Many reviews commend the company's efficient communication during the project, with customers appreciating timely updates and clear information about the status of repairs. Delivery of services is praised as prompt, often accommodating urgent requests, which has left customers feeling well taken care of. However, there are a few mentions of communication lapses, particularly concerning scheduling updates, which suggest that while the overall experience is satisfactory, there is room for improvement in this area.
- They were super responsive and on time, and the repair was done with high quality.
- From day one Gabriella kept us informed every step of the way.
- Their quote had a reasonable price.
- I was pleased and impressed with their professionalism.
- They did perfect jobs on repairing shingle tiles and gable, cleaning roof and gutters.
- I wish their communication was clearer.
- When we asked they told us they would get back to us and didn’t.

Very strange experience with this company to say the least. Everything was fine until after their estimator came and promised to promptly submit their estimate to us. After not receiving the estimate, we contacted the company and it went downhill from there. At first the estimate was still promised to be upcoming, but then we received a very strange email, in which the company sidelined us, stating that the reason is somehow connected to the unrest in our country. When we questioned that logic, they came up with a different excuse, justifying their decision with the need to prioritize their projects. That begs the questiom: why their estimator never mentioned any of it and had no problem putting us on the schedule upon our consent to the estimate, which was never issued. This is a shoddy way to do business.

So I have been loyal to another roofing company for years, until recently when they told me to simply caulk an interior window for a leaking issue I was having in my kitchen. This felt super wrong, so I called Summerflex and they came out within just a few days to check things out. Within about 10 minutes, their site manager found several problems that no doubt saved my roof and possibly the rest of my home from further damage.
They came out just a week or so after that, dodging rain, storms, and such, but working tirelessly to discard rotted materials and replace things in a way that blended seamlessly. They even redid all of the flashing on my house, not just the part that had been done poorly by another company leading to the damage.
They also texted along the way, anytime they were running late or headed my direction. I was never in the dark about what was going on.
In the future if I ever have another issue, they are on my speed dial - every good review you have seen regarding them is 100%!

During the bomb storm last month, a big branch penetrated my first floor's gable. I have contacted multiple companies for the repair. Although they all performed free onsite estimate, only Geovana's team offered detailed inspection including roof top while the others only took a lookaround on the ground floor. Without Geovana's team, I would not notice the multiple cracks on the roof. Their quote had a reasonable price. They did perfect jobs on repairing shingle tiles and gable, cleaning roof and gutters, and removing all the debris from my yard. I would highly recommend this company for roofing jobs.

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.
The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.
Flat roof repair cost for commercial properties usually ranges from $500 to $3,000, depending on the roofing material (TPO, EPDM, PVC), the extent of the damage, and roof accessibility.
Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
