This company was outstanding! Our neighborhood had a hail storm and we went with S3R. My neighbor went with a different company, and boy did we have different experiences. Matt came out and did a very professional inspection of our roof and then met with our adjuster when he came out to write his estimate. We were presented with the choice of top quality materials and color options. Matt made sure we were prepared for how it would all happen, and when the day came to replace our roof, they began early and worked briskly all day until it was done. Our house was completed in one day, and work was perfect!. There were no nails or debris in the yard and the dumpster was hauled off the next day. My neighbors took two days, their crews seemed to take their sweet time, there was a bunch of junk in their yard the day after and the shingles that were delivered were not what they ordered. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but these guys did such a good job for us, I’m very happy to recommend them.

I recently used SRRRG for water damage repairs for my father’s house, and he and I couldn’t be more satisfied with Matt and his team’s service. My dad’s house suffered some water damage after a freeze. He attempted to contact a couple of companies, however due to his history of being somewhat ornery, difficult to please and not in the greatest of health, I offered to help in his search.
From the moment I contacted Matt, he was professional, responsive, and genuinely empathetic to my situation.
He quickly assessed the damage, explained the repair process in detail, and provided a clear estimate that met the budget provided by the insurance company. The crew arrived on time each day, worked efficiently, and took great care to protect the rest of my father’s home while completing the repairs.
What stood out the most was their attention to detail — not only did they address the visible damage, but they also made sure there were no lingering moisture issues that could lead to mold. Once the repairs were done, his home looked as good as new. He was able to work with the insurance company and went over and beyond what was expected. The floors are outstanding and blended seamlessly with the existing flooring. And you would never know the ceiling had a hole that 2 large men could fit through.

Even my dad was super happy with the work that was done, which is saying a lot! (Did I mention he’s hard to please?)
