I AM VERY PLEASED WITH RZG ROOFING. THEY REPLACED MY OVER 20 YEAR OLD ROOF IN DECEMBER OF 2024. THEIR CREW OF 6 WERE POLITE AND CLEANED UP SO THERE WAS NO TRACE OF ANYTHING BEING REPLACED. IN FEBRUARY OF 2025 A CREW OF 2 INSTALLED LEAF PROTECTION ON MY FRONT AND BACK GUTTERS. NO MORE GOING UP ON LADDERS, ESPICIALLY AT MY AGE. I WOULD RECOMMEND RZG ROOFING TO MY RELATIVES AND FRIENDS. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO MENTION THE RESONABLE COSTS FOR THESE 2 PROJECTS.

Rick and his team at RZG installed a new roof and replaced our old aluminum siding. We opted to go with James Hardie siding, and it looks great. Rick was very responsive and easy to work with.

Rick did a fantastic job on our house. We had a bad hail storm last year and our insurance agent recommended Rick. From the moment he inspected the house, he was extremely professional and helpful. He made sure I understood what the nexts were throughout the entire experience. He helped us communicate with the insurance company when they wanted to replace part of one side. He drove 50 miles to pick up a piece of the “exact match” siding that was 20 years old. Of course, it didn’t match, but we had to follow the insurance process. He then helped us navigate how to work with the insurance company which was a huge stress relief.

After the insurance company agreed to replace the entire side, we decided to have Rick side the entire house. It came out AMAZING. We even added soffits and fascia the night before the siding was installed. It didn’t even phase Rick.

All together, we had siding, roof (with upgraded shingles), gutters and downspouts and soffits and fascia done. We could not be happier. A true partner and advocate through the entire process. Don’t hesitate to choose Rick and his crew. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

After a hail storm hit our area last summer, the roofing companies started showing up at our doorstep. I never felt pressured or talked into anything that wasn't in our best interest. Rick explained the advantages of an upgraded roofing shingle since our roof qualified for a total replacement. My experience with Rick and his team was positive all the way through. I reached out to him to as a raccoon had dug through the roof and left a large hole. Rick came out and provided an estimate same day, and assisted with providing cover for the hole as we were seeing significant storms over the next few days. Rick was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. The work was completed in a timely manner and cleanup was immaculate (no leftover shingles, wood, nails, etc.) 10/10 would recommend Rick to anybody, and looking forward to using him for other services in the future.

**************UPDATE********** After a few weeks my roof was installed, I had a huge leak coming from my chimney chute. Other contractors had quoted me to change the chimney chute, but Rick insisted on not touching it and just resealing around it. When I called him to tell him about the leak, he stopped by and proceeded to tell me that he could not touch my chimney chute because it was made with asbestos. He then had some random gentlemen, who I did not know his name or had ever spoken to, call me and proceed to tell me that he agreed with Rick and that it was asbestos and it shouldn't be touched. I called another contractor and ended up paying $1000 to have the chimney chute replaced. When I asked the new contractor about the asbestos, he laughed and shook his head and said there was no asbestos. If I could go back, I would not have had Rick install my roof. I made the wrong choice. Don't follow in my steps and hire Rick.

My skylight was broken, and RZG Roofing came out the next day to fix it for less than the other guys I called. Thanks!

I could not be happier! Especially after being subjected to an hour + infomercial at my kitchen table from a much advertised business known mostly for windows. Rick and his crew were very friendly, speedy and stuck to their quote. We had a vent as well as a fan added to the roof to push heat and humidity out of the attic. We noticed a huge difference in humidity and heat in the upstairs of our 100 year old home. The new gutters are doing a great job of keeping the water from pooling on our foundation.

I own house that I rent to family members that sustained severe hailstorm damage. My insurance company recommended that I call Rick with RZG Restoration. After several discussions, I hired him as our contractor to check out the damage and do the repairs. Frankly, I was expecting the process to be complicated as I wasn’t living in the house myself.

Initially, the insurance company didn’t approve all the areas of damage that had to be repaired. Rick did a walkthrough with the adjuster and then returned several times to take additional pictures and stayed with the insurance company until they agreed with Rick’s assessment of the damage and replaced additional items. Rick is very knowledgeable about storm damage and restoration. He handled all issues on my behalf with the insurance company and the end result was an essentially a low stress experience for me.

The RZG crew is responsive, worked hard, and did a quality job. They replaced siding, roofs, soffit, fascia and window screens. The project was well planned. They tore the old roof in the morning and worked all day to make sure that the new roof was installed by nighttime.

I am in the process of purchasing a house and noticed some things that could be potential issues with the roof. Not knowing a roofer, I found RZG through a google search of local roofing contractors. I explained to Rick that we were looking for an inspection so we know what to expect with the roof and how long it should last. He was very honest, punctual and took the time to explain everything in detail to me. He documented all his findings with pictures and a well written report for me to submit. Unfortunately, a new roof is in my near future, however, I will be using RZG for this job as someone who takes pride in their work these days is hard to find.
