Landon went way over his bid and did not contact me during the process.
He told us that we had to remove the rest of the mold ourselves.
I was expecting THEM to remove the mold completely for what we paid.

We are selling our home and Landon came out to get rid of the smoke smell out of our garage. He came highly recommended to us from our realtor. Landon even serviced it twice, and he did a fantastic job. He was very professional and courteous and i would definitely use him again. Thank you Landon.

Our experience with Germicide Pro was okay. I was very happy and thankful that they came out the week before Christmas to try and solve our mold issues. Landon went way over his bid and did not contact me during the process and still left my house with a mold count of 2,000 spores. He told us that we had to remove the rest of the mold ourselves, and after we did that we still had a mold count of 93. I was expecting THEM to remove the mold completely for what we paid.

I highly recommend the usage of Germacide Pro! Landon did an inspection and air quality sampling of my property and told me exactly what issues I had. Fast, friendly, and reasonably priced! I had a rental house with smoke and pet odor that they were able to eliminate for me. They did a great job, and communicated with me throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend!

Germicide pro people are very professional in giving free estimate and showing up for appointment. They seemed knowledgeable on what they are doing. I like their honesty in giving information on what is needed to done and what not. I think they did a good job in dealing with mold.

They came out fast and gave us a quote on a Friday and was back Monday to do the job. They were very friendly and professional. I'm not sure how their prices compare to other companies because this is the first time we have had this type of issue, but when we were looking at other companies some wanted an initial payment of like $90 plus however much for the job. They also had all of these other "extras" they could do...which we did not need. So having the free quote from Germicide Pro was nice.

Germicide Pro was straight to the point, did what they needed to do and was quick and friendly. I feel comfortable enough to refer them and to contact them if we have additional questions or need additional assistance with the job they did.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of the price, but like I said I don't know what one typically charges and maybe I'm just frugal/cheap so it seemed a little more pricey than what I thought it would cost.
