Excellent communication, on-time work, and actully got done a little bit early. More importantly Milton alerted us to some potentially disasterous issues with our HVAC when he came out for the estimate, and we were able to get those taken care of before any disaster hit. After the job was done, they informed us of tax credits we would could be eligible for by having the insulation updated. In addition to being the lowest bid, they saved us even more $$$ by informing us of the tax credit and the problem with our AC! 6 out of 5 stars if I could.

Milton and his team were absolutely fantastic! I was referred to him by a friend of mine that used him and told me that he does fantastic work, which is what I experienced for sure! I would highly recommend these guys their attention to detail and customer service and work ethic are top-notch!

They were very pleasant and professional from first contact to finished job! The space between my ceilings and flat roof is very tight and constricted but Milton and Angel installed blown-in insulation throughout. I appreciate the before and after photos they took. My experience with Izzy's far exceeded my expectations. It started with Jaime being responsive quickly and fully explaining everything. They got me a quote very quickly. The price was far better than I was planning. Jaime then called me the next day to let me know they had a cancellation and wanted to know if i would like to have them come out 2 days after first contacting them.
Milton touched base with me the day of service to give me an eta to my house. He was prompt and friendly. Explaining everything and reviewing the plan before hand to ensure we were on the same page. Angel and Milton accomplished the job smoothly and quickly. They cleaned up after they were done and allowed me to look in the attic before closing it up. If you need insulation this is the company you want to hire!! It was a pleasure talking with the office as well as Milton who is the owner/installer. They took the time to listen to my concerns about updating the insulation in our home which was the original from when it was built in 1978. In addition, all my questions were answered and while I do not speak technical jargon, I was able to understand the specifics and benefits of the specific product that would be installed in my attic. I received a written quote within 24 hours which was reasonable and better priced then some other companies out there. There was no pressure to make a decision and after all my research and having received solid answers to my questions, I was satisfied and went ahead and scheduled the insulation installation for March 26. Within a couple days of doing so, I received a phone call that Milton had an earlier opening on the calendar so he came out and actually did the install on March 19! The morning of March 19, he sent me a text with an ETA and arrived on time. Milton has a great personality, is very knowledgeable, and did a great job installing over 13" of insulation in our old attic! The inside temperature of our house feels great and is now consistent no matter which room you are in. He took before and after pictures of our attic and wow, there's quite a bit of difference...not to mention, it saved me the aggravation of dragging my middle-aged body up in there. :-) With the temps now starting to get up into the mid to high 90's in Phoenix, I am very happy with the product.

My AC company recommended that I have additional insulation blown into my attic area so I placed a call to Izzy’s. Let me tell you it was the best choice that I have ever made. The owners Milton/Jamie are amazing. Milton responded almost immediately and said Jamie would be calling to schedule a free estimate for me. I can’t say enough about Milton! He was incredibly friendly and honest from the first time he stopped by for an estimate. You could tell his estimate was reasonable and he wasn’t trying to oversell his services. He knew my biggest complaint was lack of insulation from a previous builder and he quoted me for the lack of insulation and not having to do the entire job as if there was none. The day of install he made sure to place drop clothes inside due to my access being in my kids bedroom. He made sure the job site was clean before leaving. I highly recommend Milton and his team for anybody that needs insulation blown into their attic.

We recently hired Izzy's Insulation after they were recommended by a neighbor in my community. The estimate was very reasonable and beat the quote from my AC company. During the initial consultation everything regarding the process was explained. Once they came out to blow in the Insulation they provided before and after pictures. They cleaned up after the job was finished. Staff is friendly. I would recommend their services- actually I already have to another neighbor.

I'm no expert on insulation, and air sealing and duct sealing but he seemed to do a great job for a great price. Definitely worth getting a bid from him so you can meet him and check him out yourself.

I looked for insulation contractors online. Izzy’s insulation had lot of good reviews. I called 3 contractors and 2 responded. Milton told me when he could give me the free estimate and showed up on time and was 20-25% less than the other contractor. We scheduled and he showed up on time again, took before and after pictures, cleaned up on his way out. Milton did an outstanding job and I highly recommend Izzy’s Insulation.

OUTSTANDING experience from the first phone call to Izzy’s until the end of the job! Jamie was very polite and quick to respond to text as well as keep me informed during the process. Milton was great to deal with as well. Took the time to explain the process and the difference between the types of insulation. It’s good to see a business also show up when they say they will instead of whenever. No 5 hour window for showtime either! Gave a 1hr window of showtime and both times was on the early side of that hour. Milton and Angel did quick work on the job, WITHOUT cutting corners! Took time after the job to again explain what he did and show pics.

