had my windows done by Alpine Exteriors; I got three bids which is safe practice and general process you probably should all follow wheather Air Conditioning, Furnace, Roof ect. I had four windows that were modern and didn't need to be replaced upstairs and it was done 5 years ago. .

I wanted to only do a HLOC loan up to $10K. I wanted Air Conditioning and my wife wanted Windows. So we got Windows.

1st Bid K-design out of West Valley City, nice guys I liked them. Three came and stay late, late. There bid was like three or four windows upstairs which would leave all but about two not replaced for 10K. It was 25k to do the whole house was what I was quoted. We were going to go with them and signed. You have like 3 business days to cancel. I could hardly find their office to cancel. They were difficult to reach and it was stressful. It just didn't feel right about it, but had nothing to baseline it against. Although we were offered to go on free Mexican Cruise after we provided our own air fare.

2nd bid was Hansen, they would do my whole upstairs for 10K. One guy came this time He also stayed way to long past or until eleven. We felt a little better about it. Like use care salesman they stay hours and hours until your tired and just say OK lets do it. They all wore me out. For $10K
Hansen's would do my whole upstairs. Like I said upstairs had Four fairly new modern windows we didn't need to have replaced already.

Then we got a hold of Hiram Malloy Alpine Exteriors. He didn't stay hours and hours like the other guys. At that point I probably would have thrown him out I was so tired of the others hanging out so long in my house. He did our whole house for 10K. One installer told us they buy all ( Hansens K-design, and Alpine) the windows from the same place. I am no experst on that, but in talking with the installers this is what I was told. I have 5 very large windows down stairs. It's been years later and I have no second thoughts. They could of done a few things better, but they made affordable and they are nice and brought our Windows out of the 70s. so I still will give them five stars. I am grateful for their service. They did what they said they would do.

I recommend Alpine Exteriors. Great looking Windows and helped save on utilities. Simply don't have lots of overhead like the other Window Installation people.

I had 18 custom sized hung windows replaced on my older house. As soon as the windows were manufactured and at the distribution center I was contacted and arrangements were made to do all 18 in a single day. The crew arrived and efficiently and effectively tore out the old windows, installed, wrapped(used color specific nails), and caulked(with matching silicon) the new windows in a day. I was with the crew all day asking questions throughout the demotion and installation. They were happy to answer my questions and let me look at the construction of my house during the demolition when the windows were removed.
The final product looks great. The windows are all lined up despite my house being older and not uniform/even everywhere. Hiram is great to work with and always returned my call/text. I would absolutely recommend Alpine Exteriors window replacement.

Alpine exterior was very reasonably priced but more than that, Hiram instilled so much confidence that I couldn't go with anyone else. He doesn't just slap some stuff on the side of your house but really gives it some thought and some wonderful advice. I was thrilled with the results.

I can not say enough good about this company. They were the better priced, pertaining to other quotes, and able to purchase some of the best windows. The owner came to our home, no pressure sales, presented facts and the facts spoke for themselves. He didn't have to say much, just demonstrate. The installers were amazing. The windows are just beautiful. You can't tell, front start to finish, they removed and replaced windows. No walls damaged, took down my blinds, put the blinds back up and best of all vacuumed and left their work area cleaner than they found it. They were amazing, professional and efficient. Our home is near a busy road so new windows were needed for better sound protection.
