My HVAC unit was leaking and I had DeHart come out and they tried to sell me a $20k new HVAC system. I called Lincoln Heating and Cory came out and fixed the leak super fast. It was just a clogged drain line. Cory was knowledgeable, thorough and just a total pro. Give this man a raise! Thanks, Lincoln, thanks Cory. #1 in town

Excellent service. Courteous, efficient, and timely. Did a great job of explaining things. I get the feeling from how they handled the logistics on the back end that they have an incredibly skilled office staff. This is something that is easily overlooked, but it deserves credit. I only gave them 4 stars because they do seem a bit pricey. Maybe you get what you pay for, though. HVAC is not something you want to be skimping on. But it also doesn't hurt to get multiple quotes for big jobs.

Absolutely Appalling Service - Avoid at All Costs!
I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with Lincoln Heating and Air. Over the past three years, they have visited my home a staggering eight times for a recurring air conditioning issue, and each visit has only served to exacerbate the problem. Their "solutions" consistently made things worse, leaving me in a far worse position than when I initially called them.
Approximately three years ago, I initially contacted them because my air conditioning unit was blowing warm air. Lincoln Heating and Air Conditioning came out and informed me that I needed a complete air conditioner replacement, which cost me a staggering $7,000. Now, exactly three years later, I am experiencing the exact same issue – warm air blowing from the unit. When I questioned them about this recurring problem, the technician incredibly claimed that the previous technician "mis-diagnosed" the problem and that this is my responsibility because that technician is no longer with the company. This is an outrageous evasion of accountability for their own faulty work and diagnosis!
Their website proudly boasts a "lifetime workmanship guarantee" and a "5-year equipment guarantee." However, these claims are nothing short of false advertising. My AC unit completely failed in its third year of operation, well within their supposed equipment guarantee period. Yet, when I called for service, they demanded an outrageous $500 for a nitrogen test and an additional $1400 for refrigeration in addition to whatever repairs they will need to preform. This is a blatant disregard for their stated guarantees and a clear attempt to extort more money from their customers.
The most shocking issue, however, is the direct result of their horrible workmanship. They incorrectly installed the AC disconnect, which ultimately led to the entire unit melting down and costing me $500 to replace. This is a severe safety hazard and a catastrophic failure directly attributable to their negligence. Despite this clear evidence of their faulty installation, they are refusing to take any responsibility or cover the costs of repairing the damage they caused.
This company has demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, technical competence, and integrity. Their guarantees are meaningless, their service is incompetent, and their refusal to rectify their own mistakes is unacceptable. Save yourself the headache, the money, and the potential safety risks. Do NOT use Lincoln Heating and Air for any of your HVAC needs. You will regret it.

I’m very pleased with their customer service and fast response. Reed the technician was knowledgeable and took the time to explain what needed to be done to fix our AC issue. We really appreciated the clear communication and quick repair. I absolutely recommend them

Cory came over and diagnosed my AC and did a great job! He was thorough and answered every question I had. Unfortunately I needed a new AC unit but he kept me updated and helped everything along.

The installers Ricardo and Markus did a great job with the install. They made sure everything was done properly and fixed some insulation on the system that had fallen apart due to age.

The whole team at Lincoln is always friendly and reliable. Recently I had a water heater leak at a rental. The Lincoln staff coordinated with my tenant to schedule a time for service. Very convenient for me! Mold was found during the removal of the old unit which was over 20 years old. The technician sent me photos while I was out of town. Though Lincoln doesn't handle this issue they offered a few recommendations of service providers that do at a reasonable cost. The whole process from start to finish was all completed within a few days. You should put Lincoln Heating and Air into your contact list now! Better to have and not need than to need and not have. Eventually your going to need them.

The only issue we had is that after speaking with someone over the phone and in need of an emergency visit, no one came and no one called back.
The next morning we were told our ticket never made it. That was extremely frustrating. Thank goodness for Houston or I would have given a 2 star review.

Our experience with Lincoln Heating & Air was wonderful, from the initial estimate through the installation and clean-up. Lincoln’s technicians were very courteous, knowledgeable, and hardworking. Our project was large and complicated, including installing new ductwork and coordinating with plumbers, electricians, and roofers. Throughout the process, Lincoln provided outstanding service and great communication!

