Breaching contracts with a widow who lost her husband in a house fire, stealing money and saying it was a previous owner who did it. Firing their most loyal workers and still owing them money. Not paying their supply bills, not paying the companies who provided the work unless the company is one of the ones owned by the stratus owner. At one point I trusted stratus and truly thought of all involved as family. Disgusting company. There are a lot of other roofing companies out there. Pay attention to reviews and be careful.

Be careful using Stratus Roofing on multiple homes for multiple claims at the same time. They will take all the insurance money for both claims and only complete one roof. They will then not return any calls. I have talked to David Durham, whom I am told is now no longer employed. I was then talking to Colby whom I am being told is now no longer employed and now I am talking to Ray Martinez who says he is taking my case over. Now he wont answer the phone. Now insurance will not renew my elderly mothers policy because her house is missing shingles that they were supposed to replace 3 months ago. She is on a fixed income and they have already taken her deductible money. This business should be ashamed to take advantage of the elderly.

Ain’t nothing but good words for SRS.Alfonso did an excellent job with my insurance company and keeping me informed on the process and progress of my claim. I would most definitely recommend Alfonso and SRS for your roofing needs.

He went over and above to make sure everything was explained, worked with our insurance claim adjuster, helped us choose a roof color, and was very easy to stay in contact with. These guys are great they repaired the fascia board and the soffit on the high side of my house, and I was very pleased with there work and the person that came out and sit up everything Alfonso he was very professional and knowledgeable I really enjoyed speaking with him and the work was completed in less than a day thank you SRS and Urielo

I had so many people stop by due to the condition of my roof and of course I got the whole sales pitch but Jon Coshatt from Stratus Roofing didn’t do that, he introduced himself and went straight into a conversation and giving advice and that’s what sold me. Lee and I met Sergio Lara through soccer. We found him to be as professional in his role as a project manager as a soccer coach. He had all the answers to the problems we were experiencing with our hail damaged roof.
Sergio was here before sunrise on installation day. His crew of 10 men were at work by 7 am. They put tarps over all shrubbery. The windows were covered by particle board. Since our home is a zero lot line, Sergio made sure to protect our neighbors backyard too. Sergio was back the next day with a magnet making sure there were no stray nails in the yard.
The men worked in teams removing the damaged roof, laying the felt, and installing the new shingles. They completed the job in less than seven hours. We couldn’t be happier in our experience with Sergio and Status Roofing!
