I had an inspection on the home I’ll be moving into in Glendale, MO. They were able to schedule quickly and were very thorough. Everything was explained in a clear, concise way. I felt good about moving forward with the move after our inspections. I would definitely use them again!

Jack was amazing. I’m a first time home buyer and he walked through everything. I was able to follow along point out some concerns of mine. He found vermiculite in the attic and provided me with some information so I can get it remediated. The gentleman that did my termite inspection was just as good.

Told us we had termites and black mold. Two other inspectors said no to both! We knew that, we’ve seen the side effects of b black mold on a neighbor and we have NEVER had any symptoms. Termites? Really? We’ve not seen ONE! They need to do a better job!

I have had nothing but great experiences with Castle Home Inspections, after using them three times. Most recently, Steve Armstrong, one of the inspectors identified an issue with water in a crawl space. I was having troubles understanding the extent of the issue and he was happy to hop on a call and explain the issue in further detail. He also let me know what issues I may face up the road. This was outstanding service and I will not buy a house without having Castle Home Inspections doing the inspection.

Steve was great, he arrived on time, explained things along the way,was very through and then showed us items from the inspection to further clarify them and extended the ability to contact them for any additional information. Use them and you won't be sorry.
