FANTASTIC service. For free, these guys were willing to get us through the first steps of diagnosing what was wrong and getting connected with the app for managing the solar (we bought a home with paid-off solar and didn't know how to monitor the power output). They kept up-to-date with the case we opened with the company whose equipment had been installed and answered questions and then gave us a quote for repair.

I reached out to Accent for help figuring out how to get my current system working properly. The Current Solar system i have was installed by another company and was not communicting or finishing the set up. Amber worked with me through remote support via Text, She was extremely helpful, knowledgable. She gave me the information I needed to to work towards configuring my app. If i need work on my solar moving forward I will be reaching out to Her.

Ascent has been very helpful. I had issues where my panels were no longer producing power. Amber helped me diagnose/troubleshoot the issue and Justin installed the new inverter so now things are back up and running again! I would definitely contact them again if I ran into more issues.

I went through Lowes to get pricing for replacing my roof. Lowes uses Ascent for their roofing contractor and the day after I put my request in with Lowes I heard from Tom at Ascent. On the phone Tom told me about their company and the products they use, along with sending me the cut sheets for them so that I could review prior to him coming out for the consult. When Tom showed up he was thorough and walked me through what he was looking at and what he was thinking. I really appreciate being involved in the walk through and being able to see what he was talking about. We had a price before Tom left and the price seemed honest and fair to us so we decided to go ahead. It took about a week to get the permit material and to get the crew on site. The crew showed up early on the morning scheduled and was able to finish the roof in one day. Tom and Jordan were both on site several time that day making sure things were going well and that we didn't have any question. Communication was great through the whole process. Jordan came by the following day to finish the clean up and just look and make sure everything was good. Tom was able to get my gutters done later that afternoon, so all in all everything was installed and completed in two days. The quality of the work was great everything looks amazing and they made the whole process way easier that we had expected it to be.

Ascent Solar & Roofing was the company contacted to me through Lowes. They had a very fair market value for replacing my entire roof, new solar panel rails, and all new gutters and drains. I really liked how they treated my family and my property while doing their work. They were quick, and cleaned up all the mess that was made while scraping off my old shingles, gutters and rails. The quality of the work was phenomenal, I just wish I took before pictures to highlight his amazing it looks in comparison. It will be worth your time to talk to their team!

Ascent was really great to work with! We had some hail damage to our roof, and they came and inspected everything and they did all the work to help us get our insurance to be able to pay for our roof.

The only thing that we had to do was submit a claim to our insurance company, but then the guys at Ascent did a ton of work going back-and-forth with the insurance to make sure that insurance was going to cover everything that we needed it too. I hated the idea of needing to communicate with the insurance company, but Ascent did all of that for us!

Their crew also did a really great job replacing our roof. We are happy with their work and think the new roof looks great. I highly recommend them!

We had a hailstorm hit our home and several of our neighbors were getting their roofs replaced. Ascent came over and conducted a free inspection. They were friendly and thorough, took pictures of the damaged areas and were honest about their findings. We had experienced minor damage that didn’t require repair/replacement which was welcome news.

Jordan was amazing to work with. He came to my house to evaluate my roof and give me his opinion. He clearly pointed out all of the potential areas of concern, but ended up advising that I keep an eye on things and wait a few more years for a replacement.

He also took the time to seal some of the cracks around my vents at absolutely no cost! Jordan was very honest and went above and beyond during a simple evaluation. I will definitely hire Ascent Solar and Roofing for any and all roof projects in the future!

Ascent solar and roofing is incredible. I've never had to go through a process like this before but they're team made it so easy. Tom especially was fantastic at helping us deal with our insurance company, and the job the roofers did was quick and high quality. The owner, Jordan, is an amazing guys as well. He personally came over after the job was done to see how it went and if we had any concerns. I have already recommended their service to multiple people because of the hard work they did.

Things started off great. They gave us a very competitive quote for a roof, ~8kW Enphase solar system + 2 Fortress eFlex batteries and Fortress Envy inverter. They originally included gutters in the quote - we asked that they re-use the ones we have (no problems with them) and after some back and forth they agreed to try.

