Arches roofing was professional, arrived on schedule, completed the job in good time and cleaned the debris at the end of each day. I would highly recommend.

Did a beautiful job and great price. I had another company try to bully and push extra work that would come out my own pocket beyond the insurance coverage but Arches did all of he same work under the insurance price. Had couple issues and they made it right

Needed a new roof and I knew I had ventilation problems. They came out and looked at my roof and gave me a quote. They explained everything so well and told me what would work for my ventilation issues. The crews was fast and got it done in a day and a half. I would recommend Arches roofing

We used Arches to replace our roof after a bad hailstorm damaged it. We were happy with how quickly the process went. The job was done in 2 days and Kyle came out to inspect it afterward. He answered all of my questions promptly and was easy to work with. He even offered to pay to replace a vent that was reinstalled at a slight angle (only a cosmetic issue) if it bothered us too much. We recommended Arches to our neighbors!

I was in a position where I was moving out of state and trying to coordinate between insurance claim, someone moving in, and moving across the country. Kyle and his team did everything they could to make my life easier. They worked around a hectic schedule, took over communication where they could, were onsite, timely, and professional. Can't give them enough praise. Not only do they have a good SLA, they made a miracle happen in the timeline I gave them. They procured supply, and installed within 3 days after receiving the all clear. USE THEM!

We needed a new roof after a significant hailstorm. I was inundated with door-to-door salespeople and fliers, all of whom were extremely high pressure, each promising to beat the deal of the previous salesperson. Arches Roofing was referred to me by my insurance company as one of their vetted and preferred roofers. When I reached out to Kyle, I could tell from our first conversation that he was honest and not trying to overbid the job, and more importantly not trying to pressure me into an immediate deal. He was very easy to talk to. The job was completed as described and agreed upon and my new roof looks fantastic. Kyle made working with our insurance company basically hands free on my end, and he was more affordable than I had imagined. His crew cleaned up very well, too. A different company came two weeks later to install new gutters. It gave me great peace of mind when the gutter guy said "Whoever did your roof did a great job. You've got a really good roof. I've been doing roofing and gutters for almost fifty years and I can tell a good roof from a bad one." When a bad windstorm left my roof a big mess, I had no idea what to do. I hadn’t ever made an insurance claim and felt very nervous about it. Kyle came and took care of everything. He dealt directly with the adjuster for me and even made sure he was here when the adjuster arrived for the inspection. The adjuster told me he had never seen a roofer do that, and was impressed with Kyle’s commitment to making sure I was taken care of.

Cody was amazing from start to finish. My roof had damage from a large wind storm we had, and he went out of his way to quickly respond, work with my insurance agent, and personally relay my shingles until my new roof was installed. His professionalism and caring approach was something you don’t see too often these days. He was always available to answer my many questions and his roofing crew did not leave one nail or piece of debris behind. My roof looks amazing and I highly recommend!!

Cody & co took great care of us. When we had a massive wind storm tear off a huge section of shingles, Cody came out immediately after the storm to inspect the damage and get the ball rolling on repairs. He threw down some high quality covering to keep any rain out and then issued me an immediate quote for a cheap fix to install new shingles to replace the missing ones, but when our insurance decided to pay for a full slope replacement he was happy to take on the job. He had some concerns with the insurance adjusters inspection and worked to make sure the right repair was being done. He also listened to our concerns about having to deal with high winds and missing shingles over the years and made sure to use high quality underlayment and shingles that are proven to perform well in high winds. He even delayed taking any payment until he could do a final inspection a few weeks after the work was done so he could verify there were no lingering installation issues. He also backs up his words with pictures and shows you evidence for everything. I highly recommend working with Cody and Arches if you have roofing needs.

I had replaced my gutters and was still having issues, the gutter people said it was a roofing issue. Bryan came out reviewed my situation made some adjustments and figured out my problem. Jim was great to work with. He responded to my call right away and evaluated my roof within 24 hours. Some winter weather prevented him from making the repair right away, but he got me on his schedule for the next week. The cost even ended up being less than he originally quoted me. He did a thorough job fixing the leak and adding some additional venting to preserve the life of the roof. I recommend this business if you need an honest assessment of your roof and you're looking for someone reliable.

If roofing services are what you looking for, then look no further. January is not a typical month you would expect to have a roof job done but Arches was able to do ours for us with no problems. They had the old roof off one day and the new one on the next. It looks amazing!
