We just recently purchased a Model A building from SteelMaster and couldn’t be more pleased with how easy this transaction went. Thomas took his time explaining everything in detail and asked all of our questions. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a metal building.

I am very happy with my purchase of a 10' x 14' SteelMaster building! The support they have in place, is top notch. They will work with partial orders of a complete building. Which in todays economy, is a blessing! I can't say enough good about my experience with SteelMaster Buildings!

Definitely worth it!. The crew showed up and did a very professional job. Within a few hours they had the carport installed and a job site cleaned. A carport seems very sturdy, well built. I'm glad I did this.

Well, they're REALLY GOOD at SELLING...

And part of that is the post purchase "Building Support" we supposedly will have access to. Well, that has NOT been my experience, sadly.

Once the building was delivered to me, I had some issues with my arches sticking together and haven't gotten any Support whatsoever... So Caveat Emptor and I hope your process goes much smoother than mine.

Note: once I paid for my hut, I started getting emails, etc from a company called "Future Steel". Maybe that is the company they use for their clearance items bc that's what I bought... Maybe my complaints are actually for Future Steel, I don't know.

UPDATE: After posting this review, I was finally contacted by someone about possible solutions to my issue. I was told there had been miscommunication within and hence the delay.

Is my problem solved ? I don't know yet bc I haven't had time or help to devote to it again... but once I do, I will again upsate this review.

The sales team were great to work with. I wasn't totally sure what I wanted and they worked with me to find the product that would work best and to get me the best price. Friendly and knowledgeable, they texted and emailed pictures of what other people had done and how they had addressed unique situations for each person, and the followup after sale was every bit as good. These guys have been around a long time and its because of a great product and fantastic customer service. A real pleasure to do business with them.

The individual that I came in contact with (Collin) was very professional, confident, and most helpful with getting the correct steel master building match up with the window frame for the curved side of my building. It was quite the process, but Colin was very patient to make sure I got the correct part that I needed. It’s not often you contact a manufacture and get a human being. Most of the time it’s press this press that but STEELMASTER was there. I very much appreciated Colin for his expertise in getting the correct part for my building. If you are interested in getting a steel building, I highly recommend STEEL MASTER. A QUALITY product with excellent support after the sale.

Good help is definitely hard to find these days! We were interested in a building from this company, so requested a call to discuss. Salesperson Scott calls on the day before (wrong day!). I reach out and advise it was the wrong day, and he says he had me scheduled for both days — then fails to call on the SCHEDULED day. When I call company I get couldn’t-care-less Becca on the line, she cold transfers me to Scott who advises they just had (gasp!) a 911 emergency. When I mentioned he was supposed to call me 10 minutes earlier, he advised he was on another call?!? Just another example of horrible service and lost sales because of poor company representation. We were hoping that SteelMaster would be better than what is typically found in much of this market. Very frustrating to do business sometimes….

Hey SteelMaster buildings, just wanted to drop this five star for saving me so much money. I talked to a sales rep from your company who wasted my time and never sent me that "free" quote. While I was waiting I was able to discover so my more options and prices. No need to respond. You are bad...get better. But thanks for saving me the money.

I reached out to get a quote for a steel building for my home and received a call back very quickly. My salesman Cameron, was very informative and helpful in my selection of the building that I purchased. The entire process was very simple and I will receive my building white 2 months or less! I would highly recommend using SteelMaster Building to anyone.

Easiest purchase i have ever made, they where very professional during the call, and to complete the paperwork and to pay was so easy. I plan on buying another building from then in the future.

I have been in this process for a while now. I first was mislead from the sales guy that didn't tell me I would need to get a different footing profile for the building to just sit and connect to the slab. I was contacted by a second sales person, "extremely rude and high pressured" sales lady named Ashley. After basically being high pressured and sold a "upgraded footing profile, I was set. Then I would get calls or emails trying to upsell me on bolts, Doors. etc. I've experienced a few set backs with my build. Delays due to snow pushed the building of the road back a while. I also live 3 hours away from the building site. I asked for accommodations in delaying the delivery due to these situations and work with me on scheduling the delivery. I even said I would make a payment to hold the building a little later.
I received a call from Ashley again basically berating me on the the delivery. Which i have tried to schedule on my days off only to be told "the driver will be there when he gets there and there is not scheduling. She then brought up that i delayed the order already and due to tariffs my prices of the building will go up. I'm in the construction trade. When you order something and put a down payment in place, you have basically locked in a price. But apparently not with this company. Again, I take responsibility of the delayed delivery, but I, nor should any customer be talked to the way this "Ashley" talked to me. I truly should have canceled this building and gone with another company. I suggest that you work with a company that's not so pushy, misleading and rude.

