Zero stars. Contacted Shawn on the 17th of Dec and he confirmed he would be able to take a look at an issue (only for a quote) for me by the 21st. He then contacted me on the 21st and said he would be able to look at it after the holidays for a quote. He makes promises he does not keep. Not very reliable when it comes to his word