I called and was able to get a last minute appointment because my AC stopped cooling. It's 80 degrees in my house so I was grateful they were able to squeeze me in, although with a 4 hour window. I was quoted a service fee of $89. About 40 minutes later I received a call from someone totally different than who I spoke with and was told that there would be an additional fee of $129 for an "after hours" call. Well, that sent me over the edge. That's a very shady business practice so I called up and cancelled the appointment because I do not wish to give any money to a company that tacks on additional fees on top of what I was originally quoted. I called another company that's been in business since 1930 something. They were able to schedule me with no service fee and the woman I spoke with went above and beyond to be helpful. I have to recommend staying away from Lincoln.

Andrew was awesome! He was incredibly thorough while checking on the AC system in our new home. He not only took care of the maintenance quickly and professionally but also went above and beyond by giving us great recs on where to get new filters and how to best care for the system moving forward. I had no idea the AC should be turned off when painting the house—so helpful! Super knowledgeable, friendly, and detail-oriented. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience using Lincoln Heating and Air
for service on my air conditioning units. The technician, Reed McCue who diagnosed the
problem had the broken air conditioning unit up and running in less than one hour. If you need service on your air conditioning or heater, please give Lincoln Heating and Air a call and ask for Reed. You will not be disappointed.

Cory is a great professional. He thoroughly checked out my AC’s to make sure they function all season. He installed my ceiling filters too! He is simply fabulous!

Extremely disappointed with the service from this company. We called to schedule an appointment for a diagnostic because our air conditioning stopped working. They schedule us for the next day from 4 to 8 PM and told us it would be $89 for the diagnostic fee. the day of the appointment one hour before The technician called us and let us know that they would be charging us an additional $120 to drive out to Fernley, which is maybe a 30 minute drive And that they would also be charging us a $140 after hours fee despite scheduling us at that time the day prior and not mentioning to us that it was after hours so with the diagnostic fee, it ended up being over $300. When the technician came out, he was there for all of five minutes told us a part needed to be replaced, but he wouldn’t be able to replace it until several days later and that it would cost an additional $500 to replace, didn’t actually look at the unit at all and as if that wasn’t already enough when we called to get a clarification as to why they weren’t honest on pricing upfront, they said they’d refer us to their customer service team, and we never heard back from them. I almost never write reviews especially negative ones but due to our experience with them I think this is a shady company and I would call someone else.

The tech was very knowledgeable and courteous. But the best part was his very honest assessment of the problem with my A/C unit. Do your self a favor and request Paul as your technician .

We purchased a 2 story home that needed renovation. After much deliberation we decided to update the HVAC with a separate system for the first and second floors. It was a big undertaking and the crew from Lincoln was great on working through all of the issues and getting the HVAC systems working well. Now that we are into summer time temperatures I can attest that the dedicated system for the upstairs is amazing. It actually is cool upstairs. Prior to the renovation you could feel the heat increase as you climbed the stairs. Now the temperature is consistent. We're enjoying the updated HVAC.

Reed was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He was so kind to my inquisitive kids, while remaining professional. I have had terrible experiences with past HVAC companies, and will only be using Lincoln in the future!

Their tech Houston kept me in the loop throughout the process and made sure my grandmother was taken care of. Phil Jagodzinski was a really great guy. He did way more than the previous company we’d worked with (for five years) and really took care of us with kindness.

David gave a reasonable estimate to replace our AC/furnace. He took the time to explain some of the existing problems and how he planned to remedy them during the install. Very easy to get the work scheduled. Install team showed up on time and were able to get the system running in one day despite some major setbacks they encountered while removing the old system. Came back the following morning as promised and finished what little work was left. Very pleased and will be working with them again in the future.

Wow! I am so impressed with the work that Kevin and Lincoln Heating & Air accomplished in one day! They installed a brand new complete furnace and A/C unit in my 125 year old house! Houston arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem. The fix went well, he then performed some routine maintenance. Our A/C is now working fine, thanks Houston.

