Russell was fantastic to work with. We were in need of a contractor to help us replace our roof in response to some hail damage. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the process of working with the insurance company. He made it way less stressful for us and was patient in answering all of my questions ... which I really appreciate.

I had pretty severe damage to my roof due to several recent hail storms over the years. I got Russell’s (owner) information from others in my neighborhood who had nothing but great things to say about him and his roofing services. And they were right. I have nothing but great things to say about Russell and his teams work. He met the insurance claims adjuster when they were out inspecting the roof, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. He really spent the time to explain the whole process, and was always great about responding quickly if I ever texted him with a question. My new roof looks great and I will absolutely use Russell and Good Faith Contracting the next time I have roof damage or need general contracting work done. Good Faith has hung our Christmas lights for the last 7 years or so. They have been reliable and honest. They have come out whenever we have needed them. I would recommend them.

We used GF Contracting for our Christmas light install, taking them down and storing them. They did a tremendous job and were a pleasure to work with. We'll continue to use them for their lighting services, in addition to any other future contracting needs we might have. Great company!

We had a weird leak in our basement that they were able to figure out quickly. They fixed it in a professional and timely manner and the pricing was fair and honest. Communication was great and they were always responsive to our questions.

Good Faith is exactly what their name implies. They came and inspected our roof and found hail damage that other contractors missed. The manager came and met with our insurance adjuster and became our advocate for a total roof replacement 100% paid by our insurance. The work was top quality. So much so our neighbor hired them too.

Used Good Faith to furnish and install Christmas outside house lighting. I contacted them late in the season (busy time for them) and they came out and installed them the next week. Crew was friendly and asked me how I wanted the lights installed at a couple of locations where they could go different ways. Pleased with the installation. Quality was good in that no light bulbs failed during the two months they were installed. They removed the lights later without incident and used friendly and personable employees.

I have used Good Faith for my Christmas lighting installation and storage for over 6 years. They are always prompt, resolve any problems quickly (burned out bulbs) and timely take down to storage. This has been my Christmas present to my husband each year and he throughly enjoys it.

I hired Good Faith Contracting to do the repairs to my home after a spring storm damaged my roof. Russell was very quick to respond for temporary repairs and worked very well with my insurance company to insure that all of my damage was repaired. I was very pleased with the quality of the work. Don’t bother

I left them four appointment requests over the span of two weeks. I received a call the second week and they said they’d have a contractor call to set up a time. That call never came. If they can’t even put in the effort to make an appointment how much effort do you think they’ll put into the actual repair.

I have used good faith contracting for my outside christmas lights the past 5 years. I am contacted annually to schedule when the lights go up...usually the first week of November and the lights come down after the 2nd week of January. Install causes little disruption and they are good to leave no mess when they leave . GFC stores the lights on the off season. Russ is easily to do business with and has several payment options. I would highly recommend them to put up your Christmas light .

I’ve used Good Faith Contracting for a number of years. They store my lights in the off season and during the holidays maintain them to meet my very high expectations. They schedule well in advance with very little disruption. Good about replacing bulbs should they go out, one every couple of years I would highly recommend Russ and his team.

Russell and his crew have been taking care of our million-dollar estate for almost a decade. It started out just doing miscellaneous landscaping, and then evolved into taking care of the entire place. The only reason we’re not going to be using them in the future is that we have sold it and moved back to Los Angeles. But I will recommend to the new owners that they continue to use Russell and his sons for their ongoing landscaping and home repair needs.

The crew did an amazing job on our roof!

We had a hail storm come through early spring that destroyed our roof. Russell came out right away to do the free inspection. He then came back a week later to show our insurance adjuster the damages. Once the insurance company cleared the damages, Russell got started right away with material selections. A few days later the supplies arrived then the crew. With the size and pitch of our roof the crew managed to get done in a day and a half. They did a great job at cleanup and since then I haven't found a single nail or screw in my yard and out new roof and gutters looks great. People in the neighborhood were so amazed at the fast response, fast work and great look of our new roof that several of the homeowners hired Good Faith to do their roofs.

We use Good Faith for our Christmas lights every year. They are efficient, they show up when they say they will, and if we have any trouble with bulbs burning out they are very quick to get them replaced. Then they are back out following the holiday season to remove the strings and store them for us until the next year! We couldn’t be happier with the service they provide!

Good Faith Contracting has installed our Christmas lights on our roof and greenery/lighting on the pillars on our front porch for the past 5 years. They store these lights, install them annually, and then return to remove the lights fter the Season is over! They do a fabulous job and it makes our home very festive and one less chore for us! Whoever said they do not show up must not have been there at the scheduled time. They called the day before. They called the day of the appt and they were not only on time but they were early. Russell gave us an honest assessment of the problem. He has offered to meet with the inspector of the insurance company and not charge us anything at all for the time away he will be spending from his other jobs. No other roofer will ever show up without asking for $ for their time, no matter how little or how much time they spend. THIS COMPANY IS THE BEST!

Respectable, honest owner who's always available. No need to learn another language to relay a message up the chain of employees. Having that one on one access to the owner gives me assurance the job will be done right.
