These guys are experts they were able to get my house raided and new gutters put on in a matter of days. Very professional and easy to work with very happy with the result!

Sterling Exteriors replaced my home's siding after we had hailstorm damage. The process really could not have been any smoother. Sterling handled the insurance claim. The whole house got re-sided in one day, with a large hard-working crew. Communication was great throughout, handled by Bob Sperling.

When the inspector found hail damage on our siding we wanted to go with a company that was local, had been around for a long time and had a good, honest reputation. That's when we found Sterling Exteriors. We could not have been happier or more pleased with the end result either. Shelly and Dan were so patient with me cuz I couldn't figure out what color I wanted to go with. So I think everyday I bothered them and they gave addresses where I could see the finished product. And believe me I was a pain LOL Dan being the project manager was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions and explained everything even before I asked. The finished product is beautiful! We recommend them 100%. I asked for a bunch of business cards to hand them out. I'd give them 10 Stars if I could!

A true and honest review…After several attempts from a persistent older gentleman named Bill, we finally listened to what he had to say…..glad we did! All we had to do was file our insurance claim, after that Sterling Exteriors went to work. They worked with the claims adjuster, contractors and us, all through out the process. New roof, siding and gutters, all completed fast and professionally by their contractors. Nothing out of pocket, definitely nothing to lose.

From start to finish, Sterling was amazing to work with. The process was a bit new to me but honestly, with such little effort, I should have done it sooner. They took care of everything and there were no surprises or hidden costs, etc. This was truly as easy as it could be! The crew arrived bright and early and had the whole house done and site cleaned well before dinner time; even picked up every nail with magnets and managed not to harm any of my perennials. I just couldn’t say more. We had someone stop by the house and ask who did the work because they really liked the house. Was happy to pass along Sterling’s info. Highly recommend Sterling!

I can’t say enough good things about Sterling! These guys are the real deal. They answered every question we had, and guided us through the entire process. They maintained a professionalism and courteousness that you really don’t see much anymore. We’d heard horror stories about some of these storm restoration companies and were pretty hesitant to do anything. But they proved us otherwise. We had the opposite experience of some of the stories I’d heard. And now I’m proud of the way my home looks and it cost us nothing. We did a complete exterior remodel because of hail damage.We were impressed with the knowledge and quality of workmanship of the installers and especially the foreman in charge. Our house looks great!

We used them to file an insurance claim on our siding after an April hail storm. They guided us through the process and handled everything, while maintaining excellent communication. It was very painless, and now we have beautiful new siding, and it was nothing out of pocket! Thank you guys!

They said it wouldnt cost more than the insurance would pay and it didnt. On top of that the materials and workmanship was top notch!

Bob is the guy that came to my house and offered me the service, really nice guy, I was very upset because he seemed different before the job was done every time l call him he will answer the phone, a couple weeks after they finished one of my windows was leaking water inside my house every time it rained, I call Bob a couple of times before he answered theajhhhhhh, I explained the problem and it took them weeks for them to fix the issue, months later another leaks, the same window agains it took more than a couple call for me to talk to Bob, he told me that he was going to send his guys to fix the problem, I waited a couple of weeks then I called again the same answer from Bob, till this day no one has come from this company to fix my leak and Bob never called to follow up, I guess after they received their check everything changes, this was around June of 2022. Is sad because Bob didn’t look like an ordinary Salesman, he looked like he really cared.

Great company, professional contractors. They did some nice work to our home. We are pleased with the construction. We ended up getting a new roof and new siding through our insurance and didn't spend a dime! I recommend Sterling.

They did a great job! We had our roof, siding, window trim, and gutters all replaced. The crews were fast, efficient, and craftsmanship was great! Communication with the office staff was seamless. I would recommend!

They helped me get my roof and siding replaced with Allstate. They met with Allstate a few times to make sure everything we needed covered was. We normally are skeptical of door to door sales, but we know of several neighbors who used them. We had a great experience and would recommend Sterling Exteriors.

I gave them 2 stars (one extra star) for their sales rep., Shawn, who was polite; otherwise, my grade is 1 star.
Many different roofers have been ringing my doorbell soliciting to install a new roof for us for the last 10 years, and I usually politely decline, but this rep., Shawn, was extra courteous, so I agreed to let them give me a quote (he promised me a quote).
Today the roofer came in, gave me his card and an information sheet, and told me that they only work thru my insurance (claim).
I asked for the quote in case I want to pay on my own and avoid a claim, but he refused, and I assume that meant the higher prices thru a claim and no need to negotiate with an owner over a high price.
When I insisted on a quote based on Shawn's promise of a quote, the roofer said that Shawn was new and did not know their "system." The man was rough and unfriendly, and... HE GRABBED HIS CARD AND INFO SHEET OUT OF MY HAND, so I do not even know his name (which is in their system, if they care, but he might be the owner himself, so...).
Another roofing shark...
P.S. I won't be surprised if than aggressive man responds to me with accusations/blame. If that happens, I will file formal complaints with BBB and more.

