We used Zach and the team at Stello homes as our listing agent for our home in Sterling, VA. They had recently listed and sold the home right next door to us.
The whole process was smooth, communication was clear and concise, and like our neighbors, we sold in one weekend well over list with several competing offers.

Zach and his team renovated our fireplace. They added a brick tile, reframed the box to fit an insert and installed a new mantel. The finished product looks very pretty. When there was a small issue with the trim, they came back and fixed it. We are pleased with our new fireplace. It gives the room a facelift.

Fantastic experience with Stello Homes! My wife and I were looking to renovate a bathroom for our house that was built in 1950. Zach provided us several options for the space and walked us extensively through all the detail prior to the project start.

It was a major amount of construction, but the project manager, Grover, was amazing in working with us to make sure nothing was disruptive to our daily routines. More importantly, it looks absolutely amazing. We can't believe the space was able to be transformed to a completely modern bathroom. We will definitely use Stello again!

We used Stello Homes to build a deck on the back of our house. The work was done in a very timely manner and completed exactly when the contractor told us it would be done. The contractor's response time to the questions/concerns I had about design, materials, etc. was quick, and it was always evident that he had done the extensive research required to work around hurdles like septic lines and property lines to give us the biggest deck possible. As a first time home buyer I had ZERO clue what I was doing but Zach was incredibly knowledgeable and patient as we went through my home search. There are not enough good things to say about the experience we had with Zach Costello. From early on in the home buying process, when we were not even seriously looking, Zach was checking in with us to determine if our needs had changed, update us on any new prospects that he thought would be a good fit, and answer questions related to homes, finances, and everything else under the sun.

Zach's level of knowledge and professional yet personable demeanor made him an amazing choice to take us house to house, looking for any possible defect that he felt would be either a dealbreaker or a possible negotiation point.

Once we wanted to pull the trigger on a house, Zach worked very hard (on a Sunday!) to help us put in an offer, which was accepted within 24 hours. Even after acceptance of our offer, Zach was always around to walk us through the closing process and helped answer and alleviate any concerns we had, including helping negotiate the buying of some of additional items outside of the selling price for the house.

There are really not enough good things I can say about the work he did, the professionalism he did it with, and how likely I am to recommend him to anyone needing a great agent.

I have bought and sold multiple homes in different states, and I have worked with multiple realtors with no problem whatsoever. Zach Costello is clearly the worst realtor I have ever met.

Zach is such a self-important realtor that he has kept bossing around during the closing as if it is his show time. He would have ruined the deal if his client had not grab him out of the conference room.

Besides his attitude problem, Zach is not experienced and he has repeatedly delayed the communization between his client and the other party.
