Made my experience smooth and trouble free. Stayed in the know on arrival times and delays. They came in, started, and got my roof installed in two days. Would highly recommend.

Their installer came out quickly once my appointment was set up! He was very professional and quickly began working on the gutter removal on a section of my home. He removed and replaced the facial boarding in the section where he had removed the gutters. He also repaired some issues i was having with my vinyl siding. Once he completed the project it was perfect! He cleaned up behind himself and and made sure that i was satisfied before he left. I would recommend Strength Roofing to take care of any roofing or siding issues

Very patient, answered every single question (I have a lot lmao) and worked much faster then I expected. Can't stop smiling everytime I see my new metal roof and am planning on working with them again in the near future to get some lovely siding to match with my new roof. Brandon was very helpful in the entire process of getting my roof and gutters replaced. He started with an estimate. Then, he stayed involved throughout the insurance claim process with my insurance company and their inspector. He also communicated with me during the job and after to make sure I was happy with everything.

The roofing and gutter crews did a great job on all the work. They were also very efficient and did a great job cleaning up the mess that comes with roofing work.

Their entire team... sales rep (Brandon), project manager (Cliff), and the workers were all very easy to work with and they made the entire process a lot easier than I thought it would be.

Professional and knowledgeable inspection. Good presentation of damage and what was needed to fix my roof. The employees who replaced my roof worked very hard and cleaned up when they were finished. I am very pleased with my new roof.

They came to my house to investigate a roof leak and did a good job of investigating and communicating the issue. Very professional BUT the guy was clearly a salesman and not there to offer me an affordable solution. He even asked me at one point what I looked for in a contractor and what it takes to earn my business. Well that should go without saying but again this was sales talk. He then told me all about the history of his company and how their structured Personnel Etc.
Here's where the problem comes in..... He told me that the shingles on my roof (only 7years old) were no longer made (this was a lie). He worked up a quote to patch and repair my roof for about $4500. He then left.

I contacted another roofer for a quote and found out that my shingles are still made. He provided me a quote and repaired my roof (replacing with same shingles) for $1150. Out of curiosity I asked why the first guy said my shingles weren't available and he said they were trying to get me to do a full replacement via insurance. Would have cost around 20k.

They train their people quite well but for their benefit not the customer's (in my opinion).

Bradley Parker with Strength Roofing went above and beyond by coming out on short notice to check out damage to our new roof caused by an uninsured tree guy. He didn't try to sell us on costly repairs and instead recommended that we contact the company that replaced the roof to see if they had a labor warranty that would cover the work, and if not, that he would take care of it. Thanks Bradley!

This company did an excellent job from start to finish. During the initial sales meeting, Allen took note of every concern I voiced and ensured those concerns were eliminated. Let me just say—Strength Roofing? More like Strong Roofing, if you catch my drift. Five stars for professionalism, promptness, and the added bonus of Brandon Mabry, who is, frankly, a delight to watch climb a ladder. It was like watching a firefighter calendar come to life, but with shingles and clipboards instead of hoses.

The whole process was so easy, I barely had time to make popcorn before everything was done. Brandon showed up, assessed the situation like a roofing wizard, explained everything in a way even I could understand (and I still don’t know where my attic is), and got the job rolling without any stress.

They were fast and had great communication. They kept me updated on everything and had the whole job done within just a few weeks. Their customer service is top notch as well. I’m very impressed with them and definitely recommend them!

What a great experience with a not so good situation. I called a few roofing companies and had varying responses. Then I called Strength roofing. They jumped into action, right after this branch fell and punctured my roof. A storm was coming and they sent a guy out to tarp the roof before the rain started.. Very fast and super easy. The called the next day to start a quote and it was fixed within a week or so. Great job and super fast response.. hopefully it won't happen gain, but if it does Strength is where I'll go.

