STL Restoration Pros

I had minor damages to my exterior home after storm. The tech came out on May 14th to my home and advised he would send a quote. Never submitted a quote and I followed up on May 30th. Tech said he would have the quote next week. It’s June 6 and I have received nothing. I understand if the cost isn’t enough to do the job but communicate your concerns with the customer. I have wasted weeks dealing with a company who doesn’t want the work instead of being told they cannot do it and I could have found another local company who wants to help.

These guys are the best! Experienced and did Great work. They will go above and beyond. Also they will work with your insurance.

We had hail damage on our roof from spring storms. Tim spoke with the insurance adjuster, we had a new roof covered in late fall. Everything turned out wonderfully. Tim was on the job site to make sure everything went well, very hands on services! Dependable with a great outcome.

Very professional, efficient, went above and beyond. Tim knows his stuff and we would use him again if we needed to!

Tim and his team did a great high quality job. Siding and Roofing repairs, tuckpointing chimney and replacing guttering and downspouts andsome windows. All look great and I received complements on the work from neighbors.

Just as importantly showed up when promised and worked straight through until finished. No stopping and starting.

Tim did an amazing job on our house. After a big hail storm in March resulted in needing a new roof, gutters as well as siding. Pretty much the whole outside. Turned out amazing. He even fought with insurance to get what as needed for repairs

We had gutters that where falling of my house.. Tim and his crew did a great job on the new gutters, gutter guards, fascia boards that had to be replaced and fascia aluminum wrap. Looks great! Highly recommend!

I spent 12K dollars on a roof from Tim Clemson about a year ago and it is still leaking. First contacted him in November 2022 and told him that it was leaking in the same place before the roof was put on. I got the excuse that the flashing was new and couldn't be leaking. It was still leaking in March when it was nice enough for me to get on the roof to find 40+ year old flashing that we agreed needed to be replaced before the project started. I had to take off work to explain this to his contactor, and he agreed to replace the flashing. It leaked again last week so I had a third party go on the roof to see if they could stop the leak. He found the new flashing was improperly installed and had old flashing underneath. Now I have to find a competent roofer to fix the work as well as a plasterer to fix the ceiling and wall that are destroyed. Avoid this nightmare and choose a different roofer. <<

Tim was excellent in giving me a quick estimate. Came in lower than anyone else, including the insurance adjuster, without sacrificing the quality of work at all. Gave me a reasonable time frame (1wk) before work could start. The crew actually came early. 5 people on a Saturday turned the 1-2 day projection into 1/2 day of actual work. How well did they clean after themselves? I was able to find ONE NAIL they hadn't cleaned up.

Gave me a good price and reasonable time frame and then over delivered in every way. From the company owner to each worker, it was a pleasure working with this company.

Will re-use and recommend whenever possible.

Tim was such an amazing help from the start with our projects. After noticing water damage in our bedroom, he came out and identified damage to our roof as the reason. He swiftly helped with getting a roof (and gutters) replacement and repairing the interior damage. He helped us coordinate with our insurance (even coming out on a cold Monday morning with the adjustor) and coordinated all of the contractors to get the various projects complete. We are very happy with the work and will use them again for future projects!

Had to deal with multiple companies to get my roof replaced. This was hands down the easiest and most loyal company to my family. I would not suggest going anywhere else unless you want a head ache.

Fantastic! I called him and he was out the next day. He had a tree service at my house the next day to clear the roof from a fallen tree. His roofing team is over the top! I can’t say enough about the quality and timeliness of his services especially in a highly stressful time after tree vs house!!! I look forward to working with him again!

We had a phenomenal experience with this company. We had originally gotten denied for a new roof from our insurance company. We contacted Tim and he had our insurance come back out for a reinspection of our roof. Good thing he did because on the reinspection our insurance company agreed to cover the cost of the replacement of our roof. We love our new roof and can't recommend this company enough for working with insurance companies for hail and wind damage claims to your home!

I called my insurance agent to put in a hail damage claim from my roof which was badly damaged and leaking... My insurance agency referred me to Tim and STL Restoration Pros. Thank god he did.

Tim completed an inspection and determined our roof had hail damage and we had a bad leak and damage to our ceiling in our living room, garage, and closet. We put the claim in and Tim met the adjuster and the adjuster agreed with everything Tim told me about what had been damaged.

Tim than came to an agreement on the estimate for the scope of work to be completed and my out of pocket was only deductible. The work they did... Oh my god we love the finished project. The roof, interior repairs from the leak, and the gutters look phenomenal. Clean up was great too! I highly recommend this company for any roofing, interior repairs, and guttering or working with the home owners insurance company for hail and wind damage.

The experience I had with this company was phenomenal! The owner, Tim, went to great lengths to make sure everything went as planned. He helped me with filing my insurance claim and was very knowledgeable in dealing with the insurance company. He made sure I had everything I wanted for my roof, and his crew was exceptional. Clean up of the area was also great. I have a gigantic roof and the old shingles were taken off and new ones were put on in one day.
