I’ve had the pleasure of working with the Harte brothers on a few projects, and I have nothing but great things to say. They’re professional, creative, and always pay attention to the details. thinking outside the box oof the box when needed or delivering solid results, they always do an excellent job. Harte Contracting was so amazing to work with and went above and beyond what I was expecting! They came recommended to me from a friend and I have already recommended them to other people as well.
They built a 500sqft add on to my property and the project certainly had some nuances associated with it. Because of that I was pretty hesitant to select a contractor and I took bids from a few other places. The other contractors were willing to give me a base price but wanted to handle the add on extras later in the build. Let me say it this way, with the other contractors I felt like I was dealing with a sales person trying to get my signature compared to someone that actually wanted to understand the nuances of how I was going to be using the space and wanted to help me solve my business problems (the space was mixed use between personal/business). Engaging with Harte was the complete opposite which was such an amazing experience. I initially met with both Justin and Diego at the site and we walked through the plans together and some of the finishings that I thought I wanted but were not incorporated into the plans yet. I could tell that they were looking at the project from more of the perspective of “can we successfully complete this project profitably” as opposed to “lets get the sale and then hit him with change requests along the way”. I was talking with ‘builders’ and not just a sales person, and that vibe continued throughout the entire project.
They were flexible, willing to work with me on my needs, and most importantly I felt that they were fair. When issues arose, which were less than I anticipated at the start of the build, they were responsive and wanted to work with me to address those in a reasonable way. I do not think it is possible to have a complex build be totally issue free, but when you are selecting a contractor, you should be confident that they are fair, honest, and want to do the right thing. These are all things that Harte Contracting absolutely knocked out of the park and I am so happy that I selected them to make my dream a reality. Thank you so much to everyone at Harte! I have attached one of the photos of what they built (just know that they did not do the design work so don't blame them for it looking a bit industrial).
Also Diego is amazing so if you have a chance to have him on your project, I would suggest it. Great attitude, way to responsive, and gets stuff done! He is the kind of guy that when you tell him something that you want, his initial response is to be on your team and then immediately jumps to talking about ways to make that happen (compared to starting with ‘why this might not work’ – he is very positive focused). At one point I think I told Justin Harte that he should pay Diego more . I don’t know what he is paying him, but just ‘more.

I highly recommend Harte’s Contracting Services. I chose them because they offer an architect. I had custom wants/needs. Harte truly listened to me. We worked collaboratively to make the best choices for my wants/needs. Their communication is dependable, professional, and pleasant. Their staff reflects those same attributes. I appreciate their quality of their work and their attention to detail. I am so happy with my custom ADA compliant AZ room, catio, and awning.

We are truly thankful for the Harte’s work adding 400 square feet to our home, fully remodeling our kitchen, replacing flooring, baseboards, doors, and painting interior and exterior. Justin, Nick, and Roxy treated us like family and helped us make choices for our home that were within our budget & added beautiful custom elements to our home. We absolutely love the end product and the custom backsplash, waterfall island, hood, iron front door, and barn door that make it our own. We lived in our home through most of the remodel process and we were extremely comfortable with everyone that worked on and in our home. They worked with us to schedule construction in the least disruptive way possible, were a quick call or text away, and extremely responsive during the entire process. We 100% recommend and will be using again for our next home project.

Justin took our project when the building climate was going crazy and helped us complete the impossible project in the time he promised. His framing, plumbing, AC and roofing crews were amazing and respectful and he was very adaptable along the way. I’m not sure just anyone would have been as patient as he and Harte was. The work came out beautiful and we are so grateful for their work on our behalf.

I had a bedroom conversion done to my house, I have a loft that they framed in, framed closet, relocated electrical, doors and paint. This company has been amazing to deal with from day 1. Roxy has been in communication with me every step of the project. She is so polite, nice and a joy to work with. Every contractor that had come to do their part of the remodel was very professional and an expert in their field. I had the pleasure of working with Ezekiel, Dave, Jamie and Diego and I give them all 10 stars. I will never look for another contractor and I’m looking forward to future projects. Let me remember how pleasant, professional, and meticulous they were. Each day they showed up for the job, they greeted me with "Good morning, sir."
Our journey with Harte's Contracting Services began with a simple desire for an Arizona Room. However, witnessing their craftsmanship and dedication, we couldn't resist adding a deck and an awning. Each time I admire the transformation, my heart fills with joy and excitement.
The number of times people have stopped by to admire the progress and say, "Things are looking better and better every day" is countless. This review is a testament to my unwavering trust in Harte's Contracting Services. I would choose them without hesitation for any future projects.

We had Harte Construction out to our office several years ago for remodeling, and they did a fantastic job. We had another job just recently to do and of course we called Harte again. Their work is top notch!! Excellent workers who go above and beyond. I highly recommend them!!

All of the repairs and new back yard all look great and the work was done right. Very good communication on scheduling. The work was started and finished promptly. The concrete, carpentry, shower, turf and shade all look great.

Our addition is done! It turned out so nice and we are thrilled. We used Harte's Contracting Services and they did a great job! Not only does it look great, but it was done on time.
They were very communicative, letting us know what to expect and when crews would be here. For the most part, all the contractors showed up when they were scheduled, but the couple times they didn't, we were notified and told the new plan. Everyone who came out to work was very friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to do a good job. We would highly recommend Harte's Contracting Services !

I don’t usually do reviews but I felt compelled to for Harte Contracting because of my extreme happiness with their work on my studio flooring. They were on-time, very polite and professional and the work was flawless. I highly recommend them!

This company does little themselves. Just subs out to lowest bid subcontractors. Took 12 months to build 500 sq ft addition. We had to supervise and clean up after all trades. No idea what is required by code. Most things had to be done twice. Failed inspections and stop work orders were constant. Lowest quality products were used. I would NOT recommend using them.

We have worked with Harte twice now, once for a full remodel of our flooring/kitchen/bathroom, and once for fixing damage due to a leak. The whole team is great to work with. They are professional, communicative, and timely with their work. They are also upfront and honest with their pricing, which I appreciate having had bad experiences with other contractors in the past. Last but not least, their workmanship is top notch. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done.

Through my 30 years experience as a franchisor identifying, negotiating and contracting with construction companies both domestically and internationally I have learned that there are many contractors that produce high quality construction which is an important aspect of contracting with any build out company. Regarding the construction contractor’s product, although extremely important, I have learned that it is the ‘intangible’ aspects of any build out (as in our case a complete remodel of a 2,400 SF, 4 bedroom, 2 bath house over 7 months) that ultimately end up as the most critical considerations when it comes to overall satisfaction with a remodel project.

Based on our experience with Harte’s Contracting Services, they go above and beyond what would be expected from a typical construction service company when it comes to:
1. Staying in touch with us regarding the construction progress, pace and design options available,
2. Providing design options on an ongoing basis that were totally consistent with our overall visual expectations of the remodel,
3. Adjusting to unforeseen obstacles which include specific recommendations for resolution,
4. Cost minimizations to stay within budget guidelines outlined prior to construction,
5. Giving us honest feedback during design and construction discussions,
6. Correcting ‘The Little Things’ that only an owner could identify,
7. And the most important thing to me is listening to Debbie’s suggestions and recommendations during the construction process, and
8. BTW, their workmanship is excellent.

Justin, Regina and Jeana make a highly personable and professional team that I venture to say would be very hard to beat. We highly recommend Harte’s Contracting Services for construction projects both small to large if you want the level of confidence and expertise that we experienced during our remodel project.