Cody came out and did an inspection on our roof and I have NEVER been so blown away with the professionalism and transparency of a company. My husband is at work several states away and we FaceTimed him and Cody showed him a video of him going up on our roof so that we could actually see what he saw!
That was so helpful and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience than that. Luckily, We still have a little while before we need to put a new roof on, but you better believe when we do need one we will absolutely be going with Strength Roofing to do it. Great job!!!! A+++

I had a significant amount of damage on my house due to a tornado. I chose strength because it was a one stop shop, they did roofing and vinyl work. I’m very glad I did. The salesman Cody Harrigill came to my house and took a video damage assessment of the roof and vinyl damage and sat down with my wife and I and went through it all. Strength has a guy that works for them who was an insurance adjuster named Parker Fowler, and Parker went to work for me! I felt like I had a team of very talented guys in my corner when it came to dealing with insurance! Parker broke things down for me in terms I could grasp and told me what to expect and the next step all the way to the finish line! He even explained a couple of things about other parts of my claim such as tree damage (things that were outside of his job). I will say the only hiccup was one of the subcontractors that were used did less than perfect work on my Metal facia. I called Cody and inquired about it and he completely got it handled! They have a really great guy that works for them also named Mario and he is very good and I really appreciate all of his work on my place as well! This was a really big job to me in total it was a 50-60k claim, and I honestly didn’t have to worry about it at all! Thank you guys very much! If it happened again today I would definitely call you back, and would recommend any of my friends and family to you as well!

Strength Roofing & Siding did an excellent job removing the existing warped wood panels and replacing the vinyl on our carport ceiling. Looks fantastic and Sara Graves was very personable and professional providing the estimate for the job.

We have a hunting camp out in the middle of nowhere. Strength was an hour or more away from the job site, but still made it out and did a great job.
They were professional and did a good job on our metal roof. We will use again if needed.

The workers worked diligently, efficiently, thoroughly, and quickly to repair my roof. The section repaired appears to match perfectly with the rest of the roof. Before leaving, they made sure to clean the yard, driveway, etc. I’m very pleased with the service provided and strongly recommend Strength Roofing for either repairs or total new roofing.

The roofers were professional and did an excellent job. They keep the work areas clean and when they left, I could not tell they were here except for the beautiful roof.

From start to finish the staff were professional, knowledgeable, with great communication. Their rep brought samples of an entire range of materials, and we were able to customize according to our needs and budget. Plus we felt like we were provided a homeowners education! We had 3 phases of carport roof, house roof, and new gutters, and they got the job done in under 5 days in the same week, and came in on budget--no big "extra materials" surprises, and clean up was perfect. Our only inconvenience was having to move our cars! Would highly recommend!

We were very pleased from the beginning with Jay coming out to do the estimate, show us different options that were available and explaining and showing us a video of the history of the company and staff.

Jay Hales came out to give me an estimate. He presented a video to me with all of his findings, which was impressive to see. He was very polite and professional, answered all my questions and explained a lot of things to me about insurance that the previous company did not do. Strength came out with a team of worker bees who put on my roof and all trash was removed before I got home from work. My roof looks GREAT!!

