I contacted Gerson for a renovation estimate of a house we planned to rent out based on all the great reviews of L&G. Gerson was very professional and responsive. He met us at a convenient time to review the property and our wish list of what to fix and update. He gave us an estimate based on his experience which seemed reasonable and provided us the details a few days later. We had a good experience with our bathroom renovation. Gerson and his crews worked diligently to finish the project. His crews were also very helpful in keeping the area not too dusty. Happy to recommend and with the work done.

Recently, I needed to do a remodel to join two bedrooms to make a primary bedroom suite. This job came with immediate difficulties in that I needed it to start immediately, be done quickly, and be budget friendly. Making matters even worse, I came into this project with a sense of dread because I had heard way too many nightmare stories about working with contractors, so my attitude was not great.

I must have talked to a dozen contractors on the phone. 11 of them asked me to text pictures of the project to which they then texted me back a price quote without asking me any questions or coming to look at the job in person. Then I called L&G Contractors and spoke with Gerson. He didn’t ask for any pictures, instead he asked when he could come by to look at the rooms. He came by the next morning. He looked around, asked questions, discussed my wishes and expectations, gave his opinion and some suggestions, and then quoted me a reasonable price right there on the spot. It was perfect, and I felt comfortable to proceed.

I needed an immediate start, which didn’t initially fit Gerson’s schedule, but understanding the circumstances I was in, he made some adjustments and was able to fit me in. He kept to his word, showed up to start as promised, finished before the specified time frame and most importantly, the work was fantastic. The room looks like it was originally built as a suite. He made it fit the look of the house. I couldn’t be any happier with the results. It surpassed my expectations.

You don’t have to look hard to find service professionals who just get it wrong. Gerson gets it right. He sets the standard. His first impression was great, and he maintained that through-out the entire project. He instills a sense of confidence that resonated with me. He was honest, timely, and respectful of my home. He kept the neatest work area I have ever seen. At the end of the workday, other than the giant hole in the wall, you would have never known any work was being done, because there was no trash, no tools, it was all cleaned up. At the projects end, I thought I might have to hire some cleaners or painters, but Gerson had cleaned, vacuumed, and left the house has he initially found it. All wonderful things, but of course the best was just the quality of work. I will not hesitate to call Gerson again. I will not hesitate to recommend him to others. I am limited to 5 stars here, but honestly, he is a 10. Thank you Gerson! Thank you so very very much! You do restore faith!

Kitchen Transformation

For anyone looking for a transformation to their home L&G Contractor LLC is one to make that transformation happen for you. First, I will mention a few reasons why I rated L&G Contractor LLC 5 stars, and then I will let the pictures speak for themself.

Customer Service: Gerson was fantastic to work with; I was concerned about doing a big project and trusting someone to be a person of their word. However, Gerson has renewed my faith. I was thoroughly pleased with his responsiveness to my concerns and reassurance during the project.

Timeliness: It was important that there were no gaps in working days until the project was completed when the project started. L&G Contractor LLC delivered. The staff was on time and worked diligently from day one, Monday through Friday, until the project was complete. The crew started on April 11th, and I had a transformed Kitchen in time for Mother’s Day.

Cost: I was most concerned with cost and how I would get the results I was looking for on the budget I had set. Gerson was great with that as well, we discussed what could be done with the amount I had, and the project did not run over a penny. There were no surprise costs or extra fees.

Quality: Cost did not cost me quality as you will see in the pictures.

All and all, I will let the pictures speak for themselves.

Gerson did fabulous work for us on a water damaged bathroom. We had a water leak which left us with moldy walls and flooring. He removed and replaced all the mold damaged drywall and baseboards and flooring. He responded to our email immediately and was always on time. We highly recommend him and his crew.

L and G did a super job on my house. Painting job was very neat and very fast. Drywall also looks great, everything was done quickly and well. Also a good value. Highly recommend.

We had L & G Contractor to make a 65 ft side fence between our property and our neighbors. One guy came out to begin the work and I admit I was expecting more than one guy. In this case you only needed the one guy as long as it was this guy! Gerson worked solidly for two days. Sun shone, he worked, it rained hard, he worked harder. The fence was beautiful and he had even cleared some gigantic weed-trees out of his path so the fence could take their place! Gerson is amazing. Awesome working with L & G Contractor.
