I had my call with the Llugo last week and they said they'd send a quote in 20 minutes and never did. I asked through email the next day to get a quote and never did. I called today (a week later) and talked to Llugo and they person told me they were on another call and would call me right back but never did. Unfortunately I need to move on with this project. I'm extremely disappointed with this service.
We are extremely happy with the outcome of our new walkway. Luis and his crew were professional and prompt at all times. Communication was great and I will definitely have them back for other projects. Highly recommended!
