Greg/Vicki and their team at Suncrest did an outstanding job in helping us build our dream home in St James Village in 2017. We involved them early in the design phase with our architect. They pointed out ways for us to meet our design goals while keeping costs down. Their 20+ year track record of building houses in our area and knowing what subs offer quality craftsmanship at a reasonable cost was very helpful in meeting our budget goals. We had everything bid out and locked in before we broke ground. They have also been outstanding after the house has been built following up with vendors promptly should something arise. There is a reason many beautiful homes in high end neighborhoods were built by Suncrest.

We were introduced to Vicki and Suncrest because we wanted a modern kitchen design with brighter colors there and in our great room. Vicki listened to our preferences, including wanting the kitchen to match our glass/polished steel dining table. She guided us as we considered each component of the new kitchen: cabinets, countertops, appliances, floors, paint, etc., and she spent a lot of time ensuring that our choices were compatible and to our liking.

The vendors Vicki uses are top-notch and responsive; we realized her partnerships made our choices easier than going to multiple businesses. We chose a mix of bamboo and blue acrylic cabinets with burnished metal pulls. The combination is beautiful, and we like that bamboo is sustainable. The quartzite counters and luxury vinyl plank floors blend perfectly.

Suncrest was easy to work with and receptive to our input. When we found better deals for a few plumbing fixtures, they worked with us to get the items at the best prices. The staff and subcontractors were professional, friendly, hard-working, and respectful. Suncrest uses the Buildertrend website and app to track every phase of the project and share info with us. All the items bought, all the subcontractors and their tasks, all the payments we made – it was all available to us on Buildertrend.
The project was completed on schedule(!), and touchups were handled quickly. We highly recommend Suncrest.

Suncrest Design & Construction designed and remodeled our kitchen - and it is beautiful! Working with Vicki Bischoff (designer) and Mark Foreman (construction manager) was smooth and easy. We worked very closely with Vicki to make sure our vision for our dream kitchen was realized. She completely got our taste and made terrific suggestions. Remodeling a kitchen when you still live in the home isn't easy, however, Suncrest did their very best to keep things running smoothly and to minimize the inconvenience. Highly recommend Suncrest - would work with them again!

The entire crew was great to work with from start to finish. We had very detailed work done, and everything stayed on track, I especially liked the calendar system so we knew what was happening next!

Suncrest Design and Construction built our home just prior to our retirement move to Reno in 2012, and we couldn’t be happier. The structural “bones”, and all the finishing are very professional and demonstrate their commitment to excellence and a high level of craftsmanship.

We were so pleased that we subsequently contracted with Sunset Design and Construction to build an add-on outdoor pavilion-type structure, which perfectly and seamlessly blended with our home’s architecture and “look”.

Their core team Vicky, Greg and Mark were always on time, responsive, and most of all professional, keeping exactly to their pre-set budget estimate. We couldn’t be more pleased.

Suncrest Design & Construction has done the following work on our house: Master bath remodel with heated floor, complete remodel of our staircase in the foyer, converted a closet to a half bathroom, added a balcony to our master bedroom, remodeled our family room fireplace and installed a custom wine rack (in a Craftsman style), restructured the roof in several places to make the front entry and certain windows more protected from the elements. Complete kitchen and laundry room remodels and downstairs bathroom upgrade. Suncrest Design & Construction is awesome!

The professionals an Suncrest helped with a major two phase remodel which turned out amazing. Suncrest assisted with the planning, design and all phases from demolition to the final finishing touches. Suncrest was flexible with changes and quickly adapted to make the overall design flow naturally. And when small issues arose after construction was complete, Suncrest was there to coordinate the necessary support to quickly fix the problems. Every Suncrest employee was professional, friendly and responsive….even on nights and weekends. I highly recommend Suncrest and all of their services.

Suncrest did an amazing job with our remodel and addition. Went from 1,200 sq to almost 3,000 sq ft house! Its beautiful and we get compliments from the neighbors all the time. They helped with design and managed or lead the entire construction process. Sustainability is really important to us and they were great at product recommendations and were mindful of reducing waste and recycling materials throughout. Highly recommend them!

Suncrest built our home about 15 years ago. The house was in the process of being built when we bought it and even though many things had been picked out by the builder, they worked with us to make the changes we requested. Most importantly, as with all new homes, there are things that can go wrong and need fixing. Vicki and Greg were always there to take responsibility when appropriate or help us find the easiest and most economical solution when the issue was no longer their responsibility. Building a house can be emotionally challenging for all, you want to know that your builder is someone you can trust and will be there for you when you call. Suncrest fulfilled those requirements.
