Getting a quote was tough but finally I got one. After all was said and done I got no before pictures and only 4 total pictures of the work. UPDATE: full list of pictures were received today and a call from the rep Nick. I feel they did me right on this now as they did send both before and after pics so just took a bit longer but I am updating my review to say great price and really nice roof so I would recommend these guys for sure.

We had a tree fall on our home in February and needed major repairs done quickly. He took time to explain everything, pointed out unrelated attic issues just to help us, and even fixed a detached HVAC vent on the spot—something other contractors ignored.

The Gutter pulled apart at the top of the drain spout and the Gutter installer replaced the screw and painted the wood trim around the drain pipes. He had a good attitude and was very professional.

I invited four contractors to examine and determine needs for repairing the fascia of my home's roofline. When my home was inspected (before closing), that inspector missed the fact a portion of my roof was missing a drip edge.

Summit Roofing stood out from the others due to their complete assessment of my needs. They were the only company that wanted to examine my attic for structural damage/leaks. The five year warranty on workmanship was also a plus. The others offered me a six-month warranty. That time period was insufficient that gave me the feeling that those company's workmanship of the repairs would not last long.

I was required to have some repairs made on my roof by the insurance company. I called Nick at Summit Roofing and he came out the next day and inspected the roof, provided an estimate for the repairs and had the scheduling department call me to schedule the work. I received a call very promptly and was advised when they would be out to complete the work. The repairmen arrived at 7:00 a.m. sharp as promised, and completed the work shortly after noon that day. Baily, the Project Manager was there observing the work and made sure everything was completed as promised. Nick, Bailey, and Chino were amazing in informing us on the best course of action to repair our roof after the recent tornado. They provided us with a multiple estimates for necessary repairs and for a full replacement. Customer service was A+. This is my second time hiring Summit Roofing. Hopefully, I won’t have to make any roof repairs for a while, but if I do, they’re who I’ll call!

Couldn’t be happier with our new roof! Not happy that it had to be done on a 4 year old house though. The crew was incredible! Chewi, Sean, Bailey and the rest of the guys covered everything before they started and cleaned up everything when they were done. Some potential framing issue was found during the final inspection and Sean gave suggestions on a fix, even offered to meet with the builder/warranty company to discuss. However, we were ghosted when the time came for that meeting. Their roofing is great but any promises after that is not. Definitely disappointing. Not sure why the offer was even made to begin with. Hope that doesn’t happen with their warranty promises!

Someone came out to give me an assessment of the the work that needs to be done, after discussing what was happening and what needs to be done the person spent 15 minutes reassuring me that they were the best in the business and could be trusted. Once the work was done I was told one of the quoted fixes wasn't necessary so it wasn't done and on top of that they promised to fix the slant of the guttering, but they didn't, when I challenged them about it we spent 3 days going back and forth about whether they needed to actually do it. Overall I didn't get the feeling that they knew what work actually needed to be done, and when I questioned them on it they spent more time talking about why they didn't need to do what they promised than it would have taken to do the thing in the first place.

The repairs that was done is falling apart. That storm that came through pulled that work up that possibly was done correctly. Update Summit came back out and made everything right and the customer service is amazing A1. When they came out they saw the problem and corrected it with no issues or question and made sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend Summit Roofing. The sign of a good company is sometimes not just the result, but also the responsiveness of their leaders. Our issue was a condensation leak in the furnace roof stack. It didn't get solved on the first visit, but all it took was a call to Shawn to have a crew back out, spend 3 hours hunting supply houses for the right parts, and solving the problem.

At 930AM this morning, New Year’s Eve nonetheless, I noticed a wet spot on our ceiling. Not what I wanted to see! I called Summit Roofing, and they sent an inspector within a few hours. Nick, the inspector, did a thorough analysis of the roof and current issue. He was polite, and did not try to oversell me. In addition, he was able to get the roof repaired the same day!