Very professional and responsive. Everything went as planned and I am extremely happy with how my siding and roof look. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We loved our experience with Sterling. Both roof and siding done on time. No hidden costs or catches. Infact the company took over for us when insurance didn't want to pay for 1 side of the house. Sterling navigated through and resolved it. There are so many companies that don't and hand you the bill. I know from experience.

They double checked that they had the right selection. So I don't know how someone had their whole project wrong? Our agreement included the supplies we picked so???

Most poor reviews reviews have nothing to do with the products, workmanship or the process at all. My work is direct to home also and I have also had reps come to my door. If it is distasteful to you don't answer the door. We work for a boss who tells us how to do a job to support our families. Nothing personal. You're not the only person we talk to. Just business.

These dudes were efficient and professional. Mike O'brien and his team have been doing this for a while and we're super happy with the quality of their work. Our home looks amazing. Go with Sterling.

I called about a small exterior frame job around my 2 car garage. The frame is all wood and I'd like to explore the feasibility of covering it with siding to prevent further deterioration. I was told that this was too small of a job. I understand that response however, sometimes small jobs can lead to bigger jobs. If I were in business, I would never say no to a potential client because the job was "too small". That's just me. I would figure out how to make it work. They didn't even bother to give me an estimate.

Sterling Exteriors is an Excellent Company. Owners very hands on. Workmanship very good and Very fair pricing., great crew to work with.

We have used service before also from Sterling Exteriors and I was never disappointed with their services. First we had to change the roof and now we changed the windows but both times had very good services. Boy are they FAST. Not your typical general contractor, generally they spend weeks getting stuff done but Sterling Exteriors was in and out in a day and a half.

They did a great job on our siding and gutters. Rich was very helpful and informative. We would definitely recommend them.

Did a siding and Re-roof on an insurance claim for hail damage. Work was done in no time. I thought it would be a hassle to go thru insurance and all but sterling made it very easy for me. Happy with their work.

The roof was replaced in one day, with no problems to be noted. The siding was done two days later and completed in one day. Gutters were done the following week. Wow, fast work no complaints.

Last year, Sterling installed new siding on my house. Earlier this year, I had a warped window which the window company said was created by Sterling. Rich from Sterling had one of his guys remove the wrapping around the window and then met with the window representative. Ended up that the window was not installed properly and that Sterling had nothing to do with the window warp. Several days later, the wrapping was put back up around the window: no cost to me. Rich went above and beyond to help me and to protect the reputation of Sterling.

We were solicited by a door to door guy, have had many in the past. Sterling was honest and said they would handle all, and work with my insurance co, which they did completely!! June 2019, we had new siding, gutters and downspouts installed, siding done in one day and the rest about a week later. Went with a different color than we had and SOOO glad we did, it looks AMAZING !! I love my new siding / house !! it is like brand new !! Everything went smooth and the job and crew were great!! Mike O'Brien **** Above and Beyond!! He is a fantastic guy and was there every step of the way till the job was completed to our satisfaction!! Will and have recommended this company. 10 STARS !!

We are so happy with the work of this company and specifically with our project manager Rich. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and to our liking. We did go through insurance and we had some obstacles along the way. Rich worked very hard and communicated with us and the insurance company to make sure everything was approved and completed. He was onsite and made sure everything was done thoroughly and correctly. Our house looks so beautiful!! We’re so happy with the work that was done. Thank you Rich and thank you Sterling!

This company solicited me a few months ago to have my house inspected for hail damage. I told the guy who knocked on my door that anytime I had purchased something from someone who solicited door to door in the past, I had gotten screwed so please go away. He did but came back a few months later asking for another chance to have the house inspected. I reluctantly agreed. The inspector found hail damage and contacted my insurance company. Long story short, the insurance company approved the claim (which was completely handled by this company) and new siding and gutters were installed in a day by a large and efficient crew. I am very happy with the results! This was a great experience. Thanks to all at Sterling Exteriors!

Really pleased! The entire process has been completed in about two weeks. Wow what a difference! Mike helped with the colors and had way more to choose from. He helped me make the right choices to stand out, and look better than the other houses in the neighborhood. They cleaned up all the old cables and vents on the house. It looks so much better, my neighbors all took notice! Sterling helped identify the age and quality of my roof as well. Their information and great work on new siding is really going to help me get top dollar when I sell. Great work guys!!
