This company with Gary’s direction to detail did a great job! Very professional and good at what they do. We highly recommend Stucco Now and will be a repeat customer in the future.

Stucco Now was recommended by our roofers (A Plus Sustainable roofing coatings, who we’d also recommend) to do some stucco repair in preparation for a new roof. Gary Hernandez from Stucco Now came out promptly to assess the whole house, and expertly determined which issues needed to be dealt with right away and which could wait for a while longer. In addition to the main cracks, the workers fixed a couple of cosmetic cracks as well. One more substantial thing didn’t get done (for good reasons, based on the judgement call of the very experienced crew foreman) and the job didn’t take as long as had been estimated. We asked for the invoiced cost to be reduced to adjust for the difference between the work as originally bid and what actually happened. Gary listened to our feedback and perspective, sent a worker to address a repair that didn’t meet his quality standard, and he reduced our invoice. Gary was competent and professional throughout (and so were the workers who came). This is a young company (they are licensed, bonded and BBB accredited) and through our discussions with Gary, we know that they want Stucco Now to be the best stucco company out there. So, our experience with Stucco now is that they’re prompt, responsive and quality oriented, and they will work with customers to make it right if something doesn't go as planned.

We just completed a stucco repair and exterior paint job by Stucco Now. We couldn't be happier. We scheduled an appointment to get a bid. The bid was thorough and explained the exact scope of work. We agreed on a start date and Gary was there every day to make sure we were happy and the crew had everything they needed. They showed up on time and completed all work in a professional manner. All the crew were pleasant, friendly, very neat and great representatives for the company. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for your project. A sister company did some roof repairs and replaced all 5 skylights. Again they met all our expectations and we are very pleased.

I'll be honest in that Stucco is BIG, MESSY job. They did an excellent clean up after finishing the work. Additionally, they had lots of rain to work around on several days. Patience is a huge factor for the customer to have while going through this process. Don't get discouraged!

Gary did a final walk through and made sure anything that was not up to par on his end or ours was completed with our satisfaction.

Stucco now was willing to do a small stucco patch job for us when two other contractors were not willing to deal with a small job. They did a great job! We then hired them for a bigger job to paint our garage and trim and to build a new fence. They did a great job! The painters and carpenters are very nice and respectful . Gary, the contractor is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I will hire them again!

I asked Gary from Stucco Now to give me a quote for stucco on my home and detached garage. Gary told me story after story about how Stucco Now stages homes for resale and how Stucco Now paints homes for resale. Gary also started telling me how much my home was worth. I'm not selling my home. I called Stucco Now for a quote on stucco. The internet and the bussiness card plainly says Stuccu Now. Stucco Now wasted my time. Stucco Now never measured my home for stucco. Stucco Now never gave me a quote for stucco. What Stucco Now does do is tell stories and waste people time.

We bought a house that had been rented out for a long time and had a lot of wear and tear. Walls were cracked, stucco was damaged by vines that had been growing across the front of the house. The upstairs balcony railing stucco was damaged by water and cracked pretty bad. We interviewed several stucco repair companies, and were not impressed with their professionalism. Some quoted us ridiculous prices and others refused to just repair our house. They wanted to charge over 45 grand and said we needed to redo the whole thing. Wut????
Gary Hernandez met us and began to answer every single question with professionalism and honesty. We couldn't even think of another question to ask by the time he was finished speaking to us. He didn't stand around and make small talk, and he was exactly who we were looking for. We wanted someone who would get to the point, give us straight answers, and tell us exactly what was going to save our house from further damage. He gave us a professional document (which we really didn't get from the other companies), had us sign a contract, and he told us on that document his licensing and insurance information. Refreshing! He also told us in detail what kind of warranty we were going to get and for how long.
We asked for two projects: One right now to repair damage we felt like was the most serious.
A second project: To finish up minor repairs to the back and sides of the house and repaint the whole house, including the wood. (parapets and other trim)
We had his crew come out and complete the first project about a week later, and we could not be happier.
His crew boss, Nacho was soft-spoken and respectful and worked tirelessly all day in some really tough heat. His crew members were Poncho (skilled craftsman), Angel, and Jonathan. (apprentices).
We kept asking them if we could give them drinks or food or anything, but they said they had everything and worked all day until late in the afternoon. The work you see here in the photos was completed in one day. We couldn't believe it!
At one point, around lunch time I looked outside and saw them taking a break to eat lunch and talking quietly amongst themselves. I was so impressed with the way Nacho treated his men, allowing them to get out of the sun and take a break.
I cannot thank you enough, Gary, for the way your men worked so hard and the way you treated us with respect and honesty. Your followup and your business professionalism were both top-notch. We cannot wait to do the second part of this job to see just how much more beautiful our house will look when finished.
