My garage needed a new roof and although it was a small job, Dustin Hodge and his crew treated me like a much bigger client. The roof looks great, they left the site cleaner than they found it, and everyone was very courteous. I am very impressed.

The came very early & worked non stop! And when finished they made sure everything was totally cleaned up & used magnets to locate any stray nails throughout our entire yard! Start to finish was easy and very professional. Neal came out to give us an estimate, we got 2 more but Sumner Roofing was lowest if the three. Their work was fantastic . Removed and replaced Roofing in one day. Dustin and his crew were great. They moved everything on the deck out of harms way, removed the roofing, cleaned everything up and moved everything back on the deck.

Very pleased with the work done. Crew was great and left the work site spotless. I do caution everyone to do their due diligence when it comes to billing. We had agreed to move forward with additional work but had to cancel it as we were informed, after our bill was paid and we received a paid in full receipt, that they forgot to put a charge on our bill and that we still owed money. (This was awhile back) Then today, we received a bill for nearly $15k for work that wasn't even done on our home. They sent the bill to the wrong address. So, while the work is great, their billing department needs some attention.

They put a new roof on professionally and quickly. They cleaned up afterwards. The new roof looks great! I'm very satisfied.

Sumner Roofing came to my home to inspect damage to a few soffit shingles at the front of our home from a tree that caught fire near the house. They provided a fair quote and were able to come back to complete the work in the same week. Very professional, and the soffit/roof looks as good as new!

There were a couple of bumps along the road, which are sometimes to be expected, however Sumner Roofing addressed every item very quickly and very fairly. I had Sumner Roofing come out and do some repairs on my roof. They did a great job. When it came time to replace my roof, I only contacted one company and that was Sumner Roofing. Had the siding and gutters replaced on our house recently with Sumner Roofing. The outcome was beautiful, quality work! Everyone we spoke with through the process was professional and helpful - good customer service all the way around. The only con was that there were a few nails left in our yard and driveway, which is a concern for our cars, kids, and pets. I spoke with the Office Manager about it while giving feedback on our overall experience and she was both sympathetic and helpful, letting me know she would reiterate the need to thoroughly clean up after jobs with the crew. Excellent customer service! We had a small job repairing a boot from the exhaust on our roof. Even with their busy schedule from storms they were out here and repaired it within a week. The next rain I heard a dripping in the master bedroom. I called and Andrew came out that same afternoon in-between his scheduled appointments and checked it for us. I highly recommend Sumner Roofing.

At Madison Christian Church we could not be happier than we are with Sumner Roofing & Exteriors. They did absolutely amazing work and dealt fairly and honestly with us. They are exceedingly skilled and when they were finished there wasn't a shred of evidence they had even been here except for a very nice looking roof. Their price was not the cheapest or most expensive but very fair. A couple of guys in our church had heard very good things about them. So we went with them and we thank God that we did. We would recommend them without hesitation.

We had a storm that broke my whirlybird and took off a few pieces of roof that needed attention right away and I called them and they sent their team over right away and protected my home by tarping to prevent further damage from rain. Had a skylight replaced a few weeks ago. They were very responsive and met their committments. Cleaned up afterthemselves and so far have not had any issues with the new sky light (old one was leaking). Highly recommended.

Nov 29, 2024 Update - Our electric bill is 1/2 of what it was this time last December after the tornado. Thank you Neal at Sumner Roofing for the excellent install of these High Impact Windows from PlyGym. Sept 11, 2024 - New windows installed by a skilled craftsman, Frank. Our home was loud inside with the lowest decibel reading at 34 because of A/C unit and traffic noise. Neal ordered the windows we wanted, PlyGym 1500 impact windows. The decibel reading in the house is now at 24-what a difference. We can see the traffic driving by but we can't hear it! We could not be happier with the color, the windows and the installation. Thank you for making our home more livable. Good company.

2017-New Roof, new gutters - great job - held up on tornado day 12/9/23!

2006 I never saw the man who fixed our gutters and cleaned them. The price was fair, the service was awesome. I called, she scheduled it, someone did the work, I received the bill with no surprises. Thank you I will call again.
