My parents had 4 rental houses that all needed new roofs, gutters, fascia boards and other repairs. Mike was amazing from start to finish. Our insurance adjusters
missed so much damage that he was able to find and submit to insurance for additional funding. We would highly recommend Mike for any exterior home repairs.

Mike and the team at Bluebird are a true class act. Mike comes with a wealth of experience on the complete process of storm damage claims and project management to completion. He managed multiple trades to get our exterior project completed extremely quickly and to our satisfaction. Our home looks stunning and we can’t recommend them highly enough.

I stumbled upon Bluebird largely by accident, but it was one of the most happiest accidents in my time owning a home.

With water leaking into the house, our initial insurance claim awarded very little. We had planned on paying for a new roof out of pocket, and contacted Bluebird second (after our initial call didn't return our call).

Mike Lodderhose at Bluebird not only got back to us, he worked with us and our insurance company to better inspect the roof. As a result, all parties agreed a new roof was necessary and insurance paid accordingly.

Bluebird, without question, saved us $25,000+ dollars, and Mike worked with our insurance on my behalf for months. Five stars are not enough.

My ridge vent got ripped off in a recent storm. Within a day after I called Mike at Bluebird, they had assessed the damage and already had it tarped off before the next round of rain came through. Supplies were ordered as soon as insurance came through and the entire (upgraded) ridge vent was fixed only a few days later. Mike and the team did a tremendous job acting quickly and treating our roof as if it was their own home.

I had extensive hail damage to my home and Bluebird construction has been great! The work is high quality, workers arrived when scheduled, clean up from jobs was excellent. Mike Lodderhose was great throughout the process! He continues to work with my insurance company (6 months after the damage!) and identified many items omitted or inadequately covered. State Farm has been very difficult but Mike continues his efforts to negotiate a fair agreement. I highly recommend Mike and Bluebird Construction!!

Bluebird coordinated the replacement of our roof, siding, gutters and other items damaged in the great hail storm of 2024. Mike went to bat for us with our insurance company as the initial estimates were good but not good enough to cover all the work. After all the work was complete, we were very impressed! After a recent hail storm, I reached out to several companies and made the best decision by choosing Bluebird. Dealing with insurance is a headache, but Mike worked closely with myself and insurance to make sure my house was restored even better than prior to the storm. They were professional, dependable, knowledgeable, and do great work. My new roof, soffits/fascia, and gutters look amazing.

We had a great experience working with Joe and his team at Bluebird. We had some significant hail damage to the house. Joe stopped by as soon as we called. He helped us work with our Insurance company to settle the claim. Working with the Bluebird team was a pleasure. When I called they responded to my inquiry about an estimate for a new roof the same day, unlike two other roofing companies I contacted. Joe and Gary arrived at our home on schedule and walked us through all the roofing materials and procedures that would be needed to complete the job. They were informative, thorough, and responsive to our needs, and presented us with a detailed plan and estimate for our consideration.

The installation of the main roof along with the cleanup was done in a single, long day by a hard working, dedicated crew.

The TPO roof installation was completed on the second morning. Later that day we had a downpour. A true test of our beautiful new roof that it passed with no problem!

I was never waiting on him. He made it clear how the process would work and that’s exactly how it went. Prices were very reasonable and best of all he made understanding the insurance claim process easier since he used to be an adjuster. Let me tell you, the insurance company’s strange terminology was hard to follow but Joe understood it all and explained it all. That was really valuable. He asked if we’d been checked for hail damage and volunteered to do so. With his magic blue chalk, he spotted and photographed damage to our roof, skylight, dormers, gutters, and garage door. Joe knows the insurance end of the business as well as roofing, siding, general contracting. He interacted repeatedly
