Our experience with stone creek roofing was as expected up until the point where we signed our contract and paid the deposit.

After that, we had communication issues along every step of the way (we weren’t given a work date and had to follow up with the company multiple times and it took talking to multiple people to get an answer, we weren’t given any type of schedule for the targeted completion date, we were told several things by the sales person that ended up not being accurate, the work was not completed within the time frame we were given and nobody on the crew communicated that the work wasn’t done before leaving the house, on the follow up work days that ended up being required we also had trouble receiving communication from the company about the work time frames and even trying to wrap up the final billing/insurance process was an issue where we were told they couldn’t get ahold of our insurance company and our insurance company said they didn’t receive any communications).

We spoke with one of the owners or VPs of the company and they said every issue we experienced was because they changed systems and despite our numerous complaints and requests for information, nothing improved.

Communication was not our only issue however. Our property was also treated like a dumping ground and despite there being tarps down for the workers to complete the work, we are still finding garbage (nails, screws, washers, etc) on our property more than 2 months later. We also have concerns with the way the costs ended up being that we were under quoted by the company for the cost of the work which led to additional costs being incurred during the project.

While some of these things might be more of our preferences vs the way the company decided to communicate, they did admit that the communication we received throughout the project was not up to their standard. It was incredibly disappointing to have experienced these types of issues over and over again and trying to advocate for ourselves, our property and the project when things did not change or improve.

We recently had our roof replaced by Stone Creek and we couldn't be happier. Paul was our project manager and he patiently guided us through the entire process from estimate through completion. Jonathan's crew did amazing work from their arrival at 6:30am to departure, after cleanup, at 8:30pm. Kami was an amazing liaison between myself and the crew and her reassurance throughout the day regarding the progress was invaluable. We would highly recommend Stone Creek Roofing for any and all of your roofing needs.

Stone Creed did a fantastic job on the roof. Paul was very easy to work with, and has been on top of everything. The crew was great. Flashing and small work was done very well, they did not shy away from replacing any sheathing that needed it, and they even caulked in the right places. Great experience after the recent hail storm this past spring. Was referred to Stone Creek Roofing & Exteriors by our insurance provider. Professional and friendly throughout the whole process. Kyle, our project manager, worked well with our insurance provider and helped walk us through the process to make it a smooth transition. Work was done expertly and quickly. Their crew was professional and respectful of our property and did a fantastic job of having no evidence they were even here! We contacted Stone Creek Roofing Initially for a roof inspection of possible hail damage. Rob, the individual assigned to do the inspection was also our project manager. He did detect damage that needed to be addressed and assisted with the insurance claim, providing photos to and discussing issues with the claims adjuster. Removal and installation of the roof occurred on time and quality materials where used on the replacement. Rob's Crew was very professional, cleaned up all debris and magnetically sweep not only the drive, porch, walk and patio to remove stray nails, but the entire perimeter of the jobsite, weeks later I have yet to find a nail.
Rob kept us informed through out the process. We will definitely work with Stone Creek again when needed. I would recommend

About 15 years ago we had our roof replaced by another company. The salesman lied big time and disappeared when it came time to deliver. Some years later the "new" roof started leaking in a few places. I asked Stone Creek Roofing if they could fix it and they did a great job. When we had to have our roof fixed again recently after a hail storm, I went straight to Stone Creek Roofing. Rob Roma came out to see us and our roof was replaced by a great group of workers. I have been recommending Stone Creek Roofing & Exteriors all around our neighborhood. They are the best!

I had my roof replaced in 2016 by Stone Creek Roofing and the quality and professionalism was by far the best. After having the roof replaced, we were experiencing water drips in the bathroom due to frost build up (nothing Stone Creek did while replacing the roof). Fast forward to today, I contacted Tika and expressed my concerns of this water dripping issue. Her true concern and confidence they could solve the issue once and for all proved that I had picked the right company.
I would also really like to give a shoutout to Michael who performed the work. His professionalism and quality of work was above and beyond. I felt comfortable and confident that it was being fixed properly with quality. He stepped me through the process and explained exactly what was going to be done, even taken the time to show me during the process of what he was doing. What really set the bar was the fact that he offered up that he "treats every job as if he was working on his own home". I will definitely be contacting Stone Creen Roofing for any future roofing needs.

