Stover's Restoration came to our rescue immediately when our basement flooded and they were all friendly, efficient, and professional in the best way. Everyone we worked with was exceptional and the various crews who checked on progress were second to none. Cody, Coby, Charles, Vance, and Deacon were the crew members and we can't thank them enough for their hard work and professionalism. I had a major water leak in my laundry room that flooded not only that room but flowed down into my basement. Stover's came out right away and assessed the damage. They were able to get the flooring removed and fans and de-humidifiers running quickly to dry everything out. I was impressed by their professionalism and prompt service. I would highly recommend them for any restoration work.

I called stovers during a pretty bad rain storm. Lots of flooding in the area and I understand they were probably overwhelmed. They were very quick to come out to my house. They brought out fans and dried out my basement. I never got a quote and called and asked several times for my bill. It’s been almost a month and still have nothing to this date… I’ve called again today and was put on hold forever. The lady I spoke to on the phone told me the same thing that I heard in the past when I called and they will get my bill to me no later than “tomorrow”. I could hear her sighing and just kinda rude and short. Said sorry we have over 150 services we did. I never had this kind of problems trying to get someone paid… I said I don’t even have a ballpark figure. She put me on hold again and told me it was over 3k… I asked for what? She read it to me and there was stuff on there that they didn’t do… it’s really sad I got an insurance check already and haven’t even got a correct/final number from one of the contractors. I won’t use them again personally.

Stover’s Restoration was fantastic! I had a leak, and they showed up the same day I called. They quickly set up fans and dehumidifiers to start drying things out and were incredibly friendly and professional throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

We really appreciate that Stover's Restoration was honest and upfront about what they could do after our water leak and what we could do to help ourselves. Professional, friendly and ethical.

Less than 3 weeks before Christmas we had an electrical fire! We first called another restoration company, but was not impressed and something didn't feel right. Insurance company suggested Stover's because they knew we needed a lot of clean up and right away. Came out same day we called, told us what we needed, very professional and they could do the entire job in house, no other companies. With in house scheduling, the clean up from smoke damage was very smooth and quick. Stover's answered all our questions and explained what each crew would do. That was on a Friday. On Monday they showed up with 6 people and worked every day all day for 4 1/2 days. That crew cleaned EVERYTHING! Then another crew cleaned couches, chairs and carpet. A third crew cleaned the duct work. By Friday evening they were done cleaning. Stover's was a good fit for us!

The stover's restoration crew was at my house immediately after I called them. They are easy to reach and get a response. All the people who I interacted was very nice and kind. In addition their cleaning job was exceptional. I was very happy with their service and understanding.

I had a water leak on a Friday afternoon and realized my weekend was probably ruined. I called Stover’s on a family recommendation and they came out within a few hours. They vacuumed up the water and pulled the carpet up so they could remove the ruined carpet pad.They then set up fans and a dehumidifier and hauled off all of the wet carpet pad. By late afternoon I was back to enjoying my weekend. Their prompt service and professional attitude was appreciated. I would recommend Stovers to my friends and family.

This was my first experience needing restoration services and I was nervous about the process. All the staff including the office staff and men who came out to the house were kind, prompt, polite and thorough. My questions were answered and they were accommodating to my schedule. An amazing company, they responded quickly within 2 hours they sent a young man named Tyler he was very respectful and knew what he was doing he inspected my water damages and had crew to my home within an hour, Cody Wilson and another young man came over and were great they removed all the water damaged carpet and matting quickly and professionally and setup 8 floor fans and a giant dehumidifier it only took a couple of days and the house is completely dry. We had a water leak in our laundry room and they were very thorough in assessing the affected area and getting everything dried out. It would have been nice to have an actual estimate of what the cost would be to get everything taken care of. Other than that I would say the did good work with getting everything taken care of.

I have had an amazing experience so far. Everything was explained very well, and your team was polite and respectful.

I had a flood in my basement. They came out the very first day that I called them. They got out there early afternoon and then they came back late afternoon with all their stuff after I called him and said I would like for them to do the job and they set up their fans, took out the carpeting, even move some furniture or very polite did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.

When a pipe burst and flooded water to our basement, Stovers was quick to respond. Everyone has been helpful and mindful of our stress during this tome. Im glad we called Stovers.

Hot water tank leaked. Stover arrived within a couple of hours and starter drying out the wet carpet. Worked directly with the insurance company. They have been fantastic to deal with.

I appreciated the rapid response to my initial call for assistance. A technician was on site the same day. I think communication and updates could have been more forthcoming. I only received updates when I called requesting one. I also would have like to be briefed up front on the plan of action. Stover’s did work directly with my insurance carrier which made the billing process easier.

I had my first homeowners emergency with a basement flood and it was sewage and disgusting and Stovers came out quickly and took care of it and everyone I worked with was so kind and they even helped me get what I needed to my insurance company to get it covered. Im so thankful for them!

All I can say is wow! We had a leak that had been going for several hours and contacted insurance who said that it would be at least a few days until service. But these guys were on it! They were out at 8pm same day setting up dehumidifier and fans, super helpful and explained the next steps and how billing worked. Stovers Restoration had to drive an hour and a half to get to us in the evening after we had a hose break and leak throughout our house. When they showed up it was all smiles and help from Cody. Highly recommend.

Zack with Stover’s came out next day to resolve the water leak issue, very knoweledgeable and explained everything. Zack continued to check every two days until he was able to remove the equipment. He guaranteed their work. I highly recommend Zack and Stover’s.

