Sam came and fixed it, looks horrible. He told me that it was level but no where near level. Not happy. I shouldn't have paid for it in full. Here is picture now, gravel everywhere. The last picture is the front timbers which until last visit from Sam were fine. Now gapped. I get so aggravated at this all because if Sam would've simply gotten trailer inline, even with pad shed would have came off trailer squared up on pad. Anyone can see that mistake. UPDATE, UPDATE UPDATE.They finally got in touch with me. Sam came to try to do something about my issues. The ground was too wet to be able to do anything that day. He promised he would come back after there hasn't been any rain for a few days. I definitely agree with that. REST OF THIS IS MY FIRST POST. SHOULD BE FACTORY DIRECT. Both are owned by the Draper's. I paid cash for a building. When Sam delivered it couple months later he tore the timber off the back of the pad had made for it. Pad was 4x6 ground contact timbers with gravel. Sam wouldn't get the trailer lined up straight with the pad so not only did he tear timber off pad the building is sitting crooked. I kept telling him he needed to line up evenly with the pad. Sam would reply he knew what he was doing. When unloaded building and on pad it was inches from timbers on one side with couple feet space on other side. Plus was crooked. Sam wanted to pull building with chain and use my truck to try to even up but all he did was get it unlevel. Now garage roll up door isn't working right. Can't get any response from company. Have called and talked to Kenny more than once. He says will have Sam call but never receive any call from him or anyone. The phone number online for Factory Direct doesn't work. When leave message on website to call me no body does. I feel that Factory Direct should make this right since Sam, there delivery driver, made these mistakes in unloading building.