Purchased a building in December it was delivered in march. That all went well. I had a delay in the foundation so naturally the delay in erecting the building has been delayed. I now see I need some parts necessary to build the building and so I call to get parts ordered only to find out this company will not return my calls I give this company a 1 star for customer support! NOT HAPPY!!

The ordering process was thorough and painless. Thomas answered all my questions (I had many). Since I live in Florida, there are many variables that needed addressed and he was on top of it all. I haven't received the shed yet but so far everything has been a good experience. If I ever need another shed I will definitely buy from Steelmaster again.

We worked on a custom project with steel Master with our architect. The steelMaster team was helpful along the journey. We hav had our patio roof installed 2 years ago and enjoy it everyday! We were afraid the metal roof would be loud when raining and not at all. We are very pleased with the outcome and low maintenance.

I've never experienced the kind of patience that Scott who I was talking to on the phone from stillmasters super nice super friendly super helpful and it was after closing time and on a Friday he made me feel like it was a Monday morning and we had all day to figure out what I wanted and this just absolutely wonderful experience thank you again still Masters and you Scott.

SteelMaster buildings are an affordable solution for covered work spaces. I am excited to install the 20x30 building I ordered this coming June!

My Fire Department has been working with Christin Day of SteelMasters, for our project of covering our 2 shipping containers. She has been amazing, though the whole process, and we are now waiting for our building to arrive and be assembled. We can't wait for this project to be completed.

I searched and struggled for a solution to my needs, A small shop to fit behind my house. One that's sturdy enough to handle high winds and flexible to allow various access. SteelMaster Buildings had the answer at a very good price!

Dealing with Seth and SteelMaster was very straightforward. Seth helped guide me to the best choice of Quonset hut styles based on what my intended usage was. SteelMaster has a variety of Quonset styles and a huge range of options when it comes to width and length and add ons. I was very appreciative of the knowledge shared, with no pressure, in choosing my future workshop. Very helpful staff, if that member doesn’t know the answer they ether find the answer or someone who does! Just starting our journey with SteelMaster with sheds to hold the tools & products needed to build larger Quonsets to be dressed out for homes on our Family “Compound” in Tennessee. I’ll be posting our builds as we go.

I’ve been wanting to do a SteelMaster project for years now. For both a home and a separate shop. Just getting started with the project and the folks at Steel Master have been really great. Super helpful and informative so far with all my questions to learn about the details when I get to building the structure. I can’t recommend them enough. They are the best in the business.

I just have purchased a building thru SteelMaster Buildings and am very satisfied how things have gone and the knowledge Mike had answering all our questions. One thing everyone needs to pencil out is what you get for your money. I looked at other Rv covers and for the price they list is frame and roof. Then if you want walls , end walls , engineered drawings and etc it’s all extras. With SteelMasters it’s one package and I liked that. More updates when building arrives.

I have a 30x30 steel Master type s building that collapsed under 38 in of snow and as far as their warranty goes they said they would help me out by selling me replacement panels. The price was inflated and I could put up a pole barn the same size for less than the cost of the replacement panels. Thank you steel master. I would suggest if you live in an area where you get snowfall not to purchase one.

My customer representative was so helpful in finding exactly what I needed for our new grocery store. Very exciting for the Noxon community after our store burnt down in February. We are so grateful she was able to look up building codes and save us a little bit of money on our project.

Communication throughout purchasing process is clear and staff provide a thorough breakdown of what is to be expected for delivered product. Questions are answered in quick fashion for installation prep and sales team provide good feedback on recommended product for snow loads tied to region.

Was able to explain what I was looking to do to provide protection for my pickup truck from the snow that I get at 9000’ in Colorado.
Noah was able to come up with a design and a fair price in just a short time.
Waiting for enclosure to show in the Spring when winter breaks here.

Excellent process and very helpful. No pressure and all my questions were answered. I actually ended up waiting a year because I wasn't ready, and when I got back in touch they were just as friendly and helpful as the first time.