Stone Creek Roofing, and Justin especially, have been wonderful. From the first point of contact through roofing installation, they have been responsive, quick, and helpful. Justin has been so helpful in answering all my questions and helping me understand the insurance claims process. He even answered my questions well after his work day had ended. I recently had the pleasure to have Andrew C. Drop by to take a look at my roof due to the recent storm that had hit my neighborhood. I don’t usually write reviews but he was so thorough and knowledgeable in his findings that I could tell he was a true professional. He was easy to work with and was a no pressure salesman. I’m sure if the work performed on my roof is anything like the initial meeting I will be extremely happy. I feel confident that work done by stone creek roofing will give me peace of mind for many years to come.

We had damage to our roof from the wind and Rob Roma with Stone Creek came out the next day to inspect damage and protect the exposed roof from rain. Which was perfect because insurance took another 3 weeks to get an adjustor out and we had a lot of rain. Over the next month, Rob was pivotal in helping us navigate insurance and working with the adjustors. Our roof replacement was done in a day and the crew was extremely respectful of our home and meticulous with clean up afterward. We searched diligently for anything overlooked and have found nothing. Rob and Stone Creek made a stressful event very streamlined and easy.

The roofers did a good job from the start. We had a problem with the gutter covers install, they initially did not overlap properly. Apparently, this was a new gutter cover product for them. Tika, the Production Manager, was very professional and thorough in her follow up. She had her gutter guys come back to correct the install. Now it all looks great. Everyone makes mistakes. It is what we do to correct those mistakes that makes all the difference. Stone Creek came through here.

Great job all around except for one little thing, the north gutter downspout. The downspout was placed right over a head on my sprinkling system, so I had to remove the bottom discharge section. The people were very good, trying to cover every situation; looks good and functions as expected. I would use Stone Creek again!

Once again Stone Creek comes through! I had them re-roof two years ago, and also recently flash around a newly installed swamp cooler. Jason was easy to communicate with and set the job up promptly. Paul and Nkosi, nice guys, completed a challenging installation. They could have charged me more for the challenges, but did not. Much appreciated!

I had Stone Creek look at my roof to see if it needed to be replaced yet. (My roof is original and my house is 21 years old. Many of my neighbors have already replaced theirs, so I wondered if I needed to do that or not.) They replaced some of the vent flashing (I think that's what it's called), but otherwise gave it a clean bill of health. I was surprised, and grateful to know that my roof is still intact.

Very pleased with the new roof, so much that I'll have to fix the rest of the house so it all looks as great as the roof. Jason, did a great job.

I needed a new roof after the crazy hailstorm this past May and my insurance agent recommended Stone Creek. I worked with Dan at Stone Creek and everything went really smooth. He was reachable and polite, the work happened when he said it would for the price he said it would. Everything went great.

Jason is the best ! We suffered a large loss to our house , and the insurance process is less than clear if you have never had a claim like this. These roofers were fantastic. Rob was extremely professional and personable. He helped talk our insurance representative through the process of seeing that our roof did in fact need replacement because of a recent storm, not just from previous damage. Throughout the process, he advocated for our getting quality materials and making sure the insurance company paid for them. The roofers were efficient and the warranty offers were high quality.

Stone Creek shingled my roof this summer and I couldn't be more pleased. Crew worked hard and efficiently and Rob kept me up to date with phone calls and visits. Putting a roof on is something you don't do often and I felt very comfortable working with him.

Rob Roma came out and told me my roof is fine and will be fine for another 5yrs. Honest people not just out for a quick buck.

