I feel so lucky to have found Derek and his team three years ago. I was an out of state landlord struggling to do things myself with a crazy work schedule, and after an expensive and drawn out eviction, Derek came in and totally changed the experience. I know they’re not doing as much property management anymore but he made it effortless for me, always having solutions in mind for any issues that came up.

Most recently he and his team did a big remodel on my condo to get it ready to go on the market. It’s obvious he knows the market and its trends, and has solid connections with sub contractors and real estate agents who filled out the rest of the team. He was responsive, consistent, super knowledgeable, friendly, and a great leader. The sell of this condo will bring in a nice profit and Derek played a huge roll in it with the timing, strategizing, beautiful remodel, and assembling the team. He really knocked it out of the park the past few years. It’s bittersweet to have everything wrapping up but I know he will continue to do great work for other people.

I used Derek and his crew to remodel my newly purchased home. Everyone was pleasant to work with and listened to my ideas. They took on some difficult electrical work and made it look easy! They did everything from painting, to dry wall repair and texturing, to installing new lighting and replacing existing switches and outlets, to installing new wainscoting. They were very professional the entire project and made my house a home. If I need any additional work done, I know who I will be contacting again!

I have had Derek and his crew work on 2 interior paint projects and a tile renovation in the past year and all 3 projects turned out perfect. Everyone working on the job was very knowledgeable and detail oriented. If you are looking to do any home renovations I would highly recommend giving him a call for a quote. He is very reasonable and a pleasure to work with.

I have used Derek and his team for a few of my interior design projects and I love working with them! They are always punctual and courteous to my clients. Not to mention, they have a good sense of humor. They make sure the job is done right and always give good advice.

I hesitate to give a bad review, but I don’t want others to have the experience I had. I used DeVan Management for my rental property. The first 2 months I had to email & call them multiple times to finally receive my rent payments (the tenants had paid on time). Every time they finally sent me my rent payment, I was almost immediately sent an invoice for some unneeded cosmetic repair. I paid hundred in repairs, in 5 months. I would not recommend using this management company, as they made it clear they would rather make a quick buck in fake repairs then keep a customer for life. $325 to end my contract with them is worth it.
