a guy named allen came and did are roof couldn't ask for a better tech he was really polite and did a great job.

They were great. A tree fell on our garage and repairs were completed in less than three hours. Workers worked in the rain without complaint. Nate S. stayed in contact with us the entire time from coming out to take pictures, to the finished product. I would recommend this company to everyone. If we ever need this type of work again they are at the top of our list.

I worked with Tony Pichardo and cannot say enough great things. Throughout the whole process of choosing my roofing material (I ultimately chose metal) and various other considerations, Tony was patient with all of my many questions, informative, helpful, responsive, and showed great consideration for good design/aesthetics. He and his team clearly care about doing a great job, and they did. The new roof and skylights look fantastic, and my neighbors are positive about the results, too.
Getting a blue metal roof on an older home was a bit of a departure from the norm where we are, and I was so grateful to work with Tony and his company, who made the process of choosing something different a bit less daunting.

After being stalled by another company on a roof repair, Nate came to the house within 24 hours for an estimate and the repair was completed the next day. A little pricey, but the customer service made up for it.

I had these guys out to my house to give me a quote on a bathroom exhaust vent. They gave me a decent price, but they also knew I was short on money. They were honest enough to let me know that there was a cheaper way to do the work myself. I'll definitely be going to these guys for any work I need in the future because I know I can trust them to be fair!

Working with Summit Building to renovate the outside of our home has been a real pleasure. I cannot say enough about Jason and Josh's professionalism. I was really impressed by Project Manager Ryan's communication. He was extremely professional and helped me come to a great solution for my home. I would contact Summit and specifically Ryan for my next project without any hesitation.

I had some small siding and roofwork which was very high up, that 3 other roofing contractors simply declined to make an estimate for because they didn't feel it was worth their time. Summit gave a reasonable estimate right away, and sent someone out to finish the work quickly after. Would definitely use them again for future roofing needs.

From the outset of considering Summit Building and Roofing as my ‘Vendor of Choice’, for a new roof, and aluminum-wrapped facia, I needed an assurance and commitment to high quality standards. When i asked Ryan, Summit’s sales-rep, and the over-seer of the completed work, start to finish, would he be putting his best crew on my roof, he assured me that they only have one roofing crew, and that they have been working together for 14 years; that brought a needed sigh of relief!
I appreciated Ryan, and his crew’s careful attention to detail, both in what i was asking for, and in what they ultimately delivered. Ryan was careful to point out areas that needed additional attention, and why, and how they would address it. He kept me in the loop, making recommendations when needed, from start to finish.
Incidentally… as could be imagined, reroofing is a DIRTY job. The Summit crew was careful to cover bushes, deck, garden, yard ornaments to insure no damage. And, their ‘clean-up’, after the completed job, was exceptional.
A final note: Summit was the highest of three bids. But, as they say… ‘You get what you pay for!’ I do not regret paying more for a job well done, that I can be proud of and brag on.
I am exceptionally satisfied with my whole experience with Summit, Ryan and crew, start to finish.

We thought Tony was absolutely amazing. 3 words I would describe him with is professional, communicative and caring. What is amazing about Tony is he truly cares about the job getting done right. You don’t find that nowadays. But he cared about every little details getting done right. I love the way he communicated through the whole process. We would recommend them to anyone and will absolutely use them again. But we absolutely recommend that you ask for Tony because he goes above and beyond! More than we could have asked for.

Jason came out to take a look at our roof where we had a small leak after some wind storms. He gave us great advice on what we needed to focus on going forward with the repairs we needed and actually ended up applying a small patch to stop any immediate damage going forward till we can get the bigger problems taken care of. Great manner and easy to work with!

Summit Building & Roofing Installed our roof in 2019. They put our roof into code and left us feeling very good about how they operated. I am a verified Homeowner in Pataskala, Ohio. We recently went through a F2 Tornado in Feb. 2024. Our roof held up strong and we had no issues. I will continue to brag on Summit Building & Roofing because they are a solid company, and they know how to do things correctly. Summit Building & Roofing put me first in their schedule that week in 2019 to get our roofing needs taken care of.