Jason and Stone Creek were very easy to work with. They too care of everything related to the hailstorm damage we incurred in July of 2016. Our roof, gutters, siding and a few windows had to be replaced. The work that was done by the sub-contractors was superb. I can't say enough about Jason and the work his crews did for my house. I had not only a roof replaced but gutters paint and windows. Jason even came back himself to make sure all debris was properly removed. Furthermore, the times I needed to speak with the office staff, they were very helpful as well. Wow, just wow! Wes and his crew were so great, guided me through the process, showed me all the options with no pressure whatsoever. The work was done in half the time expected. Stone Creek replaced my Mom's roof after a hail storm at the end of August 2016. Her project manager was Matt Rohr and he was a great help to her and to me, as well. He helped her to understand what was needed and treated her with such respect and kindness that she continues to sing his praises!! I usually don’t write reviews but felt the need to express my great experience with Stone Creek Roofing, Jason and Tika in particular. I received 3 other bids before I contacted Stone Creek Roofing, at the recommendation of my insurance company, State Farm. With my house on the market, Jason and Tika were very prompt in giving me an estimate and starting the hail damage repairs to my roof and siding immediately. I could not have asked for better customer service. Definitely 5 star pricing and service!

They re-roofed our house and detached garage/apartment. We have a pretty steep roof and they did a great job. Everyone - owner, office staff, project manager, roofers were a pleasure to work with.

Jason and all the staff at Stone Creek Roofing made getting a new roof easy. From the initial inspection of my roof, working with adjusters, and patience with me and all my questions, Jason was so incredibly helpful and informative. My roof was a big job, but the crew got it done in two days with all my landscape intact, all debris picked up, and neighbors with only positive things to say (our houses are pretty close!). They did a great job on the roof. Our project manager, TK, was easy to work with, professional with an easygoing manner, laying out all the options without pressure. He helped us to navigate the insurance labyrinth, ensuring that we got the best possible settlement for the new roof. With TK's help, we upgraded our skylights and it's a big improvement. TK sent out a drywall guy to repair some minor interior damage resulting from the installation of the new skylights. Now it looks better than before.

I can't say enough about Jason at Stone Creek Roofing and Exteriors! He has done an amazing job, not only at taking care of fixing our house, but even with our personal lives. I was supposed to meet with the adjustor. That day I had to rush my husband to the ER. I called Jason. He told me "don't worry. Take care of your husband. I'll take care of the rest." He tracked down the adjustor's number, left a message telling her what happened. He knows all the stresses my family is under. He told me take care of my family and he will do the rest. He's set up the appointments for the garage contact, the window company to replace my windows, etc. He's fighting to make sure my house is fixed and fixed right! One garage company said they wouldn't take care of my garage door. I told Jason they weren't coming. He called the company and chewed them out for lying to us about fixing my garage door. He's patient and takes the time to help explain things and the contract. (He even turned around once and drove all the way back out to my house to re-explain it to me.) He has done it all. I highly recommend him!

Awesome job! My project manager worked with us from start to finish. Answered all forms of communication and was always there for us. When the day came they knocked out the entire roof in a day! Also there was more damage to my skylights then seen from surface, so my project manager was able to get me new ones and installed that day! Great job cleaning up the worksite, looks as though nothing happened. All the roofers were very friendly.

Jason with stone creek roofing was great I would definitely recommend him! Very professional, excellent communication and he takes care of everything for you. Did a good job with working with our insurance company, got someone in to repaint our interior where the water had leaked. He was able to get it done quickly as well.

We had an issue with a previously repaired leak that upon further inspection requires additional mitigation. Initially, I was upset with what seemed like a failure in service, but later determined to be unaddressed underlying issue that was not obvious when the first repair was made. I'm confident after speaking with Patrick that the additional work will be performed appropriately and remedy the entire problem. Hats off to Patrick for his unrivaled integrity and dedication to customer service.

