This company is all anyone can expect for solving roofing problems. The work is excellent, and the personalities of the workers are better than expected. This company deserves the highest possible rating.

Had them come and do a roof on the business I manage. They talked a good game, but when I walked the roof when they claimed it to be complete there were many areas that wasn't right and they didn't complete apart of the roof. Now when I told them they did get it fixed, but it cost more money. Then when checking inside the attic I found that they had not removed the old insulation as it stated in the scope of work and the"new insulation" wasn't insulation at all in fact it seemed to be more of a barrier which is is falling down in many places inside my attic. The weather stripping to ensure that rain doesn't come in off the end is also hanging in many places. There has been issues since this roof was installed in Sept/October of 2024, and now due to the recent hail storm they have voided the 2 year warranty that we were told we had on the workmanship of our 50,000 dollar roof because of hail damage. When the videos that were sent were in fact done the day before the hail damage. We are very frustrated with the quality of their work, and don't recommend them to anyone unless you want to spend a ton of money to have your roof done 2 x instead of once. And to have excuses given, and a warranty voided so they don't have to own up to the damages they are still causing us.

Storm Shield Roofing did an amazing job on my roof. Nothing was rushed and they made sure everything was perfect and they were very nice. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND Storm Shield to roof your home. I'm happy with mine.

Storm Shield Roofing did an incredible job on my church roof, Storehouse Ministries in Bodcaw Arkansas, we had several areas that were leaking but after the repairs were completed and a new gutter installed, we are now leak free. I highly recommend Storm Shield Roofing for all your roofing needs.

Just bought a house here in Arkansas and I stumbled upon Storm Shield Roofing on Google. The guy on the phone was very informative and was able to have a crew out right away to check on the leak and fixed it within hours. If you need a reliable roofing crew they are your guys!

BUYERS BEWARE. I had two loose shingles under warranty and when I contacted Rueben he told me things like "I will try and give you notice, when I can get someone out there" Weeks later another "I can get someone there Friday or Monday" I could not do Friday so Monday was set. Nobody showed up or did Rueben contact me. When I complained he said "Something came up and I could not contact you" I am the owner" so apparently if you are the owner, you are not accountble. This is unacceptable after sales support! I asked him to call me to discuss and I never heard back from him. I am escalating this experience along with Ruebens thread of text message to the BBB.

Storm Shield has performed storm damage repair for my roof on several occasions. I have a high pitched slope and Storm Shield was able to perform repairs in a timely and professıonal mánner. I highly recommend them.

Ruben and his staff were professional from start to finish. They came out and gave us a quote, even worked on the leak before they got the job, and then were able to get us worked within weeks.
