Sullivan Roofing replaced our roof this year. They did an excellent job. David Sullivan supervised the work. They completed the job in one day. They cleaned everything up at the end. We could not have hoped for a better experience. Recently we had another contractor doing a separate project for us and he commented " whoever did your roof did a really good job".
This guy is unresponsive. He came out to look at a roof repair job for me and said he would complete it the next day. Fast forward a week later, now I cannot get a hold of him. He has not returned to do the job. He will not respond to texts and hangs up on me when I call. I was depending on him according to his word. He left me hanging with a leaky roof, screwing up my schedule. How hard is it to answer a phone and say you don't want the job instead of leaving a customer hanging? I am not impressed by this lack of professionalism.
Mr. Sullivan has put a roof on two of my houses. He did an excellent job, both times! The jobs were done on schedule and for the agreed price (no hidden cost). I would definitely hire him again.