The roof install was quick, done in a day and a half. But instead of removing the gutters before install so they could be reused they tossed shingles on them and bent them up really good. They were going to charge us for new shingles but we argued with them about our agreement and managed to get them to replace the gutter for free

The solar install went without a hitch. Battery / inverter was delivered in February (was on back-order). We were told it could be installed in basement during signing - on delivery we were told this was not possible without a $10k fire suppression system and that it would have to go outside. Would have been great to know this earlier. No attempt was made during signing to survey the house to see where a battery could realistically be placed.

Our house is a bit challenging for an outdoor battery install because the windows are placed such that it is difficult to get the battery mounted to the wall while being far enough away from the windows to be up to code. The installer (Marshall) chose a spot on the south wall, where we get the most sun and heat in the summer (batteries last a lot longer if not exposed to large swings in temperature, especially heat), because it was closest to the panel and he didn't want to run extra conduit. Okay whatever, I'll build a shade cover for it and hope for the best.

The install was supposed to require < 2 hours of shutdown of electrical for the house. They got started on the install around 11. They finally got the install completed and electrical back online around 8PM, 9 hours after starting.

The system was supposedly now active (February) - later I learned that it was absolutely should not be turned on until it passed inspection and our meter was updated (this will be important later).

Inspection failed miserably because the battery was placed too close to a window. 2-3 weeks later Marshall decides to move it a few feet from the wall so it's far enough from the window, and mount it on a pad. He used a cheap styrofoam pad as the base for inverter. He promises a < 2 hour shutdown. They start around 11AM, electricity isn't back on until after 7PM. The foam board cracked under the weight. They put wood chips under one of the corners of inverter that was now not level due to the crack, in order to help keep the $15k inverter and battery upright. Over the next few days the pad settled, introducing a 10-15 degree lean on an inverter with a live electrical connection. I had to ratchet-strap the inverter to the fence to keep it upright. I sent Marshall a very strongly worded text about the lack of professionalism and danger he introduced with his work.

3-4 weeks later Marshall comes back with a plastic base to which he mounts the inverter. Electricity is off from 12 to 8PM, but inverter finally doesn't look like it will fall over.

It's now June. Our electrical bills have been higher since February than prior to solar install, as we learned that without the upgraded meter it can't differentiate between current in and out of grid, so we were paying for both power in and out of grid. Ascent assured me this was because we were using A/C. The monitoring system was not installed so I couldn't see any metrics. Marshall stopped answering calls, and no one from Ascent followed up. After 2 months I eventually called Ascent office and was told he no longer worked there. I had to troubleshoot the monitoring install on my own, also finding a missing terminator that prevented 2nd battery from being recognized.

In total 3 attempts to get inverter installed. I estimate we spent an additional ~$300-$400 on electricity due to system being turned on before meter upgrade. Now trying to find a different operator for future ongoing maintenance.

Ascent Solar and Roofing delivered outstanding service for my roofing project. They efficiently removed two outdated roof vents, a swamp cooler vent, and an old water heater exhaust pipe. Additionally, they dismantled the old bricks from a chimney, replacing them with flashing, and painted the two aluminum-colored pipes to match the brown hue of the asphalt shingles. They provided essential ridge venting on three ridges and reroofed the front section of my house, ensuring the new shingles perfectly matched the existing ones. Their professionalism was evident through their custom work, excellent customer service, and meticulous cleanup after the job was completed. I am thoroughly pleased with their work and highly recommend them for their superior craftsmanship and friendly service.

So amazing. I cannot even tell you how much Ascent roofing went to bat for us. Our lead guy was named Micah and he was so patient with our insurance company. It was a six month long process. A few months before construction could begin. Our roof was finished in one week and looks great. For another four months, Micah patiently sent pictures and communicated with the insurance company until all the payments were made. It is such a huge process. Meanwhile, our solar panels (removed and re-installed) were not providing energy, and we assumed the roofers had wired something incorrectly. It turns out there was faulty equipment in the solar panel assembly, but the roofing company figured out the equipment was under warranty and got it all fixed without us doing anything. It was so incredible. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

It’s nice to come across a knowledgeable roofing company that does a great job in solar too. Great customer service from start to finish, and a thorough report was provided at the end. This company is my new roofing and solar company. Highly recommend

My solar panels stopped producing because the inverter went bad. I googled and called and left messages with tons of companies, no one got back to me. Of all the calls I made only Ascent answered the phone and they attempted to troubleshoot with me to save me $$. After I texted some codes to them and it was determined the inverter was bad they ordered and installed the new one quickly. The delivery time was the only delay. We had a problem with the inverter communicating with the server and Ascent followed up and kept after the problem without me having to chase them down. That alone is worth tons. I would recommend them for service, follow-up, integrity, friendliness and fairness in pricing. They are a great company!

