STL Roof Rescue

STL Roof Rescue is top notch! Tom(owner) answered my panicked call at first try. Had Rick at my house within a few hours to tarp my roof that was already leaking. From there, the process was seamless… insurance claims, down to payment. THEY DID IT ALL. Thank you guys for making this so easy on us, we appreciate all the hard work to get our roof looking new and functional again!

I received a bid from Tom, the owner, and chose to move forward with the project and I wanted to add on gutters. When I received the updated bid with gutters to approve there was an additional $1,000 steep roof fee. When I told them this was entirely unexpected Tom responded that it shouldn’t be a surprise and that they wouldn’t work with me without that fee. No admission of their own mistake and no willingness to compromise. Communication was poor and I wasted a lot of time. I was already concerned given that they are a new company. At this point I feel as though I dodged a bullet. Take caution and be sure to triple check your bid to see that the price hasn’t suddenly increased if you do choose to work with them.

STL Roof Rescue did rescue my roof in a fast and efficient manner. I do recommend using their services at any time. Fast, clean, reliable and responsible.

They replaced my roof recently. Very easy to work with. Great price. Got my roof and garage done in one day even with replacing a lot of the wood! Will definitely be recommending to anyone I know who need roof work.

Just had our roof replaced yesterday! Even with the rain in the morning the crew was quick and efficient. Everything was completed and cleaned up before the evening! Loved working with this company!
