We just recently worked with Stonemill to build our home, the first ever new build we have done. The process went smooth with no major hiccups. Our home is wonderful with quality work throughout. Everyone was helpful and communicative. Stonemill went above and beyond. I would not hesitate to recommend them for a new home or a project.

We purchased a new model construction home in the Sheridan Riverstone Park community in Spring 2024. The purchasing process was smooth and the Stonemill team put in a few custom built-ins on request before we closed which really added to the overall aesthetic and function. We’ve had a few minor normal house settling things occur since we moved in (e.g. tight doorframe) - all have been remedied with prompt service and communication. We would happily recommend Stonemill for residential construction in the Sheridan area.

I was referred to StoneMill by a friend. I had received 3 bids for some concrete flatwork for a patio and a shed pad. One bid was more than triple 2 of the bids. I chose Stone mill as they listened to my needs and provided the most comprehensive bid. My timing was just before they hit their busy season as this type of work is not their primary business. I was very fortunate and can't be complimentary enough of the work that was done. I ma very pleased and would HIGHLY recommend StoneMill.

StoneMill are true professionals. My new deck is more than I could ask for. When the crew was there on site they listened to my ideas and kept the place clean. They kept me informed of any changes to days they would be there so I could keep the dogs out of their way. I HIGHLY recommend them for any construction work you need done. I already gave their name to my neighbor who is looking to add a stall to his garage and update their decks. Thanks a million StoneMill, professional and they care about the customer.
