Dan Jeffreys (Summit Construction, Inc.) is fantastic if you need a contractor for your home with any projects or renovations! We were referred to Dan by our realtor since we recently bought a house and wanted to renovate/remodel the master/primary bathroom.

Once we hired him and chose all our designs and materials, Dan did the initial work of placing all the orders for the materials with the suppliers (our cabinets, the tub, toilet, tile, etc). That saved us a lot of work.

During the renovation, he was involved in every step of the process and was extremely communicative. There was a period where I was out of town and he was coming to our house on his own and he sent ton of pictures and updates. He also did a lot of hands-on work himself. For example, he did the demolition himself as well as the finishes (putting up the new towel bars, vanity cabinet handles, etc.)
Additionally, he was super helpful and patient with all our questions, since this was our first major renovation project.

He also did a great job managing the subcontractors (electricians, plumbers, etc.). We would not have been able to do all that without him.

The end result, our new bathroom, looks incredible! Overall, we’re super happy with Dan and will 100% ask for his help in the future with any other projects for our home!

Summit Construction was hired to do a complete roof job on our house and pole barn. The crew had the job done in less than a day. The crew worked like a well organized team that had done jobs together hundreds of times before. We were very impressed with the entire experience feeling Dan gave us a fair price and and quality materials. Everything was cleaned up at the end of the job and Dan has double checked with us to make sure we were satisfied with completely, which we are. I would highly recommend this company for roofing and building needs.
