I went to a few builders prior around the area and they tip-toed around what could be done. When I met with Joe Stevenson for my house renovation/new construction, he was very honest and upfront about what work could be done. He was extremely easy to work with, gave a fair price, attentive to make adjustments due to errors made in my architects blueprint, addressed any concerns I might’ve had and provided a unique knowledge set in remodeling older homes. This house was not in any livable condition and Joe brought it to life by turning it into an actual home. Him and his staff were respectable and did a terrific job and I can’t thank them enough. I’ll provide before and after pictures and let that do the rest of the talking.

We were seeking out a contractor to provide an estimate for a bare bones renovation and new construction. Out of them all, Joe Stevenson was the only one that was reliable and responsive. His crew and admin staff were respectful and courteous at all times. He always made time to answer questions and work with us. His pricing was fair and reasonable and we were assured that he would provide a quality product. It was not a simple job, this home was in need of an extreme makeover. Joe’s knowledge and attention to detail made this older home into a now newer beautiful home to be enjoyed.

Stevenson came out to demo our above ground pool and surrounding old decks. They replaced decks with composite and did an excellent job with everything. Couldn’t be happier with the results and would recommend them to anyone!
