Hi. this is Patricia Meyer who can't say enough about Sun Flex Home Improvement LLC. so thorough, profeshional, helpfull and informative.

After a particularly intense rain storm, we discovered a leak in the roof of our park model trailer. We contacted Sun Flex and the owner, Thomas, came out to our trailer within 2 hours of our call. He inspected the roof and gave us a verbal estimate for repairing the roof, followed by a written estimate the following day. We accepted the estimate and called Thomas for a minor clarification. During that call we voiced our concerns about another rainstorm that was forecast for a couple of days hence, and asked for some advice to prevent further leaking until his crew could attend for the repairs. Thomas then juggled his schedule around and had his crew come out THAT DAY! The repairs were done quickly and efficiently with careful attention paid to not contaminating our neighbours trailers with the materials used to repair the roof. After the repairs, cleanup was done so well you couldn't tell that they had even been there, except for our shiny new roof! I can't say enough good things about Thomas and his crew at Sun Flex.

I had contacted Tom to come and check out my roof after he had foamed it to keep up with the warranty he had given me. Tom asked me if I had any leaks and I said none that I had noticed. He said that he had a job near me in a couple weeks and he said that he would stop by then. Never showed up. Noticed on his Facebook page that he was in Minnesota doing Foam Roofs. I called another roofing company and they came by and inspected the roof and they found that woodpeckers had been very busy and pecked holes in the roof. I had them repair and reseal the roof. Tom emailed me asking if I remembered to have my roof revealed and I said that I did. I said that you were supposed to come by and that you did not show up so I had another roofing company reseal it for me. I also informed him that I noticed that he was in Montana at the time he was to be at my house and he said that the fishing there is great. Look him up. He also has a company in Montana called Sun Flex and when he is on the other side of town he means all the way on the other side of town, in fact a whole number of states away. And with that he said that my warranty is null and void. Just a way to not to not have to honor the given warranty in my opinion. Stay clear from Tom. Spend your hard earned money on a more reputable company. Thousands of dollars spent with Tom and no warranty. This is a revised version of my complaint with Tom because I miss taking said Minnesota in my first review so of course he denied everything I said. Look him up, Sun Flex of Montana, same employees. Spend your money with someone that is local and not working in multiple states.

Sun flex is the go to company if you want your job to be done really well and at a more than fair price. They leave the job site in clean order when they are finished. Great fellas

I got an email as a past customer with this company. I wanted to explain that it was about 2017 when they came out, gave me an estimate, and I authorized the foam roof on my house to be recoated and some minor repairs from birds having their way with the foam to be repaired. They patched, repaired, sealed and even did some small rock to ward off the birds…birds will be birds and peck away at what they want. The price was reasonable, and it came with a 10 yr warranty. Then came the Monsoon Storm in September of 2023 - the one that severely damaged Falcon Field, turned over planes, tore Apache Wells apart…it honestly looked like a tornado went through here! If it wasn't nailed down, literally, it was flying through the air.

Turns out my roof sustained some damage from that 2023 storm, but I had no idea, though the damage was minor, I had no idea. It wasn't leaking, nothing in a area that was visible, everything else on my property seemed fine.

Fast Forward to last week. I got an email from Sun Flex Home Improvement, as a past customer, seeking business. I sent them an email back, and explained that not once had I seen them here to inspect the roof to maintain the warranty. Next thing I know, there they are calling me, apologizing profusely, and came right out and got on that roof. Yep some more minor bird damage, not surprised. Next Thomas was asking me if there was a reason a towel was wrapped around one of my vents, told him I had no clue and that it must have been from that storm. He came down showed me the bird damage, its easy to repair, but there were 2 spots where something had gouged out 2 good size chunks of the foam roof.

It was explained to me that the Warranty would not cover that damage from the Storm, but the bird damage they would take care of. Honestly, I was initially a little miffed, because it's not my responsibility to climb on the roof and look for roof damage. Not especially when I was told they would come out about every 2 years to inspect it!

So we talked, and Thomas and I came to an agreement. Basically we split the bill, and he would once again initiate a 10 year warranty. I know now that I should probably call and remind them every year, especially if we have a horrific monsoon storm like that again.

They came over and washed the roof down, and the next day, they were patching, sealing and making the necessary repairs for my home to be safe and sound again.

I want to take this opportunity to thank Thomas and Sun Flex Home, and to to recognize them as a service provider that stands behind their work. They were very responsive, very fair and did a wonderful job. They have my vote of confidence as a company of their word.

The job went exactly how Thomas described it would go.The crew put up plastic to protect the neighbors property.They then checked for loose shingles with a air blower all loose shingles were dealt with gluing them this took time but is necessary for good job vs a quick spray.The spraying came next with one worker shielding where they did not want the product to go.The spraying was done carefully and in some area that needed it multiple coats.The job was about doing a quality job instead of rushing to get done.Lam very pleased with the job they did and would recommend them.

Thomas & George have obviously been in the roof foam business for years they are very professional and know what they’re doing and how to achieve great results! The 10 year transferable warranty is a great plus! I’m very happy with the job! Don’t hesitate to let them work their magic on your home!

I had my foamed roof resurfaced by Sun Flex on April 13, 2024. The roof looked great when they finished. Unfortunately, it was windy and the company did not cover my outside BBQ and Pellet Grill. The black covers on both items were covered with white speckles of the recoating material. I'm not sure if the speckles can be removed easily. Also they forgot to blow away the small pieces of granite stone that landed on the pavers surrounding my home. I will need to cleanup after them!

I was recently denied insurance because my mobil-home roof needed repair. As a winter visitor ready to head home in a few days, I needed something done asap. Thomas @ Sun Flex came through for me. He repaired my roof sooner than I hoped for, a beautiful job well done AND in plenty time for me to get new insurance quotes for a new plan .. all done within the few days I needed before heading home for the summer. I cannot thank him enough, and I give his company the best review I can..

Price was right, done quickly by friendly, courteous workers and Thomas was thorough in inspecting the job when it was done. Thankfully i don’t have another roof to do, but if I did I would use Sunflex again.

SunFlex installed a foam roof on our park model plus Arizona room. All work was excellent. The work included thorough plastic shielding neighboring cars and houses because of windy weather. Roof structures were protected and the foaming was done efficiently and professionally. Cleanup was excellent.

It's been over a year since my roof was spray foamed. The temperature in the hone seems to be more uniform. The birds have pecked alot of holes on one end of the the roof. Need to see what I can do to repair.

Installed new foam roof over existing asphalt and aluminum roofs on park model and Az room. They were careful to protect surrounding property from overspray. End result looks good, is quiet and keeps our place cooler.
