work was coming work was coming and i got tired of waiting so i would reach out, and again and again, until he blocked me. oh and i didn’t find out he closed up shop from him, i found out from his son! i could care less if he sees this review to all you had to do was be a man and tell me instead of leaving me hanging, just like he left all of you with bad reviews hanging. sorry you had to find out the hard way..
RUN, just RUN…They took my money and never finished the work, they destroyed my basement and left the mess everywhere and then jimmy franchetti stopped taking my calls and answering my emails. This is a horrible company, I wish I could give 0 star. DO NOT do business with this company.
RUN!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Do your own due diligence and find all the most awful reviews online! I made the mistake of not looking deeper and boy am I sorry! They now have $48,000 of my money and left me with a completely uninhabitable condo! Seems this is what they do .... rob Peter pay Paul and keep moving on to the next victim! AND....they have complaints against them with the Home Improvement Commission. Today I discovered that the owner - Jimmy Franchetti - 'voluntarily terminated' is Contractors License! No doubt because people are coming after him! NIghtmare!
