I hired Stone Masters to install stone on front of my house made a mess on my brand new paver driveway got cement on it cement on my new downspouts. I have lights in my driveway cement over liteiI had to take the cover off to change the lightbulb, I couldn’t it got cement on the light cover cement work on the stone is cracking did not replace the trim around the garage where the stone was put on. He told me he could not come out this week because it’s gonna rain every day, that was not true. It’s been in the 80s the whole week then he told me he had other jobs to do and he has not made the schedule up yet and did not know when he could come out and fix the problems that he he caused showed up at my house did not have anything whatsoever to cover up my brand new paver driveway which cost me 25,000.4byeight sheets of plywood that I had in my garage it rained that night and then having the scaffold on the plywood and leaving it out in the rain, warped 4 x 8 sheets of plywood told me he’s not reimbursing me for the plywood that he left outside in the rain been roughly 3 weeks since he put the stone in the front around my garage and the cement is cracking already did not clean up his mess in my front yard cementall over my new down spouts the reason why I hired him because he guarantee me he was the best in the business that’s not true. Told me the stone.made
Italy that’s not true. It’s made right here in United States. I personally believe if you’re going to be in business and you mess up and do not do the work properly you should stop what you’re doing and go back out to the customers home and try to fix the problem but is worried about New jobs to make more money instead of fixing the problem that he messed up would not even replace the trim around my garage or the stone is going around it The trim could not cost any more five to $10 if that and maybe five minutes to install it I will never ever use this company again. I am writing this email not only to get my stuff fixed but the warren the public what Stonem dead to me so no one else would ever have to go through this, they also threatened me. Told me if I write a Google review that he would write a Google review on my company. It’s like dealing with a little baby very infantile my company did not do any work for him. He has no right to write a bad review on my company. Review my opinion use caution with this company.

These are very experienced team that do great work for excellent and reasonable price. We used Stone Masters LLC for basement renovation which includes tiling and painting jobs. The project was done in a timely manner. Arnold is very honest and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Stone Master for remodeling work and will use them again on future projects.

These are experienced people that do good work for a fair price. We have used Stone Masters LLC for several jobs now, from remodeling to new construction to stone and patio work, and we will be looking to use them again on future projects.

I hired Yuri for kitchen remodeling. My budget was a little bit tight, so i kept the old cabinets. They did a great job or backsplash application, floors and painting my old cabinets that looked like new after their painting job. He was patient and finished the job even before time agreed on. Always on time and working hard all day. Cleaning up after they are done. I even had a small issue the day after with my fridge connections, he responded quickly and came the next day and fixed it. I will definitely use them again for future projects.

2 years later: I hired Yuri again to replace tiles in the foyer are and powder room. And paint the powder room walls. The wallpaper is from before i installed it. Great job and done in 2 days. Great communication and very respectful. Photos shows before and after.

We originally booked Stone Masters for our kitchen and primary suite renovation. Arnold was sent to us through a friend and we are glad to say we have finally found a contractor for all our needs. We own a small business that has had multiple construction and design projects and we have gone through multiple contractors. When we decided to work on our home we decided to go with Stone Masters to try someone new.

Arnold is the most professional contractor we have dealt with. His explanations are precise as is the work he and his crew do. He also has an eye for design, which was helpful when we needed to quickly pick out finishes. After going through the commercial projects we just assumed our kitchen and primary suite renovation would be full of change orders we'd have to fight and delays in timing. None of those happened with Stone Masters. Any change order was completely reasonable and explained thoroughly. It truly felt like Arnold tried his best to not charge you money that was not in the originally contract. That was a first for us.

Our kitchen turned out beautiful and was finished the day Arnold promised (60 days!!). He also has remained responsive with any small issues that arise after big construction projects. We now use him for our commercial construction projects and repairs. He is so quick to respond and thorough in his work. It is a sigh of relief that we are finally finished our search for a consistently excellent contractor. We cannot recommend Stone Masters enough!

This team is great and does it all. They can diagnose and fix almost anything you throw at them, and do it with reasonable prices and in a timely manner. For business or home, they’ll do a great job. They are very honest and knowledgeable, I definitely recommend them.

We needed to get some drywall patched up, after we had our entire plumbing system replaced. Starting doing it myself with some family assistance, but it was taking too long, since we could really only work on weekend mornings.

Instead of having a construction zone for a kitchen and dining room, I started doing research on local contractors. Found Stone Masters LLC on google, and decided to give them a shot ( not many reviews, so obviously there was a little apprehension ). Got in touch with Arnold, and immediately noticed off the bat how communicative he is. My wife and I have had some bad experiences with contractors either taking forever to get in touch with us, or outright not getting back to us at all, so Arnold stood out right away.

He promptly scheduled an estimate, took a look at the work, and quickly got us an overview. Within another day or so, he had a contract written up for us. His prices looked good, so we went for it. The day after we signed, he was there with his crew. It was a smaller job than what he is used to, but he treated it with care and professionalism all the same. They were done within a few days, and did a fantastic job! They made sure to cover all surfaces with plastic, to keep the dust from being everywhere. Arnold even brought in a cleaning service, to follow through with cleaning up.

They matched the paint to all the surfaces, without us even having to ask, patched up a couple random dings and etc, and even replaced the rotten wood above our front door, with pvc ( you can't even tell it isn't wood anymore ). We have old school popcorn ceilings ( like, from the 80s ), and they replaced that on the spots as well! Obviously you can't get the same texture like the original popcorn, but we can hardly tell a difference!

We were blown away at the quality, service, and professionalism from Arnold and his crew at Stone Masters. We will be recommending them to all our local friends, and use them for future projects for sure. Don't be worried about the lack of reviews! I think they are just fairly new. They are worth it, 100%. Internet, work your magic, and get this man more business!

Yury is a good man very trustworthy and fast to respond even after he fixed my kitchen sink had to call him again and he came with no stress from him. Very affordable,reliable and above all A good man. Thanks Yury.

All I can say is: (Yury) Arnold is the man. He is the most reliable and trustworthy contractor I've ever worked with. He has a keen eye for detail, responsive via email and text, honest and reasonably priced. His work is beyond awesome. He and his subcontractors are just phenomenal and professional. I would recommend Stone Masters LLC 10x over. Thank you Arnold for transforming our home with no stress. I will use him in the future.

Thank you Yury again for a beautiful room!! This time he did my bathroom and it's just lovely!! Last year he did my kitchen and it's incredible looking!! I've gotten tons of compliments on both rooms and I will definitely have him do work at my home again!! Really excellent work!! He's kind, nice, honest, trustworthy, timely and his prices are very good too and most of all I'm loving another room he has did for me!! Thanks again!!!

Excellent work by Yury. He gave us wonderful ideas and how to move things around in our kitchen, completed the work on schedule and the budget was great too.