I really appreciated the low pressure of asking questions and eventually buying a hut from SteelMaster Buildings. The SteelMaster staff have been very helpful in everything from helping determine what modle and size would work out best for me, engineering checked everything to make sure we had the right thickness of material for my area. And they have followed up with me to make sure everything was correct and even sending me ideas of different ways there buildings have been finished up

Got a quote 1 week ago, just got a text saying I have to put money down by the end of the business day today, Dec 2........otherwise the price changes

This is a disgusting sales tactic to scare customers.

I've attached pictures of the quote. There is nothing that says black friday sale, or price only good till dec 2. The company response is a flat out lie

I covered my Quonset hut so it could be insulated. And so I needed to replace the front and back ends. They were able to tell me what style of Quonset hut I had and was able to supply me with the front and back ends. They were great help.

My purchase has been very easy, price was fair, sales person was very patient and extremely responsive once we decided to pull the trigger. The rest of the team has been excellent also. Look forward to future projects with steel master.

My purchase from SteelMasters was positive from beginning phone call to completion of paperwork. SteelMaster personal lead me thru the simple paperwork to the unloading of my building at my site. Their knowledge of their product was second to none. I highly recommend SteelMasters to anyone needing a steel storage building.

DO NOT trust this company, customer confidentiality doesn't mean anything to a sales person, I just lost $1309.00 to a sales rep who played me against my buyer for selling my preowned building, that I decided to sell which I purchased 2 years ago, and under cut me, just to get a sale to line his pocket. I cant compete with dishonesty, BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY...

SteelMaster is an ethical, efficient firm. I chose an A-model to become a grand art studio on the Oregon coast. Morgan, Elizabeth and especially Scott Buckman helped refine my (endless & random) ideas and kept costs down. The siding you don’t see is inside, paint drying. It gets installed next week. Then i go inside & begin a nonstop art bender!

My experience with SteelMaster buildings has been nothing but positive. Their customer service people are awesome! They always respond in a timely manner and are friendly and professional. They were always helpful and answered all my questions. The building and accessories I have purchased were of excellent quality and worth the money spent. Delivery was on time and the product was packed well with no damage. I would definitely buy from this company again. I love the way the building looks and how easy it was to build.

Having limited knowledge of exactly what building would fit my needs; Noah took the time to cover everything that they offered the pros and cons of my needs with what each choice would mean to my overall project.

We ended up with building then I might have gotten else where. No pressure. That’s the way to go.

I called a few building companies to get pricing and availability and SteelMaster Buildings exceeded my expectations. They were responsive, easy to get ahold of, and were able to work with me based on my personal needs. They answered all my questions, sent me quotes, then revised quotes, then answered more questions, and we were able to close the deal before the other companies got back to me. So here’s the story: I didn’t have enough money to build the size building I need so I decided to go smaller for now. I asked what the biggest building I could get in my price range was. They said they had one that was bigger but could take off some arches to make it fit in my budget. With the plans in my head of building a bigger building in the future I asked if they could give me the engineering plans for the footings in the future size and they said yes. To top it all off I told them I need a little more time before shipment and they were able to postpone the ship date for a month which is exactly what I needed. Will try to do an update on how the shipment and assembly of the building goes once I get there. Well done SteelMaster! So far so good!

Update: 11/2024 I assembled my building which actually went fairly smooth all things considered! As I got to the end I realized that they shorted me 2 panels. As you could imagine I was upset that I paid for two panels that I never received. I reached out to steelmaster and told them that I’m missing two panels and I’m not able to finish my shop which sucks because I had to return the equipment I rented and wasn’t able to finish. Long story short they told me that their records check out and that I’m past the 60 day period I have to file a claim or report a problem (FYI: it was 17 degrees outside and snowing when they delivered and I had to leave back home so I wasn’t able to count) Even though I showed them a list of what I purchased, what I received, and what their bill of lading says. All three sets of numbers are different! They then said that they ‘fought’ for me and was able to get the two arches I need to finish my shop, taxes, and shipping down to $1088.17. At this point I’m beyond pissed because now I have to fork out another $1000+ to receive the two arches that I already paid for all because this company has such low standards for themselves that they can’t even hire competent enough employees to count sheets of bent metal correctly! This company has terrible ethics and business practices!!!! If they had simply said “we are so sorry, do you mind if we send you those two panels next time we have a delivery near your area?” I would have said, “that works for me, thanks.” I was considering using these buildings for future investments but now I will absolutely never use this company again! They are after your money and will only take care of you till the money clears their bank and you receive your building. I never write reviews and if I could give negative stars I would! Save yourself the headache, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DISGUSTING ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!!!!!