We just moved into a property with a 10 year old roof and woke up after a big rain storm to water in the kitchen. My wife was 8 months pregnant at the time so having water on the kitchen floor was even more of a big deal for us. Dan from Stone Creek came out the same day to inspect the roof and found that the recent removal of an old DirecTV antenna had left an exposed bolt hole underneath a gutter. He sealed this and a bunch of other places after inspecting the whole roof and was even so kind to examine the gutter system.

Great service from Stone Creek Roofing! They recently finished re-roofing a large carport for a building I own. Jason Koessel and the crew were thorough, showed up on time, and did a professional job. Also, they were competitively priced. Later, I had a leak in the roof of my own home, and I was surprised on how quickly they were on it to make the repair. Dan and Jason were very responsive. It was good to know that my problem was a priority for them.

We had a very good experience. Jason Koessel the company representative was extremely thorough, he answered all of our questions multiple times, helped us fill out the forms, and was great working with our insurance company related to the hail damage and unique characteristics of our roof. He supervised the roofing crew and had them come back to do some finishing work. They are a good company and stand by their work product.

Jason Koessel was a fantastic rep for Stone Creek! He was very helpful in showing us photos of finished work and examples of shingles we were interested in. He was also VERY patient with us while we decided what we wanted to do! He came over to our house at least 3 times and communicated by cell phone/text every step of the way. Stone Creek is a great company to work with when dealing with roofing issues. Jason Koessel worked incredibly hard for me on the project from start to finish. He acted as the contractor on the job and got everything for me from the fence, windows and roof. I would highly recommend the company and working with Jason.

Several roofs in our neighborhood had their roofs replaced and we were interested in the same. We called our insurance (State Farm) agent, Dave West, who personally recommended Stone Creek. Jason Koessel from Stone Creek came out and reviewed our roof and recommended we proceed. However, an adjuster from State Farm also had to approve, but they said the roof wouldn't qualify and they wouldn't pay for a new roof.

Well, good thing Jason was there at the inspection because he came to our defense and provided strong justification for the repair such that the adjuster asked for a 2nd opinion from another senior adjuster who agreed with Jason and approved the repair.

Long story short, if it were not for Jason Koessel and Stone Creek, my wife and I would likely still be without a new roof. Everything was handled with the utmost professionalism including the Stone Creek office manager, Bianca Case. They even helped me understand all the financial paperwork steps in clear layman terms so that the claim process went smoothly.

This is an amazing company. Our experience with Stone Creek roofing could not have been better. They were professional, detail oriented, and completed everything we asked of them exactly to our specs - including a perfect install on a concealed metal shed roof rated for high wind, asphalt glue under the shingles on our steep barn roof, and a correct re-setting and re-roofing around our swamp cooler which resolved a leak. Our rep, Dan Kiedrow, was very knowledgeable and really took the time to address all of our many questions and concerns, and he personally saw the job through to completion. The integrity of this company, and the speed and skill of their crew, just blew us away. We've been through 2 hailstorms and the big flood all in the last 3 years, and our experiences with other roofers and contractors has positively sucked. We dreaded having to hire another roofing company after the last hail storm, but Stone Creek was remarkable - they did everything we asked of them, and they did it expertly. Stone Creek was great to work with. They put on a high quality metal roof to replace the old one which was damaged by hail. I inspected the work myself with a climb up on the roof, and everything looks solid and well crafted, and I stay dry in a storm. I heard about them word of mouth, and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

In 2015 a hail storm had ruined the shingles on our roof. I had a rep from another company come over to take a look at the scope of work. This person was obviously not prepared to answer my questions just wanting me to sign the contract anyway. After this, Stone Creek Roofing's name kept coming up down at the coffee shops, so I made the call. Dan Kiedrow came out to look things over. I must say, not only is Dan one of most pleasent people to deal with I know, he is also the most knowledgeable when it comes to anything roof related. His background is full of years of doing this type of work. The crew was fast, efficient and knew what they were doing. All of the small details were taken care of and none were overlooked. Dan was available throughout the entire project to answer any questions. I can't recommend them enough. If you're looking for a roofing company, Stone Creek Roofing and Dan Kiedrow are the ones to call. Oh yeah, they will be starting on my neighbors roof next week.

