EDIT as of 2/8/2023 - As of 1/7/2023 I received an email from a Project Manager Borja apologizing for a human error that occurred where I was incorrectly identified in their systems as already contacted which was a mistake. I did speak with them and they were very friendly, apologetic, and cordial. They also provided me quotes for the work I still was looking to get done. I'll admit that once I was finally able to speak with someone they were very quick to respond and provide me all the information I needed to make a decision. So with that said I have updated my originally 1 star rating to 3 stars. While they have made a concerted effort to make things right I can't just rate them 5 stars and ignore the fact that the issue still happened and it took almost 3 months to hear from them. I do believe they are working to make this right though so it doesn't happen again to other customers.

ORIGINAL REVIEW - I scheduled a consultation through their website, received a confirmation email, and expected to receive a call on 10/13/2022 at 1230pm. 1230pm came and went and I still had no call, no email, nothing to apologize for running late, sorry we missed your appointment, we need to reschedule, something came up, nothing. So finally after an hour of waiting I called and left a very cordial VM advising I had an appointment I made through the website, I'm still interested in having my attic spray foamed, and would like a call back please. It's now going on 2 weeks later and I still haven't heard a peep. I chose this company because their ratings were really good online but idk how people can rate them so highly if I cant even get a phone call back when I'm trying to give them business. I'd be happy to change my review if anyone ever contacts me but at this point I'm not holding my breath.

I tried to use this business based on the reviews here on Google. I initially setup an appointment for a call via their website over a month ago and never got a call back. Then, I called their number to get an estimate, left my contact information with the person who answered the call and was told I would get a call back. Never did. Waited for two more weeks and called again, the same thing, I'll get a call back, never did. Just set up an appointment yesterday for a call, no call at the reserved time. I understand that their sales folks or professional installers might be busy, but just let me and others know what's up.

We highly recommend DMF Foam to anyone in need of insulation services! A couple of rooms in our house needed to be insulated. The scheduling process was simple. As soon as the techs arrived, they were professional, prompt, clean, and friendly. The experience exceeded my expectations!

They installed open & closed cell foam, both appropriate for detached attics and pole barns. When they left, there was not a scrap of leftover material (which I appreciate - not all work crews do this). I received the work as promised, next month I found a reduction in energy bills. Cannot say enough good things about the entire experience beginning to completion.

I fixed it once, but it happened again almost two months later. DMV Foam is a company that does foam insulation, according to my colleague. I had never heard of this company before, so I called them. They were very professional and courteous. They sent me a quote the next day after I told them my situation and the measurements of my kitchen. Because of COVID, my appointment was postponed for a month, and when I returned I was welcomed with the same enthusiasm as before. I was very satisfied with the professionalism of the guys who visited me at home. I was surprised that they didn't need my personal tools because they had all their equipment and tools available. However, the job was completed on time and there was no additional charge. This review was intentionally delayed until six months later. The problem I had with the kitchen has now been resolved. In addition, my last 5 months' electricity bill shows a price reduction while everything else is the same. If you need their service I highly recommend them. Their service is excellent.

The increase in energy costs this year prompted me to call these guys. When it comes to contractors, it makes me stressed, but the woman who answered my call immediately put my mind at ease. I got a quote a few days later, and they didn't pressure me to decide right away. My small ranch house was completed in one day after they came out the following week. My AC usage has been reduced since last summer by about a month. It also blocks out a lot of outside noise because foam insulation is able to penetrate all the cracks and crevices in the building. DMV Foam helps me sleep better at night and worry less about my noisy neighbors. I highly recommend them for energy savings and updated insulation.
