We had a great experience with Strohmaier. The quality of their work is impeccable. We get so many compliments on our floors and the custom builds that they completed(window bench with storage, dry bar and a fireplace area). They were so kind to work with and gave such great insight and ideas. We were out of town while they were working on the bulk of our remodel, and it gave us so much peace knowing that we trusted them with our home. We had Strohmaier remodel an unfinished laundry room in our basement into a kitchenette/laundry room. We were very impressed with the quality of the work and are having them remodel our main kitchen. During our project, one of the subcontractors told us that he likes working with Strohmaier because Strohmaier cares about doing the job right, not about doing it as quickly as possible.

This is our fourth major remodel project with Strohmaier and it gets better every time! This project was a bedroom remodel, roof replacement, and exterior siding repair and paint. Thanks to their high attention to detail our 40 year old house looks like it was just built! Not only does Strohmaier have a great team, but they work with great subcontractors like Old School Painting. Highly recommend for your next project!

We just finished an extensive remodel of our 50 year old rancher. We combined an exsisiting hall bath with the master bath to make a large hall bath/laundry combo; we moved plumbing and completely gutted basement bathroom to the studs nnand consolidated 2 bedrooms into a new master en-suite. This was no small do-it-yourselfer job and I wanted only the best! This is my forever home and I wanted it done right! Strohmaeir exceeded my expectations! Any concerns, remodel stresses were handled immediately by a great team of people who truly care about delivering a quality end result and helping you maintain your sanity during a very stressful time. I can’t say enough about the entire team! I wouldn’t hesitate about hiring them again and plan to do so for my phase 2. We love the end result! Couldn’t be happier! Our master bath remodel was handled in the most professional way possible. Clear and precise communication whether by email, phone, txt or the online project management tool was fabulous. Expectations were clearly set or re-defined in a timely manner. The way the budgeting was handled was also exceptional - no surprises with change orders or requests for different materials or products to be used. Very professional and detailed approach to our major remodel project. We remodeled (gutted) our entire Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room and Bathroom, and added a Powder Room and Deck. They took our concept, suggested a few improvements and ideas of their own, and created a beautiful renovation that surpassed our expectations. A couple of unforeseen conditions arose, as is always possible in a renovation project, but they were dealt with in a sensitive and timely manner with costs that maintained our budget. We're very happy with the result and recommend Strohmaier Construction for any project.