I want to start off by saying the day laborers were amazing. Super quick, respectful, just awesome workers and people.

My issue is with the project managers at Ascent and the complete lack of communication throughout the entire process of getting my new roof installed. The contractor showed up multiple times unannounced. Forgot to tell us about the deductible. Forgot to ask about what color of shingles we wanted. Didn’t tell us what time the work would start or on what day. And he text me to say they were done for the day at 2 pm only to have the work continue for 3 and a half more hours until I asked them to leave because my dogs couldn’t handle the pounding anymore and needed to go outside. The workers returned at 9:30 PM and didn’t leave until 10:30 PM because they didn’t weather secure the roof earlier in the day and it was going to rain.

I’ve never experienced worse lack of communication or basic understanding of what is happening to my own house. I don’t know if the contractor we were randomly assigned was new and just not super great or if this is how this company usually runs but I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone who wants to understand what is happening or anyone who wants to be well informed about their roofing project because you will not get a lot of information.

I have the worse experience with this company. I had a representative helping from the get go with solar process and insurance claim. Apparently the rep and the owner had disagreements. All of the sudden I received a call from owner Jordan jones trying to cut the representative and the roofing company that were helping me out and only work with him. I thought this was unethical and unprofessional I felt I lost trust on this company and I decided to send the cancellation letter because I want to sell the house anyway. A week later they came to my house without notifying me to install the panels when my roof wasn’t done using scare tactics, Jordan threatened me to ruin my credit and say they were going to billed me for $19,000.00 when they haven’t done any work!! There are solar panels sitting in my garage and dealing with this company has been a mess! Save yourself headache and money and find someone else to help you(and i have proof!!!)

Sunday morning, looked out my kitchen window and saw a black vent on my lawn. Became really worried about having a hole in my roof. It had been snowing/raining heavily and there was more to come. I spoke with Amber on the phone and Jordan was providing info in the background. They sent over Micah who was great to work with. He repaired the roof to prevent leaks and assessed my room situation. Based on my experience today, I am considering this company for complete roof redo. Great service.

We were trying to purchase our home that we had been renting to own for the past three and a half years. We were four days away from closing and found out the roof had to be replaced. If we did not close by the deadline we were going to lose the home. It was a Fiday afternoon and we had to have a total roof replacement by end of day Monday. I called in and spoke with Amber, she and her husband own the business. She was very reassuring and told me she was pretty sure they coul do it. She sent their estimator out. His name is Jackson. Great young man! Very polite and positive. He reassured me that they should be able to make it happen as long as the weather did not interfere. Sure enough, their crew was there at 7:30 am sharp Monday morning. They dropped a dumpster in our driveway and 8 guys were up on the roof, shoveling snow and tearing off the shingles. As they were finishing the demo on the roof, another crew showed up and started the install. They worked like a well oiled machine. They wrapped everything up as it started to get dark. It was very impressive. Jackson came right after the crew started in the morning, I'm assuming to check on them. He assured me they would finish by dark. He came again around noon to see how the job was coming along and then he was there when the job was complete. I am so grateful. They are a great family owned company with fantastic work ethic, great employees and integrity. They kept their word and at the last minute baled us out of a dire circumstance. They saved our home for us. I cannot say enough about this company and everyone I dealt with. Thank you Amber and Jackson! We owe you a great debt of gratitude.

We only needed half our roof replaced due to a leak. Jackson and crew did a great job working with the weather windows they had to get the roof done and replace gutters. We had quotes nearing 20k in repairs by the original company who installed the concrete tile roof! Yikes!
It's a very steep pitch and difficult roof, but it was no problem for them.
Jordan was able to get tiles from the original manufacturer and use other tiles off our garage and replace with the newer tile.
The whole job was brilliant and efficient.

Jordan and Jackson were absolutely amazing! The were able to accommodate us with multiple changes as we progressed with the installation of replacing 5....YES FIVE! layers of shingles my father had installed over the period of 6 decades. They removed the existing swamp cooler, and patched the hole as well as removing and disposal of satellite dish and internet wireless antennas.