Stover's came so quickly and made everything feel manageable....bagging clothes, cleaning, trashing, pulling up floors, and making life better again. Stover's Restoration responded quickly to our call about stormwater in our basement on a Sunday afternoon. Their technicians arrived within an hour and by another hour they had the water cleaned up and their drying equipment was in place. They answered our questions about mold prevention and they were very easy to work with. Two days later, the basement was completely dried out and a giant problem had been solved for us. After that, Stover's assisted us in filing our insurance claim. It has been a very positive experience for us. We would recommend Stover's Restoration to anyone for water cleanup.

We had a water leak from a pipe in the ceiling of our basement . Stover’s responded in a timely fashion and helped us locate an emergency plumber to come fix the issue on a Saturday evening. They came out and set up fans etc to get things dried out. Prompt and courteous throughout.

It cost me $165 for an “inspector” to come tell my TENANTS, not me, that my house was filled with mold and that I needed to tear out all my sheet rock and my kitchen sink and counter. So they were freaking out.

Then when I called to ask what he saw, he just told me it was under the sink and that I need to call someone to get samples. The person he recommended didn’t even do swab samples.

Had it inspected again, and they told me there is no mold. Nothing was wet, it was just soot from the previous ladies ash trays…. And the walls had soot flung onto them and then were painted over.

Then they called a couple days to ask if I want them to go ahead with the demo and restoration and I said no because my house has no mold anywhere. The lady just hung up.

I had the house inspected before I bought it and no mention of mold was brought up. And no smell, so that guy was just lying to make a quick buck and so I am never using them again…

Edit in response to the reply: Mold usually comes from water which would make the walls or sheetrock or drawers wet and mushy. Nothing was mushy or soft. And the "mold" was sut from it being a previous smokers house and where she left her ash tray. I know you guys don't do swab tests, but you recommended me to someone who didn't do them either. As for my tenants, I was told that you would keep in confidential. But scared them instead.

Stover's Restoration has been great to work with. When you have a flooding problem, its a stressful time. At the initial visit they inspected and explained exactly what needed to be done. They helped me through the paperwork and assured me they could deal with my insurance. They have been prompt for their appointments and always helpful if I had questions. They have acted on my behalf with my insurance. I'm very happy with the work they've done and would use them again if the need ever arose. Professional, prompt and thorough is how I would describe Stover's Restoration.

We had a clog in the septic line causing water damage to our basement so insurance set us up with Stover, the guys showed up and I thought it was to just get an assessment, after they reviewed the damage they got right to work! They worked fast and had all the mess neatly bagged up! I was so happy the musty smell was gone!

During this past cold front we had a pipe burst in our son's room down stairs. Once the plumber arrived and finished capping off the line they recommended Stover's Restoration to address the water damage. We accepted the recommendtion and the plumber put in the referral. We received a call from Stover's a few hours later. During that call the customer service member was very curtious and pleasent to work with. She scheduled me for an appointment the next morning.

Cody and Tyler arrived in the beginning of their arrival window and got to work. They assessed the damage, explained to me what needed to be done, and informed me of my options. My wife and I discussed and agreed on our way forward. Cody answered all of my questions throughout the process, which put my mind at ease and expedited the process. While Cody was explaining Tyler was down stairs working diligently moving personnel items, cutting/bagging carpet, and setting up fans and a dehumidifier. I am extremely pleased with the work ethic and level of professionalism that Cody and Tyler displayed. I would definitely recommend Stover's Restoration to anyone in need of flood or home restoration services.

If you cannot run your claim through insurance, avoid this company at all costs. We had a small sewer backup in the basement in early July and they came out for a little over an hour and charged over $2300! They are used to taking advantage of your insurance so the prices are insane. I didn't get a bill until the middle of August and it says on the bill they would negotiate so I called and they said they would call me back. They didn't and then just ran my card in September . Then I called over a dozen times to talk to someone and was always told they would call me back but they never did. Eventually I got lucky and the right person was in and they took off a few hundred. I hope others can learn from my mistake.

I had water damage due to a leaky water valve. Jaydin Elkins-Jones was at my house within a couple hours of my call. He did a very professional analysis of how to remedy my situation and communicated with me very clearly. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Stover's Restoration. I had a supply line fail in a 2nd story bathroom and had 3 floors that had to be dried. From the 1st call to job completion has been a great experience. They let me know how the process would go from start to finish. The restoration techs from Stovers Restoration did a good job removing all the damage from a bad flood in our basement. We didn't have to worry about anything except repairs after. I've had other companies in the past and I felt much more confident this time.

Friendly employees, did a nice job, very professional with the estimate and the job. They were a little under prepared even after the estimate before the job, but overall good job.

The crew came out immediately to begin cleaning up the water. They vacuumed up the water, removed the saturated carpet pad, and installed 11 industrial fans around my home plus a large dehumidifier to begin drying out my home. The crew returned twice more, when the water returned, to vacuum more water. Now that the leak has been found, they will return and put my house back together once more.

I was given their name and number by my insurance company. I had water damage from a malfunctioning ice maker. The guys who arrived were on time. They were professional and helpful, explained what needed to be done, and expectations. They placed and removed equipment working with my schedule and complying with my special requests. I'm giving 4 stars because I called the emergency number on Saturday afternoon leaving a detailed message with name and number. When I had not heard from them by Sunday afternoon, I called back and a person answered. They were very responsive from that point. I would recommend them if you need assistance.
