Summit renovation initially replaced our roof due to hail damage and did a great job. Sadly, six months later we had a tree fall on to our house and they came back and repaired the roof again.

We have used Summit for a roof replacement, a roof for an addition and roof repair following tree damage. On each occasion, Patrick, Lynn and the rest of the folks provided great service, quality work and a fair price. We highly recommend Summit!

I had storm and wind damage done to my roof and summit renovations did a whole new roof and they did a wonderful job they were courteous and everyone was very respectful.The cleanup was the best you never knew they did all that work when they left they arrived on time and put the whole new roof on in one day I would recommend to anyone.

I don't usually write reviews but felt compelled to do this one. Alex was driving in the neighborhood and saw the roof damage from a recent storm. We had a roofer but they could not show up in time before an impending storm. He worked with us to get a tarp on our high/difficult roof minutes before another major rain which would have devastated our interior as the last storm blew off the shingles to the bare wood. In addition to those heroics, he came by to assist an appraiser who had recently had surgery. His expert help and service allowed the appraiser to get the difficult job done. Alex's expertise also assisted us as we started the claims process...definitely a servant leader in the roofing business.

I can't believe how easy the process of replacing my roof was. It was something I always dreaded until Alex Wilson showed up at my door. He walked me through the entire process and made me feel confident and assured of the work that would be done. After months of trying to find a company to replace my leaking roof, I was happy to finally find a great company to do the work, Summit Renovation! Alex Wilson and Cody Spray responded quickly to my request for a quote for repair and replacement and they are extremely professional. Once I signed the contract, Cody set a date and time for replacement of my roof and the job was completed in 1 day to avoid bad weather. The crew working on my house arrived on time and completed the roof installation seamlessly. My beautiful new roof makes my 20 year old house look brand new. All the debris was cleaned up as if nothing had been there and Alex followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was completed correctly. I’m very pleased with our experience with Summit. I called about a minor roof leak around our chimney and a crew came out the next day to repair it. Communication was excellent, they were very professional and attentive to the issue.

Patrick’s crew at Summit did a terrific job replacing shingles on a roof long overdue for repairs. We could not have been more pleased with the results and there was nothing left behind to cleanup.

I just had my roof replaced with Summit Renovations and I am a very happy customer. Daniel was wonderful with walking me through the process of submitting my claim to insurance and even was there the day the adjuster arrived to be sure everything was included. I think this extra attention helped with getting the most out of my claim. He even helped find a gutter replacement vendor when I mentioned some water pooling issues. The process was painless, the install was smooth and professional, and Daniel has been fantastic to work with.

After my roof was completed, I even received a phone call from the owner, Patrick Dennis, to make sure everything was completed in accordance with my insurance claim and checked to see if there was anything else he could do.
