Amazing team from the initial estimate to the final touchups! Had an estimator out within hours of me calling in the dead of winter. Went the extra mile and came out during winter to patch up some leaks until they could get the full job done in spring. The team was very careful, and even used a color that complemented my house perfectly!

The interaction between Paul Johnson and his crew with me was a classic picture perfect customer service response.

I called Stillwater Roofing because I was experiencing leaks from my two year-old roof that was installed by a different contractor. I left a message for someone to give me a call back and described my problem. Within 10 minutes Paul called me back and asked the series of clarifying questions. At the end of our conversation, Paul said he would get in touch with his crew to figure out when they could come over and take a look at the situation.

The next morning I get a text to Paul and his crew. We’re going to be at my house between 1:00 and 2:00 PM. He then communicated to me that he narrowed it down to two and they were here on time. His crew went to look at the situation and quickly determined what was wrong and fixed it and inspected flashing in a couple other places. They were done and on their way to the next job within an hour.

As I said, it was a perfect interaction; everyone was conscientious and courteous with excellent prompt communication and execution of the job! I highly recommend Stillwater Roofing and they are where I’m gonna go anytime I should need further work.

Paul was easy to work with and his crew did a great job on our roof over the summer! I would definitely recommend working with him.

Paul Johnston and his crew did a great job replacing the portico roof on our condo building. His people are conscientious, work hard and clean up well too. Paul communicated on a regular basis throughout the process, sending photos and keeping us apprised on the progress all the way (there were a lot of weather delays). Stillwater Roofing was excellent. The owners, Paul and Trent, were hands on involved in our full roof replacement project from the start through the end. They are very detailed and professional. Imagine a contractor that answers the phone when you call! Extremely responsive to calls and texts. They replaced our fairly large roof in a little over one day, which was very convenient. We have never found any evidence that the old roofing was torn off our house. We can’t say enough good things about Stillwater Roofing. Probably the thing that sticks out the most about them is how courteous they are. We also felt like they didn’t have a ton of overhead, which was reflected in the estimate. The estimated price is exactly what we paid.