The office staff were very friendly and got us an appointment quickly. We were shocked though when the quote we received to replace the motor in our swamp cooler was $2375.00. Requested a breakdown of parts, labor, and warranty and they said they could not provide me with that detail. The motor is less than $200 and you could buy and install the whole unit for less, so seemed odd.

Houston was my technician, and he did a great job. Serviced my air conditioning unit and also cleaned it up. The unit was running fine and he did not try to sell me anything I didn't need which was much appreciated! They were also able to get me in the same day and I didn't even schedule the appointment until 11 AM. Thank you so much.

Tim provided excellent service. He let us know his time of arrival, was efficient in getting our ac unit ready for summer gave a thorough report, and even helped us turn on our sprinkler system (which was above and beyond!). I definitely recommend Lincoln!

This highly rated company was terribly disappointing. I made an emergency appointment for the AC system at our Sparks home to be serviced last night. I made repeated calls to check on status and no one could provide when the tech might call me. I was up most of the night. No one called, no one showed. So at 5:30 am this morning, May 29, I called again and cancelled as obviously they could not service us, nor have the decency last night to notify that no tech was available so we could sleep. Just shows a lacking of communication system, a definite lack of courtesy. I am now on a quest to find a solution and telling my story is to warn others who like me, trust an A+ rating at BBB, and good reviews. Adding on June 3. They finally called me later on in the morning to say they could work me in that afternoon. I declined, as I had a new company already there. They ended up putting in a whole new furnace and AC, after a very thorough examination. I applaud their prompt and informative ways.

So I'm giving it 4 star review, due to just to replace a part it costs about $900 to me that price is a little bit outrageous for a company that says we're saving you pennies the technician was great but the price is way out there

This was my first experience With Lincoln heating. Their Technician, Luke, arrived promptly after a heads up call, was neatly dressed, and discussed the work to be performed in detail. After inspecting and doing preventative maintenance on two heating units, he discussed in detail with me the condition of both units which were in excess of 28 years old. While both units were functioning well, he mentioned to me that a capacitor on one unit was working but outside of its operational limits. He said he did not feel that it was necessary to replace it at this time, as it was working properly although not within limits. I did suggest that even though it was working at this point in time that we replace it to avoid a problem in the future. I was promptly emailed an estimate for the repairs which was reasonable. I would use Lincoln heating again in the future.

Arrived on time. Did a good job. Was very efficient and answered all our questions. He's our new favorite Lincoln employee. Very personable along with being very knowledgeable about his job. What a great employee!!

Just needed routine maintenance on my two A/C units. The technician, Cory, knew what needed to be done and had it completed in a timely manner. Great service. I will call Lincoln with any of my HVAC needs.

We called the office at 8:00 and was told a technician would be out between 8:00-12:00. Reed called within 5-10 minutes and said he would be out here within 25-
30 minutes. He arrived at 8:35. Great response time. Reed was very knowledgeable and helpful. He diagnosed the problem and while he was discussing repair or replacing the whole furnace the motor gave out. Timing couldn't have been any better. Reed did a great job.

We've been using Lincoln Heating & Air for some years now and their staff is always polite, courteous & knowledgeable. Prices are also fair for the service(s). Cory W. is a wonderful technician who provided us a 5 star experience. Thank you Cory!

Luke Moulton was my technician today. He arrived on time, with a big smile and was polite and informative. He took care of yearly maintenance on my central air conditioner and furnace.

I had five different contractors submit quotes to replace our HVAC system. Lincoln seemed to be the best value for my bucks. Good warranty, on good equipment and labor. David Q. Gave us a good presentation that made sense. Installation went pretty smoothly thanks to Allen and Rodrigo. They were respectful and courteous and did a great job.
It’s now been a couple weeks since installation and everything is working as it should still. The equipment is quiet and looks great.

Coming up on two years since replacement and still working great.

Starting with the initial troubleshooting / estimate, and continuing through the process to installation and final payment, the Lincoln Team were excellent to work with! They provided high quality / skilled workmanship, maintained professionalism throughout every encounter, and ensured that the entire project was completed in a timely manner.