My experience with Izzy’s was 5 star start to finish. While you can’t completely judge a book by its cover there are instances where the cover gives a pretty good indication of what’s inside. Within hours of my first call Milton returned it and scheduled a visit for an estimate. He arrived on time, inspected the job and got necessary information to prepare his quote. He fully explained options, his process, and why he recommended what he did. His estimate arrived when he said it would and I accepted it. We agreed on a date and several days ahead of the date he verified that it worked for me. He showed up at the appointed time in a presentable vehicle with
his equipment and materials in tow. It was easy to see that his equipment was neatly stored and well cared for. All of this was the cover. The job was done in a workmanlike manner and neatness and cleanliness were excellent. The photos and information he supplied afterwards verified that the “book” was indeed as good as the cover. Just bought a house and the AC was cycling pretty frequently. I had multiple companies come out to see what could be done. The consensus was that my insulation was insufficient in the attic. My R value was way too low. Three quotes came in to do the same work, and the estimates were wildly different. Izzy's didn't try to upsell or negotiate at all. They were very direct in saying that there was more they could do, but that the return on investment wouldn't be worth it. I went with them and was glad I did.

They did good work, used a good product, and had excellent communication throughout. All that, and their price was easily the best.

I called Izzy's Insulation based on other reviews. Of the 5 companies I called, Milton (the owner) was the first to call me back...within 20 minutes! Two other co. couldn't come give me an estimate for a week, but Milton came the next day. He was on time, professional, informative, wore identifying clothing & ID on his truck (so NOT fly-by-night), polite, friendly and just a super nice man! I'd done some online research & asked him about various products I'd read. He listed pros & cons; even telling me which items I did not need. He said "I don't believe in upselling just to make more money, I built my business by giving good service & giving customers what they really need." WOW! The estimate from Izzy was fairly priced. (One other co. gave me a bit lower est. but they didn't call me back for a week.)
On the day of service, I had expected him to want to back his truck in close to the garage, but he said the blower might blow dust into the house so he preferred to park out on the street, keeping the insulation, dust & noise away from my house. After blowing in the insulation into the attic, Milton used his leaf blower to clean my garage and carport. He left the site clean.
Milton sent me before and after photos, with a ruler in the photo to show the depth of the new insulation.

Izzy's Insulation was great. They were able to give me a quote right over the phone, and came out within a week to add some more insulation to my attic. They were professional, and documented before and after pictures and sent them when the job was finished. Great local company with very reasonable prices.

Great communication and very responsive. I had my attic topped off and above garage filled. The temp in my house is much more even now. AC cold air tubing was also missing insulation and that got fixed up as well.

During his visit, he spent time reviewing my insulation upgrade project, even taking pictures in the attic area to show me how much the insulation had settled(home is 29 yrs old). Later that day, he sent over a quote as he said he would. Upon reviewing, we booked Izzy's Insulation(named after Milton's daughter) for our insulation upgrade. Needed to "re-fluff" insulation that had compacted over time ~ called a handful of insulation companies. Could not believe some of the responses that I received ~ so wonder how some of these companies are still in business!!! Izzy's was by far the most responsive, professional, and respectful. No job is too small for this company. Arrived EARLY in the morning so I would not miss any of my workday. In short, I would not waste your time calling around ~ with Izzy's consider it one call and done!!

Needed insulation in a small area of our upstairs bathroom replaced from water damage. Even though it was a smaller job, I was not treated any less important. I love the fact that he treats his customers as people not "jobs". Izzy does not overcomplicate things, he is upfront with pricing, no hidden fees, and got the job done. I called 2 other companies before, and their "process" to get an estimate almost took as long as it took Izzy to show up and get the job finished! His digital invoices are very professional and included pictures of the job before and after. If you are lucky enough to find this guy, give him a call. You will see what I am talking about. Not a Licensed Contractor! I emailed to get an estimate for attic insulation and Milton was very responsive at first. He told me he could get to me the following week. When I asked if he was licensed he said he would get me that information but now all of sudden he was 3 weeks booked, this was just 1 day after he told me he could do my job next week. Red flag #1. Then I never heard back. I emailed him the next day to let him know that 3 weeks would work for us but never heard back from him again. He obviously never intended to let me know he was Unlicensed and once I asked he disappeared, Red Flag #2.
You own the company, you know if you are licensed or not, why would you tell me you would get me that information when you got back to the office instead of just letting me know upfront? Very deceptive

I hired an unlicensed contractor once before and I will never do it again. When I had an issue with the work he did, he never came back to correct it, and I had no way of holding him accountable and had to pay a professional to come in and do the job right. Lesson learned.
By Law, you must put Not A Licensed Contractor on your webpage and other advertising.

It wasn't very difficult to make a few calls and dig a little deeper to find out many of these Google reviews are suspect. Good luck

What was done: Blown in R38 fiberglass insulation in the attic of my 2150 sq ft home.

Pricing: I received many estimates from other companies to include ones who advertise the rebates through SRP. Even after the rebates, IZZY's was cheaper.

Quality: No issues whatsoever, they protected my gear and items in the garage with plastic wrap and their clean up was great when done.

Customer Care/Service: Communication with Milton was incredibly easy and he is very knowledgable. Working with Milton was probably the best part of the whole experience from the digital estimate, to the phone calls, to the day of work.

Also, a veteran friendly company. Can't go wrong with this company. Thanks Milton!

After talking on the phone we discussed everything I wanted and he offered his suggestions and provided me with a formal estimate.
