Dishonest company. Alex Casting showed up to my home and took a look at my ac unit that wasn’t working. He supposedly found the issue but did not show up with tools to complete the necessary repair. (Clogged drain line). Simple maintenance issue and he didn’t have tools to correct it. Made promises to show up the next day to repair at no additional cost. He never showed up as promised and office lady (Ashley) could care less that i am still without AC in 100+ degree weather. She made it clear there was no plan for him to be back out and if they did it would be for a lot more money. When i was upset with that answer and asked for a refund she refused.

This place also has billing issues. I used them last summer for a cooling issue and technician took payment at the end of the visit. They never applied the payment to my invoice and i kept getting call after call asking to pay a past due invoice. Each call they apologize for the confusion but never remedied the mistake. NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS LATER AND STILL NO CORRECTION. Today Ashley brought up that i dont pay my bills with them. Super frustrating and disrespectful.

Glad they are deciding to keep my $75 dollars instead of making it right. Will never use them again.

Will be filing a complaint today with the ROC.

Do Not buy an ac from this company. I purchased a unit in November of 2023.
5/25 the unit is running but not cooling below 82 degrees. It keeps running but it isn't cooling. The scheduler couldn't get a set appointment for me in a week. She had add on appointments that the technician might or might not be able to make. There shouldn't be any issues like this with a new unit and then to not be able to get an appointment within a two weeks time is unacceptable. A technician finally came and said the unit was working just fine and within spec. He lied. The office basically brushed me off, siding with their technician. Another company confirmed that the unit is not within spec ("Not even close")and it has a defective part that needs replacing. SC Mechanical evidently didn't want to honor my free labor warranty so they lied. Do Not use this company. They lie. Zero stars.

Do not use sun city mechanical. They left me high and dry. They started my AC coil replacement but did not have the skill or experience to finish the job. I had to find another AC company to finish the job and refill the system. They took apart my AC unit , left it partially disassembled and 7 pounds low on Freon then told me there’s nothing else they can do and walked off the job. I emailed the president of the company and she said she’d get back to me and never did. Do not use this company! They deserve 0 stars not one.

Had them come out to inspect my ac unit. I Explained to them some problems we were having with one of the zones in the house but were told everything was working fine and their was nothing to fix. After they left, anotherr zone in my house stopped receiving ac. Left a message for them that evening but never got a response. Called a different company the next day and they came out the same day. They diagnosed the issue and showed me that I needed a new motorized dampener.

Love this company!! They installed a brand new air conditioning unit for me and they were fast, efficient, and polite. Jeremy and Brody were amazing. I’d recommend Sun City Mechanical for any HVAC needs.

I have VERY high expectations and this company never disappoints. From a simple loose wire on my AC, to moving air ducts and a water heater during a recent remodel, these folks are incredible. The shower replacement they did for my 84 year old mother is also first class. I can't recall ever dealing with a contractor who is as honest, fairly priced and communicative as this company. From the front desk to the technicians, we are lucky to have them in the Sun City area. Great job and thank you!

At Sun City Mechanical they say they do their best to conduct business with honesty and integrity. I'm here to tell you that's what we got. We had another company come out to do a yearly maintenance check. They gave us an estimate of over $1,500 to fix our system. We decided to get a second opinion. We called Sun City Mechanical. Their technician, a knowledgeable and courteous young man, told us our system didn't need servicing at this time. Sun City Mechanical has my business from now on. Thank you.

Sergio Trejo came out and did a full, comprehensive diagnosis and tune-up of our 80 gallon solar water heater. It needed some rewiring, but other than that, Sergio made sure it worked just as well as when HE installed it thirteen years ago!

Was very knowledgeable and had worked with Sun City Mechanical many many years. Was very polite and personable. Did the job and answered questions that I had.

They were hired to dig up and install two new clean outs in the front yard to clear a blocked sewer line for $2200. They dug and opened line installed clean outs and used a camera to investigate the problem. They never located a problem. I had to call them two more times in three weeks for blockage and they charged for both. On the second visit in two days they put a camera back in and said my line had a crack about two feet from where they installed the clean outs. Quoted me $300 and hour plus parts to dig it up and fix it again or coat my sewer line for $7800. I reviewed my copy of their first camera video and realized the crack was there and they went too quick and missed the damage. I hired a different company for a second opinion. He found the crack and advised me to hire labors to dig it up and then he can replace that portion of pipe where the crack is. Saving me thousands of dollars.