I asked around and researched which companies had good ratings and chose Stone Creek. Stone Creek Roofing completely exceeded all my expectations in several ways. When we had hail damage to our roof, our insurance company recommended Stone Creek Roofing as they had had great experiences with them in the past. From the initial meeting to the end, our project manager TK took great care of us. The end result was perfect, our roof looks better than ever, and even the building inspector commented how great a job Stone Creek alwaya does. You can't beat that! 5 stars

After a major hail storm our roof was leaking. After calling our insurance (State Farm) an adjuster came out and said they couldn’t pay for a new roof. Beck came out from Stone Creek and gave us an estimate for the recommended type of shingles for our area.
The workers were very efficient and hard working. They cleaned up every scrap and every nail after they were finished. They painted all the vents to match the roof color. It is a beautiful job!

The guys worked their butts off and did a great job. They really knew what they were doing.

Beck did a terrific job as project manager. He educated the insurance adjuster on some local codes and got insurance to pay for some additional upgrades. We are very, very pleased with our new roof and will use Stone Creek the next time our roof is hail damaged. I would highly recommend Stone Creek to anyone.

My wife and I are under contract on a home in Longmont and we had Stone Creek Roofing do an inspection on the roof to make sure there were no major problems.
They did a very thorough job And explained in detail, pros and cons of the current roof.

I would very likely use Stone Creek to replace the roof when that time comes.

I wanted to add to the comments regarding Stone Creek roofing. A windstorm in February caused my neighbor's tree to collapse on my roof and damage my fence. Since I had the old T lock shingles, the roof could not be repaired. Enter Jason, the project manager and his crew. Jason offered very personal and professional service and walked me through the entire process. Within eight hours the roof was stripped of two layers of shingles and a new impact resistant roof installed. All trash and debris were properly disposed up. It was truly amazing to see how hard these guys work! There was no "OH gee we forgot to mention that." Additionally, Nika and Bianca in the office were very attentive and answered all my inquiries. All in all, the whole company made what could've been a nerve-racking experience go oh so smoothly. I have definitely recommended Stone Creek to family and friends and will continue to do so.

Stone Creek Roofing did a fabulous job on my roof. The roof looks fantastic and the price was exactly what I had anticipated. The entire staff at Stone Creek kept me informed of the schedule and what to expect once construction began. I highly recommend Stone Creek Roofing and Exteriors. We contacted them outside a neighbor's house where they were working on a Sunday, their guy was at our house Monday afternoon and fixed our leak on the spot. He photographed problem areas on our tile roof and gave us quotes and referrals to get these other problems fixed.

We contracted with Stone Creek Roofing to replace the roof on our house and on our sun porch/patio room. They did a good job and worked well with our insurance company. They fixed the leaks in the patio room roof, which had not been leak-free since we added it two and a half years ago.

While selling my home, the inspection indicated my roof had hail damage and I needed a new roof. Time was of the essence, and I called Stone Creek Roofing while travelling. Josh called me back immediately and was able to get to the house the next day and meet with the insurance adjuster. From there, he came to my house and went over all the details, and was very quick, professional and courteous. Within a short time frame, I had a new roof. Josh provided superior service, was highly competent and knowledgeable, thoughtful and was a pleasure to work with. I give Stone Creek Roofing a high recommendation!

We're Landlords and our own home and 3 of our rental houses got hit with the baseball size hail late summer 2014. Stone Creek replaced the roofs on all the houses. One, Patrick is very patient, knowledgeable and aims to please; two, the workers WORKED HARD and they, too, aimed to please (and they were sure not to let our Lab out of the gate); and three, all the roofs look incredible!