STRENGTH ROOFING & SIDING is a FIVE STAR COMPANY, in my opinion, according to my varied experiences using both teams of Siding & Roofing over the last almost 20 years servicing my home. They are timely, professional & deliver quality service. I've used them to side my sunroom, patch minor holes in roof from time to time, as branches fall occasionally during storms, to mitigating major damage to my roof including busted beams. I had recently bought a home in Meridian, MS and the existing gutters were pulling away/ deteriorating. I looked online and had knowledge of other gutter companies in the area but based strictly off the reviews online I went with Strength Roofing. I’m really glad I did, they sent out Stephen who did a complete and thorough walk around the outside of the home. I let him know my concerns and he was very friendly/ knowledgeable. The following week the installers came out on time and finished the old gutter removal and new gutter install in a few hours. We have cameras on the property and my wife had noted that the installers had parked on our lawn instead of the giant concrete parking area. We both took note of this and unfortunately when leaving the property, my wife had observed them drive their trailer off the driveway through the yard. When I got off work a few hours after they had left, I did a walk around and had noticed the driveway lights had been ran over/crushed which were located in the grass. Upon further examination, I noticed water bubbling out of the grass where the sewage line clean out was located. There was a clear tire mark leading up to where the clean out cap no longer was. I immediately notified Stephen and provided him with pictures. He was apologetic and I told him I was calling out plumbers to assess the damage. Over the next few days the plumbers had worked through a rainstorm(which the new gutters held up great for) and had fixed everything with the sewage line. The bill was substantial but Stephen told me the company would cover it but also because of the cost, needed to come out and visually account for what had been done. Stephen’s manager Matt had accompanied him(he was also friendly and very polite). They asked if we had any saved video from the cameras but unfortunately we only had stills that I had screenshotted. This left me in a predicament, when it came to proving what had happened. Stephen and Matt luckily brought all this to their company meeting the next day and fought for us. It was a huge relief to get the phone call from Matt saying the company agreed to cover the full amount of the repair which took a huge financial burden off our plate. Accidents happen and I hold no resentment toward their technicians and I would highly recommend this company for whatever it is you are looking to have done, wether it be a roof or gutters or any of the many service Strength offers. They actually do put YOU the customer, first! Thank you so much Matt and Stephen!

Strength Roofing put a metal roof on my hunting camp about 8yrs ago and then after I put a new addition on they came back and tied into the original metal roof. Over 4 yrs later I called them to pay them to do a minor repair because I had a small leak mainly caused by limbs and debris and and after their inspection by Kaitlyn they called me back and said it would be covered under warranty. Totally above and beyond after so many years and it really being a maintenance issue. Great company for sure and Kaitlyn was incredible! Kept me informed every step of the way and still calls back periodically to check on things!

I saw Strength Roofing repairing my neighbor's roof and when I came back home from work, I had a bag at my front door with a coffee mug and some other goodies and a note that stated they were sorry for the mess and any inconvenience to me, which were none. Wow! Superior performance from Strength Roofing, The Master of MS Roofing! This entire process was smooth and super seamless. Stephen Pardue was our sales professional and he is absolutely, hands down, the Best! He took us on a video tour of our old roof and not only told us, but showed us, in real time, the condition and state of the roof. He was not a pushy nor judgmental. He was professional in every aspect. The installation team was top notch as well, clean, courteous and very meticulous. This is a great company. They did a great job from first contact. The installers did a great job very professional. The new roof looks great. A great job on installation. Every thing was cleaned up and hauled away. Would never know they were here except for the great new roof. The office staff was very friendly and helpful when we went in to take care of payment. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone with out a doubt. Had roof done in 2023. Came back in 2025 for vinyl siding. They didd a great job and will use them in the future for additional upgrades.

Strength Roofing and Siding just finished replacing the 35 year old cypress tongue and groove exterior of our 3,500 sq ft home with Painted Hardie Plank Siding. Start-up was timely, with Adam Strength showing up at the beginning of de-construction (exterior removal) and the beginning of the installation (Hardie Plank) process. The crew working on our home were always respectful, proficient and hardworking. They showed up on time and always advised when they would be working elsewhere (which was not often). I spoke with Adam several times during the installation process and we were always on the same page as to the limited change-order details that popped up during construction. Final costs of siding replacement were in perfect alignment with the original estimate. Adam Strength and Strength Roofing and Siding were highly recommended to us prior to our commitment to move forward with siding replacement. We were not disappointed and would recommend Strength to anyone faced with the same challenges as we were with an aging, deteriorating and dated wood exterior. Perhaps the most favorable comments have come from our neighbors who have asked for a contact with Strength Roofing and Siding. We never hesitate to share that information. I am happy to post this public review and can't use enough positive words to describe our great experience with Strength Roofing and Siding.