My insurance company shared Summit as a referral. My siding was destroyed due the November windstorm. From the first initial contact I have been pleased. Not only did the representative (which I later learned that he was the OWNER of this company) address what I contacted them for but he did a roofing inspection and was able to include a full replacement under the claim. We used summit roofing at my work in 2021. Prompt answers and quote, work scheduled and done timely.
In 2023 I found clogged gutters from missing gutter guards that were forgotten to be installed. I emailed, prompt answer from Jason and the crew was there 1 week later to clean the gutter and install the missing guards. Very happy with all my interactions with Jason, and the way Summit stands behind their work.

These guys do great work at a fair price. Professional, reliable, prompt, and responsive. Summit worked with us to restore our American four-square home from hail damage. We had been impressed with work they had done on a neighbor’s house. Jason came and explained the process. He even worked with our adjuster to get more damage covered. As each crew came in, they were efficient and courteous. Our new metal roof is beautiful. The siding and windows look great. We also had them prep and paint the trim. Another great job! Josh kept us up to date as the work progressed and made sure we were comfortable with the process.

Summit Roofing impressed us from the very start. Scott Richards in his sales presentation emphasized service and proper roof ventilation (overlooked by other roofers). Scott was prompt in returning all our calls and everything he promised including a visit by the owner, came to be.

When the crew came out at the break of dawn, their highly organized process along with speed in the installation was amazing to watch. Scott took photos of each step of the process since we couldn’t stay for the entire installation which was greatly appreciated.

At the end of the installation including a magnetic sweep of the driveway including the neighbor’s driveway, the crew reported using less OSB boards than what was estimated and passed the savings to us. We were reminded of past customers we called for a reference using terms of “honesty” and “integrity” in describing Summit Roofing.

Summit building & roofing Co.—started work on our house from 9/5/23, yes it is you, not other company,. Service requested by home owner- Owen Day, I’m his wife and have been watching & got frustrated by Summit Co.——Delays, poor work quality, unprofessional, not cleaning the mess at the end, contacted the supervisor, Nathaniel about not cleaning & smidges stain on driveway, told us will come, but after few excusing, never shows- workers came out to clean , but it looks worse than before- very unhappy with this Summit, very lousy, poor work ethic, unprofessional , we are NOT happy, will never hire them!
This is an update - yesterday, 10/9/23, Nathaniel came out, did some cleaning ( paint chips on the ground around house), I added 1 more star for that, but still am not happy that workers left those paint drops, smidges that does not come off on driveway.

Thank you to Jason and his team for working with me and my insurance company. His workers were professional and worked and had both parts of the job completed in s timely manner. I love the color of my new roof and siding!

This was our first experience with the company, and they were recommended by neighbors that had worked with them previously. Nathaniel and Jamie were extremely informative and helpful, as well as professional in their approach to replacing our roof and siding after a wild weather occurrence. They thoroughly explained the process and answered all questions we had promptly. In addition, we heard that several other roofers in the area refused to give up front quotes until they knew how much the insurance was paying, which was super shady. Summit did not do this. They provided us with a detailed, upfront cost estimate and pricing and were always straightforward about costs and how the work would be completed. The workers were friendly and pleasant and I very much appreciated the fact that Nathaniel came out after all the work was complete to confirm that the surrounding area had been tidied up and was to our liking. I would absolutely recommend this company to those wanting a quality and cost-effective roof that will hold up over the years. I will certainly be reaching out to them in years to come when necessary.

But on further inspection from Summit Building and Roofing, extensive storm damage was suspected and confirmed by the insurance company. Summit championed the cause to replace our roof, soffit and splash guards. Their team did an excellent job. They did what they said they’d do, when they said they’d do it.