Jeremy showed up on time, willingly programmed the thermostats correctly re the peak-time hours, cleaned all the filters, was professional throughout. I've used S C Mechanical several years, no regrets.

Sun City Mechanical has always been fair and reasonable with me and my ac/plumbing needs. They arrive when promised and the technicians are well trained. The technicians are NOT salesmen....they are trained to work on HVAC and plumbing. Highly recommend Sun City Mechanical for your HVAC and Plumbing needs!! 5 Star Service!!!!

Sergio was out for our plumbing problem, determined what the problem was, and corrected it in a few minutes. This was the second time he had been to our home for a plumbing problem. We find him to be very knowledgeable, listens to our explanation of what happens and willing to share information to help correct and eliminate future problems. Highly recommended!

SCM was able to schedule a service call very quickly. The tech was very professional and worked hard to understand what was happening with the A/C. He found the issue, replaced the part quickly, and cleaned up and wrapped up the conversation. I highly recommend SCM.

Responding to our call immediately. Came out to my home surveyed the problem , gave us a quote and made all the necessary arrangements to have a new water line installed as quickly as they could. The service guys were very professional and worked quickly.

I am very impressed with the service I have received from Sun City Mechanical. First, a big shout out to Robbie, the technician and Lauren in the office who is very helpful and professional. My air conditioner began to not cool, it would run but the house was just getting hotter. I initially had another company come out, as they had installed my current unit 8 years ago and I have a 10 year warranty with them (ha). They told me I had a leaking evaporator coil and it would cost $2,700 to fix. I reminded them of my warranty and was told that the $2,700 was just for the labor. I decided to get a 2nd opinion and I'm so glad I did. Robbie came out and within 15 min I felt cold air. Turns out the problem was only that my high pressure switch needed to be replaced. He was able to override it so that my house would be cool until the new part came in. That first visit cost $75. Today he installed the new switch. For this visit plus the part the bill is $210. Needless to say, this company won't scam you to make money off of you, they are honest and prices are more than fair. Robbie was on time both visits and very professional. The whole process was seamless and I highly recommend this company. Also, as a side note, I heard about them from my mom who works in real estate. She asked around to several colleagues and the resounding recommendation was Sun City Mechanical. My mom will also be switching over to them now from the previous company noted that had put both of our a/c units in.

Repairman arrived at yome stated, was very quick to diagnose the repair, fixed it and was on his way quickly!!

Having been a customer of this company for more than a decade, I can vouch for their consistent delivery of exceptional service. Their technicians are known for their honesty, charging only for the services they genuinely provide. Moreover, their pricing has always remained reasonable and fair.

I woke from a nap in my Arizona room to find the temperature at 93.7 deg. I called Sun City Mechanical at 544pm. They had a repair man here by 610pm. He found a bad capacitor, replaced it and was all done by 621pm. Now that's service, not to mention he was a very nice man. I have çontracted with Sun City Mechanical for several years and find them totally reliable.

Sergio is an excellent plumber. He’s fast and thorough. We trust Sun City Mechanical for all of our plumbing needs. Their prices are fair and they don’t up-sell.

I've been a customer of Sun City Mechanical for 20 years. They treat people like people. If you have a problem they will do their best to help you. They are very good technicians and their prices are reasonable. Don't bother looking anywhere else. These are the ones to call. I'll never change.

A/C went out during record setting heat and there was a tech out within 24 hours. Checked everything out and got us cooling again ! We have used Sun City Mechanical since we moved to AZ 8 years ago and continue to recommend them to our neighbors and friends!

Quick and easy inspection for both A/C units for my house. Showed up earlier than scheduled and took less than 30 minutes to complete the inspection.

Wonderful service. They verified air filters and assisted with a little gutter clean in draining their hose, since they were on the roof with their hose. They checked seals of skylight...they did everything a senior needs checked since many of us no longer are able to do these things. Highly recommend their services!

Quick fix of an issue with uneven cooling. Our builder Taylor Morrison refused to fix it under warranty so it was Sun City Mechanical to the rescue. They also performed work of similar nature for a neighbor who recommended them.
