Stover's Restoration - Emporia, KS

A drain in our utility room plugged up and condensate from the A/C accumulated and spread over the floor. The water seeped under the walls of adjoining rooms, and soaked the carpet and pad in our master bedroom closet, and a portion of the wood floor in our kitchen. Baseboard molding in the utility room and kitchen absorbed the water, too, and swelled.
I had seen the Stover's Restoration truck around town, and after a heavy summer rain, a few of my neighbors used them for cleanup. So, after having a plumber clear the drain, I called.
Jordan and Mary were very prompt in responding. They explained the process to be undertaken and their crew went to work right away. Damaged materials were removed, and the wood flooring that could be salvaged in the kitchen was saved. Surfaces were treated to prevent mold, and fans and dehumidifiers set up and ran for 4 days. The crew was polite and responded to all questions. They were careful of the surroundings and cleaned up as they worked.
After sufficient drying, all equipment was removed and with the salvaged flooring in the kitchen added to some I had on hand, a contractor was able to put our home back together. I'll definitely call Stover's again, should l need them, and recommend them to any with similar problems.

Stover’s responded to us in a very quick in efficient manner. Jordan walked us through the process and told us what needed to be done. Very professional crew that cleaned up the mess and made the area nicer than it was before the flooding. Would refer them to any of our family.

The basement had flooded in my parents house We called them on Sunday they came Monday they cleaned most of the floor put out their fans and disinfected There were a few places the didn't clean Under stairwell by furnace and water heater When they finally called to tell them their insurance wouldn't pay anything Like 5 or 6 weeks later they set up payment plan for them Then a couple weeks after that they put a mechanics lien on their Trust without saying anything to them or giving them the opportunity to do something different I truly think they handle their business in a very bad manor

So had a flood in our laundry room and Stover’s Restoration has done a great job of getting the room dried out. Zack was very polite and professional. Can’t say enough good things about the experience of working with Stover’s.

I called Stover’s after we had a toilet tank burst and water was everywhere in our outbuilding. They were able to come out, set up fans and dehumidifiers. It was very cold outside and they noticed our numbers weren’t coming down and suggested we use their heaters. Before they brought them out they went above and beyond by checking with my insurance company to make sure it would be covered so I wouldn’t incur any extra expense. After the heaters and fans dried everything out, they removed all equipment and cleaned up. I appreciate all Stover’s did to help me out in a stressful situation!

They were fast and efficient when our basement flooded. They brought plenty of equipment to get us dried up which made for minimal damage to the walls.

Excellent experience! We had water damage in our basement and we called Stover’s for help. They responded quickly to help remove all the excess water and set up fans and some dehumidifier’s. They came out every couple days to check the moisture readings and when they weren’t going down they removed the carpet pad and hauled it out as well. Once it was all finally dry and had good readings all the equipment was removed. Communication was easy & our questions were always answered. Stover’s made this process very easy and would use them again!

Excellent experience. All staff members were courteous & respectful. We had water damage in our basement. They responded quickly & removed carpet & pad, then hauled it out. Work crew were respectful. The fans they left behind were monitored & when moisture reading were acceptable they were removed. Communication was easy & our questions were always answered. We had water damage caused by a slow leak from a washing machine. We did not realize we had a problem immediately. Once discovered, Tyler arrived the same morning I called him. After his initial assessment, Zac and his team arrived within two hours to set up dryers and and dehumidifiers. They also cut away sheet rock as needed.

They answered all my questions and were quite helpful. They obviously had a lot of experience with such matters and assured me that we could get this problem resolved with respect to the damage.

Stover’s Is the preferred vendor with my insurance company and so far I am pleased.

Cody and his time arrived within the scheduled arrival time. They were very professional in their appearance upon arriving. Cody explained to me what they were going to be doing for the clean up and a detailed time-line. Which they kept! The team was also very polite and courteous to my family as they tried to pack overnight bags (due to our house's water damage).

They came out quickly and diagnosed the problem. They were able to do the work in a timely manner. Very pleasant and professional.
